Trump rips ABC reporter for asking about accepting luxury jet from Qatar
President Donald Trump scolded an ABC reporter on Monday, telling her she should be embarrassed for asking about accepting a luxury jet from the nation of Qatar, and that it would be “stupid” to turn it down.
“What do you say to people who view that luxury jet as a personal gift to you?” ABC’s Rachel Scott asked him at the White House, as he signed an executive order urging pharmaceutical companies to reduce prices on key drugs.
“You’re ABC Fake News, right?” Trump asked. “Let me tell you, you should be embarrassed asking that question. They’re giving us a free jet. I could say, ‘No, no, no, don’t give us. I want to pay you a billion, or 400 million, or whatever it is.’ Or I could say thank you very much, you know?”
Trump launched into an anecdote about legendary golfer Sam Snead and how he would always accept it if a competitor offered him a putt, which is known in the sport as a “gimme.”
TRUMP DEFENDS QATAR JUMBO JET OFFER AS TROUBLED BOEING FAILS TO DELIVER NEW AIR FORCE ONE FLEET
“A lot of people are stupid,” Trump said. “They say, ‘No, no, I insist on putting it.’ And then they putt it and they miss it … When they give you a putt, you pick it up, and you walk to the next hole, and you say, ‘Thank you very much.’”
Scott followed up, “Respectfully sir, as a businessman, some people may look at this and say, ‘Have you ever been given a gift worth millions of dollars and then not received any – “
“It’s not a gift to me,” Trump said. “It’s a gift to the Department of Defense, and you should know better, because you’ve been embarrassed enough, and so has your network. Your network is a disaster. ABC is a disaster.”
Trump defended the U.S. preparing to accept the jumbo jet gift from Qatar’s royal family to serve as a temporary Air Force One as Boeing failed to roll out a new Air Force One fleet in a timely manner.
QATAR OFFERS TRUMP JUMBO JET TO SERVE AS AIR FORCE ONE
“We’re very disappointed that it’s taking Boeing so long to build a new Air Force One,” Trump said Monday. “You know, we have an Air Force One that’s 40 years old. And if you take a look at that, compared to the new plane of the equivalent, you know, stature at the time, it’s not even the same ballgame.”
Critics have said the move is unethical and illegal because it’s tantamount to taking a foreign bribe, but the White House has said there will be no quid pro quo with the Middle Eastern country and the donation is under legal review to ensure maximum transparency.
Trump confirmed Sunday evening on Truth Social that the Department of Defense would receive the 747 as a gift, while railing against Democrats as “world class losers” for criticizing the gift.
“So the fact that the Defense Department is getting a GIFT, FREE OF CHARGE, of a 747 aircraft to replace the 40 year old Air Force One, temporarily, in a very public and transparent transaction, so bothers the Crooked Democrats that they insist we pay, TOP DOLLAR, for the plane,” Trump wrote. “Anybody can do that! The Dems are World Class Losers!!! MAGA.”

Trump also clashed with ABC’s Terry Moran during an Oval Office interview last month marking his first 100 days in office. At various points, the president belittled the reporter, saying he didn’t know who he was and calling a question “stupid.”

Pfizer, Merck, Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk shares rallied after President Donald Trump announced his plan to lower prescription drug prices for American citizens by as much as 90%.
“”The United States will no longer subsidize the health care of foreign countries, which is what we are doing. We’re subsidizing others,” Trump said during a Monday press conference, explaining that countries were paying “a small fraction” of the price as the U.S. for the same drug” he said Monday.

