Riley Gaines has warning for Americans who want to vote for Harris ‘because she is a woman’
Riley Gaines, an NCAA champion swimmer who was forced to race against and share a bathroom with a transgender female competitor, warned voters about Vice President Harris.
Gaines appeared on Fox News Channel’s “Jesse Waters Primetime” and ripped the Paris Olympics boxing controversy for allowing an Algerian boxer, who was deemed to have male chromosomes in 2023, to fight against women.

The former Kentucky star warned Americans tuning in what a vote for Harris would do.
“Crickets from Kamala, crickets from the women at ‘The View.’ And if I could implore you, a vote for Kamala is a vote against your daughter’s future,” the “Gaines for Girls” podcast host and OutKick contributor told Watters.
“I see lots of people on social media saying they’ll be voting for Kamala because she is a woman. Well, let me tell you, Jesse, I will be voting for Trump because I am a woman.”
CONTROVERSIAL BOXER’S NEXT OPPONENT ‘NOT SCARED’ FOR MATCHUP: ‘I DON’T CARE ABOUT THE PRESS’
Imane Khelif was the boxer in question earlier Thursday. Khelif won a match against Italy’s Angela Carini in less than a minute. Carini was left crying.
Khelif was in the midst of a gender eligibility controversy during the 2023 International Boxing Association Women’s World Championships. Khelif was disqualified.

The International Olympic Committee cleared Khelif to compete against women and doubled down on its decision after the fight against Carini.
Sen. JD Vance fired back at a CNN reporter who asked him whether former President Trump’s comments about Kamala Harris’ race were concerning to him as a “father of three biracial children.”
Vance visited the U.S. southern border on Thursday where he attacked Harris’ record as the border czar during a press conference in Cochise County, Arizona. At one point on the trip, CNN correspondent Steve Contorno asked the vice presidential contender about Trump’s comment a day earlier, when he told a crowd at the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) convention that Harris “became a Black person,” after years of identifying as Indian.
THE ‘WEIRD’ CAMPAIGN: THE STUNNING DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HARRIS AND VANCE COVERAGE
“He [Trump] said that Vice President Harris is ‘all the sudden Black.’ As a father of three biracial children, do those comments give you pause at all?” the CNN correspondent said in a clip shared on X.
Vance is married to attorney Usha Vance, a daughter of Indian immigrants, with whom he shares three biracial children.
“They don’t give me pause at all,” Vance fired back. “Look, all he said is that Kamala Harris is a chameleon. She goes to Georgia two days ago, she was raised in Canada, she puts on a fake southern accent. She is everything to everybody and she pretends to be somebody different depending on which audience she is in front of.
KAMALA HARRIS MOCKED FOR ‘FAKE’ SOUTHERN ACCENT DURING GEORGIA RALLY
“I think it’s totally reasonable for the [former] president to call that out,” Vance continued. “And that’s all he did. Look, she’s running as a tough on crime prosecutor even though she implemented open border policies. She’s saying that she wants to support the police, yet she wanted to defund the police just three years ago. It’s totally reasonable to call out the fact that she pretends to be somebody different depending on the audience she’s talking to.”
Trump made the comment Wednesday after ABC News’ Rachel Scott asked the former president if he agreed with Republican lawmakers who have characterized Harris as a “DEI,” or diversity, equity and inclusion, hire.
“I’ve known her for a long time, indirectly, not directly… and she was always of Indian heritage, and she was only promoting Indian heritage,” Trump said. “I didn’t know she was Black until a number of years ago when she happened to turn Black. And now she wants to be known as Black. So, I don’t know, is she Indian or is she Black?”
VANCE BRUSHES OFF DEM ATTACKS, DISCUSSES WHAT ISSUES HE WANTS TO TACKLE AS VP
Scott then told Trump that Harris has always identified as Black, adding she went to a “historically Black college.”
“I respect either one, but she obviously doesn’t because she was Indian all the way. And then, all of a sudden, she made a turn and… she became a Black person,” Trump said. “I think somebody should look into that.”
This comes as Harris faced a wave of criticism on social media after appearing to suddenly use a Southern accent during a speech in Atlanta, as referenced by Vance.
“You all helped us win in 2020 and we gonna do it again in 2024,” Harris, who is from California, told Atlanta rally goers while seemingly debuting the new accent.
The accent immediately caught the attention of critics online, who accused the presumptive Democratic nominee of pandering to her audience.

