Asia Summit on Global Health (ASGH)

The Asia Summit on Global Health (ASGH) jointly organised by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council is a one-stop cross-disciplinary platform that will bring together all stakeholders – from policymakers to healthcare experts to renowned academia and influential business leaders, together with key industry players, innovative start-ups, and investors from around the world to exchange insights, explore opportunities and collaborate on the diverse and dynamic healthcare sector.

Themed “InnovationInclusionImpact”, ASGH 2024 will comprise a series of thematic sessions focusing on the latest trends in different medical sectors. Project pitching and deal-making meetings will also be organised to facilitate business discussions and investment partnerships. InnoHealth Showcase, a dedicated exhibition area featuring global healthcare projects and technologies will be staged alongside the Summit.

Hospital Authority Convention 2024

The Hospital Authority (HA) has been organising this signature event every year since 1993 to promote the sharing of experience among healthcare professionals. The Hospital Authority Convention (HAC) in 2023 was attended by some 6,000 local healthcare professionals, academics, executives and stakeholders, as well as those from Mainland China and overseas.

The HAC 2024 will feature more than 160 distinguished local, Mainland and overseas speakers to share knowledge and insights and interact with delegates at about 58 sessions in the scientific programme. The HAC 2024 will be conducted onsite, online and via parallel broadcast.

The China Private Equity Summit

The China Private Equity Summit (CPES), an HKVCA flagship event, will bring together more than 700 delegates, most of whom are senior management and C-suite executives actively participating in the dynamic investment markets across all sectors, stages, and geographies in China. This gathering serves as a platform for industry leaders to exchange ideas, share knowledge, and foster meaningful collaborations.
The line-up of expert speakers includes over 60 limited partners, investors, advisors, and industry professionals offering thought-provoking perspectives on the key opportunities and challenges that private equity and venture capital professionals need to navigate and evaluate in China. Hong Kong ICT Awards 2024

Enrolment Period: 22 April – 12 July 2024

Organised by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO), the Hong Kong ICT Awards (HKICTA) aims to recognise and promote outstanding information and communications technology (ICT) inventions and applications, thereby encouraging Hong Kong’s ICT elites and enterprises to strive for innovation and excellence. Through concerted efforts of the ICT sector, academia and the Government, the HKICTA has always been highly regarded by the information technology industry.

The HKICTA 2024 consists of eight award categories. There will be one Grand Award in each category, and an “Award of the Year” will be selected from the eight Grand Awards by the Grand Judging Panel. In addition, in a bid to foster the innovative use of artificial intelligence (AI), each of the eight categories will establish a new distinguished accolade: the “Best Use of AI” award, magnifying and honouring outstanding achievements in harnessing the power of AI in respective areas.  The HKICTA 2024 is open for enrolment from 22 April to 12 July.