Trump, teased his announcement Sunday evening on Truth Social.
“I am pleased to announce that Tomorrow morning, in the White House, at 9:00 A.M., I will be signing one of the most consequential Executive Orders in our Country’s history. Prescription Drug and Pharmaceutical prices will be REDUCED, almost immediately, by 30% to 80%. They will rise throughout the World in order to equalize and, for the first time in many years, bring FAIRNESS TO AMERICA! I will be instituting a MOST FAVORED NATION’S POLICY whereby the United States will pay the same price as the Nation that pays the lowest price anywhere in the World. Our Country will finally be treated fairly, and our citizens” an excerpt of his Truth Social post explained.
Pharma stocks could be active on Monday.
President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Monday to encourage domestic prescription drug manufacturing and cut down on the time it takes to approve U.S. pharmaceutical plants.
Under the order, the Food and Drug Administration is directed to eliminate unnecessary requirements, streamline reviews and work with domestic drugmakers to provide early support before facilities come online.
The president also instructed the agency to increase inspection fees for foreign manufacturing plants, improve the enforcement of active-ingredient source reporting by foreign producers and consider publicly listing facilities that fail to comply.

President Donald Trump will sign an executive order on Monday that will aim to lower prescription drug prices for American citizens who have been regularly “ripped off” by big pharmaceutical companies, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said.
Leavitt appeared on “Fox & Friends” Monday morning to discuss the move that Trump teased on social media on Sunday, saying that the executive order will have a positive impact on Americans.
“It cannot be overstated how big of a deal this executive order that President Trump will be signing in a couple of hours is for American families, especially our seniors, who have been ripped off by very large and rich pharmaceutical companies,” Leavitt said.
Trump wrote in his post that his administration would be implementing a “most favored nation’s policy” that will see the U.S. pay the same price as the nation that pays the lowest price for prescription drugs and pharmaceuticals to “bring FAIRNESS TO AMERICA!”
Leavitt said that Americans “pay an astronomical amount” compared to other countries, and the executive order will aim to “reduce the cost of drugs in this country by more than half at least.”
Trump wrote in his post that the executive order would almost immediately cut prescription drug and pharmaceutical prices by 30% to 80%.
President Donald Trump is leveraging the power of the American economy to open China to U.S. exporters as Washington and Beijing work toward a potential trade deal, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick said on “Fox News Sunday.”
When asked about the ripple effect that Trump’s tariffs are having on dockworkers, the trucking industry and others, Lutnick asked them to remember that “this is just a China problem right now.”
Lutnick referenced the 145% tariff Trump put on Chinese imports and the 125% duties China slapped on U.S. imports in retaliation.
“Those tariffs are too high to do business, but that’s why they’re talking right now,” he said of the China tariffs. “The rest of the world is 10%, so don’t overdo it. The rest of the world is 10%. They’re sending their goods here, as the president has said, time and time again. We are the consumer of the world. Everybody wants to sell their goods here, so they need to do business with America, and we’re using the power of our economy to open their economy to our exporters.”

President Donald Trump is focused on curtailing global trade imbalances, but one of the Democratic Party’s top potential 2028 contenders is calling out the administration’s “quixotic” approach.
Although the administration locked in a trade deal with Britain
and says it has others on the horizon, Trump’s tariff policies have spurred on market volatility and been met with skepticism from many Americans, including California Gov. Gavin Newsom.
The Golden State governor shared his take on Trump’s trade agenda Friday, arguing the administration is taking an “inconsistent, chaotic approach” to trade.
“Even if I was going to be charitable, I would say his inconsistent, chaotic approach does the opposite. It freezes investment, consumer confidence, small businesses, large, medium-sized businesses. Everybody I talk to feels very similarly,” Newsom said on “Kudlow.”

Japanese automaker Nissan, which recently announced sizable layoffs, will make an additional round of cuts of more than 10,000 jobs, according to reports.
Japan’s public broadcaster NHK reported the new jobs cuts on Monday, which would bring the total announced layoffs at the struggling automaker to about 20,000 – 15% of its workforce.
The company said last month that it was looking toward a record $4.74 billion to $5.08 billion net loss in the financial year, Reuters reported.
Japan’s third-biggest automaker is looking to slim down to a more resilient size after suffering poor sales in the U.S., its top market, and struggles in China.
Nissan’s full-year results are expected to be announced on Tuesday.