Secret Service responds to Fox News Digital’s video showing figure on roof at Trump rally
The U.S. Secret Service and FBI on Thursday responded to a video recorded by James Copenhaver, one of the victims wounded in a July 13 assassination attempt against former President Trump, showing a figure moving across the roof of the building gunman Thomas Crooks shot from.
The video that Copenhaver shared exclusively with Fox News Digital was taken at 6:08 p.m. on July 13, minutes before Crooks fired at least eight gunshots at 6:11 before counter snipers killed him.
“The Secret Service is committed to better understanding what happened before, during, and after the assassination attempt of former President Trump to ensure that never happens again,” the agency told Fox News in a statement. “That includes complete cooperation with Congress, the FBI and other relevant investigations.”
The FBI told Fox News it is aware of the video but has no further comment.
TRUMP SHOOTING: TIMELINE OF ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT
Crooks killed 50-year-old Corey Comperatore — a father and volunteer fire chief — and critically wounded 74-year-old James Copenhaver and 57-year-old David Dutch in his attempt to assassinate the former president. Because Trump turned his head at the last second to look at a projection screen displaying immigration statistics, a bullet sliced Trump’s ear, but he was rushed out of the rally otherwise unscathed.
Law enforcement officials have been working to piece together a timeline of events since that evening to determine how and why Crooks was able to carry out the assassination attempt.
VIDEO FROM TRUMP ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT VICTIM’S POV SHOWS FIGURE MOVING ON ROOF MOMENTS BEFORE GUNFIRE
Republican Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley’s office released text messages obtained through a public records request showing that law enforcement was aware of a suspicious person near the rally site approximately 90 minutes before gunfire began and took photos of Crooks around 4:36 p.m.
FBI officials told reporters during a press call on Monday that Crooks gained access to the roof of the AGR building by climbing HVAC equipment and piping. He then traversed multiple rooftops before he found his position on top of the AGR building, where he had a direct line of sight to the former president.

Leading up to the shooting, on July 6, Crooks, of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, researched how far Lee Harvey Oswald was from the late President John F. Kennedy when Oswald assassinated the former president in 1963.
On July 7, he traveled to the rally site and spent approximately 20 minutes in the area, according to Kevin Rojek, special agent in charge at the FBI’s Pittsburgh field office.

On the day of the rally, Crooks parked his vehicle and flew a drone between about 3:50 p.m. and 4 p.m. about 200 yards from where the former president would be speaking on July 13. FBI Director Christopher Wray testified during a July 17 congressional hearing that Crooks had been at the rally site for about 70 minutes the morning of the assassination attempt.
Richard Simmons’ family sets the record straight in a scathing statement aimed at Pauly Shore
Just weeks after Richard Simmons’ death at 76 years old, his family remains at odds with actor Pauly Shore over his plans to make a biopic about the fitness legend’s life.
Shore revealed this year that he was in talks to play the lead role in a movie about the workout video icon’s life, but Simmons quickly made it clear he wasn’t on board.
“Hi Everybody!” Simmons wrote in January on his social media. “You may have heard they may be doing a movie about me with Pauly Shore. I have never given my permission for this movie. So don’t believe everything you read.”
He added, “I just try to live a quiet life and be peaceful. Thank you for all your love and support.”
PAULY SHORE’S PORTRAYAL OF RICHARD SIMMONS IS HAPPENING WHETHER FITNESS GURU ‘LIKES IT OR NOT’
This week, Shore told Entertainment Tonight that he plans to go forward with the film despite Simmons’ objections and his death.
“I know he wanted me to do it,” Shore said in an interview from his car. “I don’t even know if that was him tweeting the whole time. I don’t know who that was.”
RICHARD SIMMONS SAW ONLY ‘BEAUTIFUL BRIGHT RAINBOWS’ IN FINAL WEEKS BEFORE HIS DEATH
On Wednesday, Simmons’ staff wrote, “Pauly Shore has recently made comments to Entertainment Tonight concerning his attempts to proceed with an unauthorized movie about Richard. You’ve seen here on Richard’s account what he had to say about the biopic.”
The staff added, “We’d also like to share the following statement from Richard’s brother, Lenny. ‘Dicky absolutely wrote his own posts. He worked on them a week in advance, going over and over them to get the right message. He would often read them to Cathy and I beforehand.”
Lenny added, “What he has NOT done was to text, email or call Pauly with anything; not even to wish him ‘Good Luck’ as Pauly has stated many times.”
A rep for Simmons confirmed the authenticity of Lenny’s statement to Fox News Digital.
In January, Shore said on Instagram that if he got the “opportunity to star in a Richard Simmons biopic I will deliver because I take things very seriously. I will immerse myself in the body, soul and spirit of Richard Simmons.”

