General Situation
A dry easterly airstream affected the coast of Guangdong today. Locally, there were sunny periods. It was dry during the day. The relative humidity over many places fell to about 50 per cent. The easterly airstream will continue to affect the coast of southern China tomorrow. Winds will be weak and the weather will be hot over the coast of Guangdong in the following few days. Meanwhile, under the influence of an upper-air disturbance, there will be a few showers over Guangdong.
Forecast Description
Mainly cloudy. The minimum temperature will be about 23 degrees in the morning. Sunny periods during the day with a maximum temperature of around 28 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Isolated showers later. Moderate easterly winds.
Sunny periods in the following couple of days, and hot during the day, but there will be a few showers on Labour Day.