The U.S. and China announced on Monday that tariffs against one another will be reduced for an initial 90-day period after officials held trade negotiations in Geneva.
The White House said the tariffs President Donald Trump announced against China on April 2 will be cut by 24 percentage points for this temporary period while retaining the remaining ad valorem rate of 10% from that announcement.
China made the same agreement, adding that it will “adopt all necessary administrative measures to suspend or remove the non-tariff countermeasures taken against the United States since April 2,” a White House announcement stated.

U.S. stocks signaled big gains early Monday after Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said talks with the Chinese took a turn for the better during a meeting in neutral Switzerland.
“I’m happy to report that we made substantial progress between the United States and China in the very important trade talks” he said Sunday, promising more details on Monday.
President Donald Trump also applauded the developments:
“A very good meeting today with China, in Switzerland. Many things discussed, much agreed to. A total reset negotiated in a friendly, but constructive, manner. We want to see, for the good of both China and the U.S., an opening up of China to American business. GREAT PROGRESS MADE!!!” he posted on Truth Social.
U.S. Trade Representative Ambassador Jamieson Greer: “This was, as the Secretary pointed out, a very constructive two days. It’s important to understand how quickly we were able to come to agreement, which reflects that perhaps the differences were not so large as maybe thought. That being said, there was a lot of groundwork that went into these two days. Just remember why we’re here in the first place — the United States has a massive $1.2 trillion trade deficit, so the President declared a national emergency and imposed tariffs, and we’re confident that the deal we struck with our Chinese partners will help us to work toward resolving that national emergency.”
Bill Maher praises pro-Trump comedian for Puerto Rico joke that set off liberal uproar
Bill Maher complimented comedian Tony Hinchcliffe for the viral Puerto Rico joke he made at an October 2024 rally for then-presidential candidate Donald Trump that infuriated some politicians and the media.
During the Trump rally in New York City’s Madison Square Garden, Hinchcliffe said, “I don’t know if you guys know this, but there’s literally a floating island of garbage in the… ocean right now.” Hinchcliffe said. “I think it’s called Puerto Rico.”
Hinchcliffe was a recent guest on Maher’s Club Random podcast, where Maher said the comedian made a “great joke.”
TRUMP, POWERHOUSE GUESTS ROCK PACKED MSG WITH HISTORIC RALLY
Hinchcliffe explained the story behind the joke that set the media ablaze.
He said he went to the rally to discuss free speech and make “those kinds of jokes.”
“That Puerto Rico joke was actually a joke that I had done a bunch in my standup, and it’s part of a bigger joke with more front end and a longer back end,” said Hinchcliffe.
Hinchcliffe said, “Basically, at the end of the normal joke, I go, you, I’m talking about the problems in the world. And I go, and I don’t know if you guys know this, but there’s a floating island of garbage in the middle of the ocean right now. Yeah, I think it’s called Puerto Rico,” Maher responded with laughter.
“The point of the joke is that people picture, obviously, in my mind, obviously, the great Pacific garbage,” Hinchcliffe said. “I can’t believe nobody ever talks about the fact that there’s an island of plastic as big as Texas.”
BIDEN CASTS VOTE IN DELAWARE, CALLS TRUMP’S MADISON SQUARE GARDEN RALLY ‘SIMPLY EMBARRASSING’
Maher said, “There’s no doubt it’s insulting to Puerto Ricans, but I have been over the same territory. I mean, I don’t think I would do exactly that joke, but I certainly have done many that have been objected to.”
Maher defended Hinchcliffe, saying, “My thing was always, you know what? Everybody has to accept, in the framework of comedy, insults… you know, and they’re never fair.”
Hinchcliffe explained his thought process going into the rally.
“When I was going in to do that, that rally, the goal, you know? It wasn’t just to swing a few, you know, thousand votes, hopefully, of whatever, whoever listens to my podcast or whoever liked my silly performance on the Tom Brady roast or whatever. It was also to f—ing have the president go, “That was cool. Thanks, man. That’s awesome. I liked your set. You got the crowd going.” Which, by the way, I did. Of course, that room isn’t mic’d for the comedy show.”
Maher asked if Trump responded to him that way and Hinchcliffe responded, “No, he didn’t, I didn’t get to talk to him.”
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., who noted that her family is from Puerto Rico, took issue with the comedian’s joke.
“That’s just what they think about you. It’s what they think about anyone who makes less money than them. It’s what they think about the people who serve them food in a restaurant. It’s what they think about the people who, who fold their clothes in a store,” the New York Democrat said at the time.
Republicans also took issue with the joke. Former Rep. Anthony D’Esposito, a Republican from New York, posted, “I’m proud to be Puerto Rican. My mom was born and raised in Puerto Rico. It’s a beautiful island with a rich culture and an integral part of the USA. The only thing that’s ‘garbage’ was a bad comedy set. Stay on message.”
“This is not a joke. It’s completely classless & in poor taste,” Rep. Carlos Gimenez, R-Fla., a Cuban American, added online. “Puerto Rico is the crown jewel of the Caribbean & home to many of the most patriotic Americans I know. Tony Hinchcliffe clearly isn’t funny & definitely doesn’t reflect my values or those of the Republican Party.”
WALZ REPEATS CLINTON ATTACK THAT TRUMP MADISON SQUARE GARDEN EVEN MIRRORED 1930’S NAZI RALLY
Following this, Trump said, “I have no idea who he is. Somebody said there was a comedian that joked about Puerto Rico or something. And I have no idea who it was. Never saw him. Never heard of him, and don’t want to hear of him. But I have no idea,” Trump told “Hannity” in October.
The Trump campaign also swiftly distanced itself from the joke.
“This joke does not reflect the views of President Trump or the campaign,” Trump campaign senior adviser Danielle Alvarez noted in a statement, according to reports.
Hinchcliffe and the Trump campaign were criticized by many in the media for the joke and there were concerns that this would affect Trump’s election chances and support within the Hispanic community.
According to national exit polls, Trump received 45% support from Hispanic voters, an increase from 2020, when he received 32%.