He added, “Richard, if you’re watching, nothing but love, brother, nothing but love. And let’s see if we can do this, we can merge our forces and we can bring a beautiful, beautiful piece for the people to see and we can spread your word.”
The movie would come on the heels of a short that Shore filmed about Simmons called “The Court Jester,” which he said he made before Christmas and was screened at the Sundance Film Festival in January.
“What he has NOT done was to text, email or call Pauly with anything; not even to wish him ‘Good Luck’ as Pauly has stated many times.”
RICHARD SIMMONS LAID TO REST ‘SURROUNDED BY ONLY FAMILY AND CLOSEST FRIENDS’
In September, Shore said he had reached out to Simmons about the biopic, “and his representatives said that Richard loves me and my mom (he has known us both for decades), but Richard is politely passing. He said Richard, at this time, wants to remain private, which we all need to respect. Richard, we all miss you, love you very much and want nothing but the best for you. You are in all of our hearts. You can always reach out to me if you change your mind.”
Simmons died on July 13 of a likely heart attack just one day after his 76th birthday.
“I don’t want people to be sad about my brother,” Lenny Simmons wrote on his social media one day after his death. “I want them to remember him for the genuine joy and love he brought to people’s lives. He truly cared about people. He called, wrote, and emailed thousands of people throughout his career to offer help.”

Shore paid tribute to Simmons on his social media on the day he died.
“I just got word like everyone else that the beautiful Richard Simmons has passed,” he wrote alongside a picture of the fitness legend. “I hope you’re at peace and twinkling up in the heavens. Please give my mother Mitzi and my father Sammy a big hug and a kiss for me. You’re one of a kind, Richard. An amazing life. An amazing story. They broke the dolphin shorts when they made you. Rest in peace, my friend. Rest in peace.”
He also shared video of a couple who he met at GalaxyCon in North Carolina who told him they thought “The Court Jester” was “Oscar worthy.”
“We loved it. Please make a full film of that,” the man told Shore at the convention.
Shore added in his caption: “We love you Richard! Such an amazing story.”

In January, Shore told Variety that his “come from has always been love” regarding telling a story. “It’s never been vindictive. I’m not Borat. I’m not, ‘Let’s make fun of someone.’ It’s the opposite. At this point, it’s an unauthorized biopic and they’re made every day. Yes, I want him to put his pixie dust on this and say, ‘Go for it, Pauly.’ We don’t want to bug him. We want him to be left alone and we don’t want to bug him. We want to pay homage to him and kiss his feet and say he’s done beautiful stuff.”
Fox News Digital has reached out to Shore for comment.
Support pours in for company that pulled Olympics ads after drag queens mocked Christians
C Spire, the Mississippi-based tech and telecommunications company that pulled its Olympics advertising over the games’ controversial opening ceremony, appears to be the only firm to push back against performance.
Although it may be too early to tell whether the move benefited C Spire in any way, the company earned plaudits from several individuals and groups for taking a stand.
After the opening ceremony drew outrage from some viewers who accused the organizers of mocking Christianity by parodying “The Last Supper” in a live performance that featured drag queens, C Spire posted on X, “We were shocked by the mockery of the Last Supper during the opening ceremonies of the Paris Olympics. C Spire will be pulling our advertising from the Olympics.”
WHAT IS C SPIRE, THE COMPANY THAT PULLED OLYMPIC ADVERTISING?
C Spire’s post was praised by several high-profile conservatives, including Republican Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves, who wrote on the platform, “I am proud to see the private sector in Mississippi step up and put their foot down. God will not be mocked. C Spire drew a common-sense, appropriate line.”
The American Family Association (AFA), a Mississippi-based non-profit that advocates for pro-family values in the culture wars, launched a petition encouraging its followers to thank C Spire for distancing itself from the Olympics over the ceremony.
ARE OTHER COMPANIES FOLLOWING C SPIRE AND CANCELING OLYMPIC ADVERTISING?
“It is encouraging when companies like C Spire respect the Christian faith,” AFA wrote in its message. “C Spire deserves our recognition for doing the right thing.”

