A fresh to strong easterly airstream affected the coast of Guangdong today. Locally, the weather was mainly cloudy with a few showers. It was slightly cooler in the morning, temperatures were generally about two degrees lower than those of yesterday. Visibility was relatively low in some areas at night. The easterly airstream is expected to moderate gradually in the next couple of days. Temperatures over the region will rise, but there will still be a few showers.

The maximum temperature will be around 26 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories.