Federal judge’s order for Trump to return deported migrant temporarily halted on appeal
A U.S. appeals court will review the Trump administration’s bid to avoid returning a 20-year-old Venezuelan asylum seeker who was deported to El Salvador earlier this year, keeping him in Salvadoran custody for now.
The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals agreed last week to take up Trump’s appeal – staying through May 15 a lower court’s ruling that required the Trump administration to immediately return him to U.S. soil.
The appeals court also ordered plaintiffs in the case to submit their response to the court before noon on Monday. The Trump administration will have through 9 a.m. Tuesday to respond.
At issue is the case of Daniel Lozano-Camargo, a 20-year-old Venezuelan national previously referred to in court documents as “Cristian,” who was deported to El Salvador in March in the Trump administration’s early wave of Alien Enemies Act removals.
FEDERAL JUDGE ORDERS RETURN OF DEPORTED MIGRANT TO US, REJECTING TRUMP REQUEST
U.S. District Judge Stephanie Gallagher, a Trump appointee, ruled in April that his deportation violated an agreement the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) struck in 2024 with Lozano-Camargo and a group of young asylum seekers who had entered the U.S. as unaccompanied children.
Under that agreement, DHS agreed not to deport the migrants in question until their requests for asylum could be fully adjudicated in U.S. court. Last month, Gallagher said Lozano-Camargo’s deportation was a “breach of contract,” since his asylum case had not yet been heard, and ordered the U.S. government to facilitate his release.
She reiterated that decision in court last week, rejecting a new filing from the Justice Department that said it had determined Lozano-Camargo was eligible for removal under the law, citing his earlier arrest and conviction for cocaine possession in Houston this year.
Justice Department officials claimed in earlier court documents that Lozano-Camargo was a member of a “violent terrorist gang” but have not linked him to Tren de Aragua. Portions of their most recent court filing have been redacted.
Gallagher had specifically ordered the Trump administration to make a “good faith request to the government of El Salvador” to “release Cristian, [or Lozano-Camargo], to U.S. custody for transport back to the United States to await the adjudication of his asylum application on the merits by USCIS,” which it had not done.
BOASBERG GRILLS DOJ OVER REMARKS FROM TRUMP AND NOEM, FLOATS MOVING MIGRANTS TO GITMO IN ACTION-PACKED HEARING
Gallagher emphasized in court last week that her decision has nothing to do with the strength of his asylum request, and is based solely on due process protections.
“I don’t think that this is a case about whether or not Cristian is going to eventually get asylum,” she told lawyers for the Trump administration.