As of this writing, the petition has more than 21,000 signatories of a letter to C Spire CEO Suzy Hays, which reads:
“I am thankful for C Spire’s decision to pull all advertising from the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Like you, I was appalled by the mockery of the “Last Supper” during the opening ceremony.
Thank you for respecting the Christian faith and for your company’s actions in standing against religious hatred.”
Simone Biles cements G.O.A.T. status after another stunning performance and historic gold
Simone Biles is going home with another gold medal after claiming the top spot on the podium in the women’s gymnastics all-around final on Thursday night, becoming the oldest all-around champion since 1952.
Biles, 27, stole the show early on with the Yurchenko double pike vault – a complex and difficult vault renamed after the American gymnast in 2023 after she became the first female to land it during international competition. She scored a high of 15.7666.
A slight slip-up on the uneven bars wasn’t enough to derail her campaign for gold, and a solid 14.566 on the balance beam put her back on top. Biles entered the final rotation with a narrow lead over Brazil’s Rebeca Andrade: a margin of just 0.166 points.

But Biles pulled off a near perfect floor exercise routine, scoring a high of 15.066. With her sixth gold medal and ninth overall medal, no other American gymnast has won more than Biles.
She is also now the oldest to win the women’s all-round since Maria Gorokhovskaya did so at the 1952 Helsinki Games at age 30.
USA WINS GOLD IN WOMEN”S TEAM GYMNASTICS FINAL AT PARIS OLYMPICS
Biles’ comeback follows a difficult journey at the 2020 Tokyo Games where she withdrew from the all-around final after suffering a bad case of the twisties. As she focused on her mental health, Team USA teammate Suni Lee was propelled to the top, winning gold in that event.
Lee clinched a bronze medal after securing a score of 13.535 on the floor exercise routine.