“Process is important. We don’t skip to the end and say, ‘We all know how this is going to end so we’ll just skip that part,'” she said. “Whether he ultimately receives asylum is not the issue. The issue is – and has always been – one of process.”
Still, Gallagher agreed to stay her ruling for 48 hours, giving the administration time to appeal it to the higher court, which it did.

Naomi Judd’s husband comes clean about dangerous incident that unfolded after he cheated
Larry Strickland, Naomi Judd‘s widower, confirmed the late singer once shot a gun at him after learning about his infidelity.
In the Lifetime docuseries “The Judd Family: Truth Be Told,” the 79-year-old – who was married to Judd for 33 years before her death in 2022 – briefly opened up about the incident.
In a voiceover from her 1993 memoir, “Love Can Build a Bridge,” Judd could be heard saying that she and Strickland were “wildly, madly, passionately in love,” despite her husband rarely being home. At the time, Judd detailed the moment she learned about her husband’s cheating after a woman continued to call their home and express her love for Strickland.
WYNONNA JUDD WISHES BOND WITH MOM WAS LIKE THEIR MUSIC, BUT ‘THERE WAS A LOT OF DYSFUNCTION’
A heartbroken Judd recalled tearing up photos of the pair and throwing Strickland’s clothes and belongings out.
At one point during the docuseries, Strickland rewatched a scene from the TV movie “Love Can Build a Bridge” in which Kathleen York, who played Naomi, shoots Bruce Greenwood, who played Strickland, after discovering his infidelities.
“Well, it really happened,” Strickland admitted. “That’s all I can say. That’s all I’m going to say. It happened.”
Judd and Strickland married in May 1989.
The Judds member died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound on April 30, 2022, one day before she was set to be inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.
“I was really scared to death about her flying alone all the way from Vienna back to Nashville ’cause I knew how fragile she was,” Strickland said of the days leading up to her death during CMT’s “Naomi Judd: A River of Time” honoring Naomi shortly after her death.
Naomi’s daughter, actress Ashley Judd, appeared on “Good Morning America” at the time to discuss her mother’s mental health and her manner of death.
“She used a weapon… my mother used a firearm,” Ashley said during the appearance. “So that’s the piece of information that we are very uncomfortable sharing, but understand that we’re in a position that if we don’t say it someone else is going to.”
Ashley also shared details from Naomi’s final day.
“It was a mixed day,” the actress explained. “I visit with my mom and pop every day when I’m home in Tennessee, so I was at the house visiting as I am every day. Mom said to me, ‘Will you stay with me?’ and I said, ‘Of course I will.’… I went upstairs to let her know that her good friend was there and I discovered her. I have both grief and trauma from discovering her.”
NAOMI JUDD DIED FROM A SELF-INFLICTED GUNSHOT WOUND, DAUGHTER SAYS
Elsewhere in the documentary, Ashley and sister Wynonna Judd admitted that they had a complicated relationship with their late mother, who also dealt with her own trauma on her road to success.
The sisters opened up in the first three episodes about growing up with a young mom, the abuse they experienced from one of their mother’s exes when they were children, leaving Los Angeles behind to move home to Kentucky, and how Wynonna and Naomi found and dealt with superstardom in country music.