Jordan investigates daughter of judge in New York v. Trump over her work for Democrats
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan is investigating the daughter of the judge who presided over former President Trump’s criminal trial for her past work for Vice President Kamala Harris, Fox News Digital has learned.
Fox News Digital has obtained a letter Jordan, R-Ohio, sent to Loren Merchan, the daughter of Judge Juan Merchan who presided over New York v. Trump. A jury found Trump guilty on all counts of falsifying business records in the first degree. Trump has requested Merchan overturn that verdict.
TRUMP FILES MOTION REQUESTING JUDGE IN HUSH MONEY TRIAL BE RECUSED AMID DAUGHTER’S DEMOCRAT-AFFILIATED WORK
Prior to the start of the trial, Trump’s legal team urged Judge Merchan to recuse himself from the case due to his daughter’s work for Democrat-affiliated political work for a firm called Authentic Campaigns, Inc. Trump lawyers said the company “services exclusively Democrat clients” and is “the #21 ranked vendor in the country in connection with the 2024 election.”
Trump lawyers, at the time, said Loren Merchan “has a direct financial interest in these proceedings by virtue of her ownership stake and leadership role at Authentic Campaigns, Inc.”
The company’s featured clients include top Democrats – such as President Biden and now-Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Kalama Harris.
In a letter to Loren Merchan Thursday, obtained by Fox News Digital, Jordan highlighted her work related to Harris.
“During your time working on behalf of Vice President Harris, Authentic Campaigns received over $7 million in compensation for its services,” he wrote. “According to your now-deleted LinkedIn, after Vice President Harris dropped out of the Democrat primary, you were promoted to President of Authentic Campaigns.”
TRUMP’S APPEAL TO LIFT REMAINING PARTS OF NY GAG ORDER DENIED
“Authentic Campaigns then conducted work for the 2020 Biden-Harris campaign, which included “digital paid media, design and development, social media, mobile messaging, [and] artificial intelligence,” Jordan continued.
Based on the funds collected by the firm through its work with top Democrats – also including Rep. Adam Schiff and the Senate Majority PAC – Jordan said “at a minimum, there is a perception that you and Authentic Campaigns could profit considerably from President Trump’s prosecution in a forum overseen by your father.”
Jordan is now demanding Loren Merchan turn over “all contracts and invoices referring or relating to work performed by Authentic Campaigns” for work on behalf of the Biden campaign, the Harris campaign, or the Democratic National Committee from the period of Jan. 1, 2023 to the present.
He is also demanding “all documents and communications between or among Authentic Campaigns or any of its employees, agents, or representatives, the Biden for President campaign, or the Harris for President campaign referring or relating to the indictment, prosecution, or conviction of President Donald J. Trump for the period April 1, 2023, to the present.”
He is also asking for records related to any work the company performed related to Trump’s indictment, prosecution or commitment, and communications with her father, Judge Juan Merchan, related to the indictment, prosecution or conviction of Trump.

Jordan gave her a deadline of August 8 to comply with his request.
The request comes as part of the House Judiciary Committee’s investigation into “politically motivated prosecutions by state and local officials.”
Matt Damon was surrounded by a bevy of beauties at the premiere of his upcoming film, “The Instigators,” in New York City on Wednesday.
The Massachusetts-born actor hit the red carpet with all five of his leading ladies, wife Luciana and their four daughters: Alexia, 24 (Luciana’s child from a previous relationship); Isabella, 18; Gia, 15; and Stella, 13.
One photo showed Damon reaching for daughter Gia’s hand as his wife led him off the carpet. He looked back at his two older girls, still partially in photo-formation.

Damon and his wife both produced the film, co-written by longtime pal and fellow Bostonian Casey Affleck, as well as Chuck MacLean. Damon and Affleck also star in the Apple TV+ movie, which features rapper Jack Harlow and Affleck’s girlfriend, Caylee Cowan.
The rare red-carpet appearance comes shortly after Damon got candid about sending his eldest daughter, Isabella, off to college.

“It’s [a] surreal kind of time in the way it operates in your life the older you get, because it just feels like I was holding her, you know, yesterday,” he told E! News in a joint interview with Affleck and co-star Hong Chau.
“To our relatively newer parents, it happens quickly,” he said, turning to Chau, who gave birth in late 2020.
Damon said that to prepare for the emotional distress, he relied upon people who’d already gone through the process. “I called my friends and asked them how they dealt with it… what happened to them,” he said.
“It’s [a] surreal kind of time in the way it operates in your life the older you get, because it just feels like I was holding her, you know, yesterday.”
Isabella will start at New York University in the fall. She and her father seem to have a silly relationship, as Damon has previously spoken about her apathy towards his work.
During a 2023 appearance on “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” Damon told the talk show host about how Isabella liked to roast him.

“[She] likes to give me a hard time. And she is very clear about not wanting to see anything that I’m in if she thinks it might be good,” he shared. “If I get bad reviews in something… that’s the one she wants to see.”
Damon gave a hilarious example, admittedly labeling his 2016 movie, “The Great Wall,” “not very good.”
“My daughter was talking to one of her friends, and she was talking about this movie. ‘My dad did this movie, “The Wall.”‘ And she kept calling it ‘The Wall.’ And I finally was like, ‘Isabella, that movie’s called ‘The Great Wall.’ And she was like, ‘Dad, there is nothing great about that movie,’” he related.