“I’ve loved her more than I’ve loved myself, but Mother was both in love with me and terrified of me because I represented what she didn’t know and couldn’t control,” Wynonna said at the beginning of the docuseries.
Wynonna said she believes her mother’s suicide was partly to blame on “generational trauma” her mother experienced.
“One of the reasons I have decided that Mom left this world is because of trauma, generational trauma, family stuff that never got healed or fixed,” Wynonna said in the first episode of the show.
WYNONNA JUDD RECALLS LAST PERFORMANCE WITH MOM NAOMI: ‘SHE WAS VERY FRAGILE’
Ashley added that their mother lived with a “constellation of her sufferings” that spiraled into severe depression before her death.
Strickland also admitted in the docuseries he was “jealous as crap” of Naomi’s success early on in her career.
Naomi wrote in her memoir that after she found out that their song “Mama He’s Crazy” was No. 1, Strickland stood up and walked out the door.
“I was jealous as crap of her, you know,” he admitted, “so we just kind of fell apart a little bit.”

Kelly Osbourne reveals her body drove haters crazy, and the comments wouldn’t stop
Kelly Osbourne says she’s received more criticism over her weight than anything else she’s ever done, including drugs and alcohol.
On Saturday, the reality TV star participated in a panel at the Inaugural Beacher Vitality Happy & Healthy Summit at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles. During her appearance, the daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne and TV personality Sharon Osbourne opened up about the scrutiny she’s endured over the years due to her physical appearance.
“We live in a fat-phobic world,” the 40-year-old told the attendees, as quoted by People magazine.
KELLY OSBOURNE TURNS 40 WITH DRAMATIC TRANSFORMATION AFTER WEIGHT, ADDICTION BATTLES
Being body-shamed even overshadowed some of her past struggles, Osbourne insisted.
“I have been a drug addict, an alcoholic… I’ve been a complete mess, disrespectful to people, horrible – but I got more s— for being fat than I did for anything else. It’s insane.”
Osbourne described how, when she was heavier, she often received backhanded comments.
“People [would] say, ‘You’re so pretty. Why don’t you just lose a little bit of weight, and then you’ll be the total package?’” she said.
According to the outlet, the “Dancing with the Stars” alum “tried everything” to shed the pounds. However, it wasn’t until Osbourne addressed her mental health that she started to see results.
“I tried probably everything that there is out there, whether it be surgery, medication, diet and exercise,” Osbourne explained. “I got my mind where I needed it to be, and everything started to fall into place.”

“It’s not just as simple as change your diet and move,” she said. “You have to change your brain. You have to come to peace and acceptance about where you are in your life before you can start.”
In 2020, Osbourne told the Hollywood Raw podcast that her gastric sleeve surgery was “the best thing I have ever done.” Still, she stressed it wasn’t an overnight solution.
“The kind of surgery I had… if you don’t work out, and you don’t eat right, you gain weight,” said Osbourne at the time. “All it does is move you in the right direction. So, anyone who’s thinking of doing something like this, really think about that.”
“I had to do a year of stand-alone therapy to prepare myself for the surgery before I even had it,” she continued. “What people don’t realize is, it cuts out this hormone that if you have addiction issues, it stops your craving, and it makes you not emotionally eat, which is a huge problem for me. It doesn’t solve all your problems. It’s not a quick fix.”
Back in 2023, Osbourne told Fox News Digital that she spent the nine months of her pregnancy in hiding with her father. She and Slipknot musician Sid Wilson welcomed their son Sidney in late 2022.
“I literally sat with my dad for nine months in a house, and I had the best pregnancy ever,” she said at the time. “We had a lot of fun. We really did. But there was no way I was going to go out and about and have people see me and shame me because I was so big.”

Osbourne said that while she was eager for motherhood, she was terrified of facing public scrutiny over her growing baby bump.
“I have been body-shamed since I was 14, 15 by the media,” Osbourne explained. “I was known as Ozzy’s chubby daughter. They’d always comment about my body and the way I looked. And I just wanted to be myself. I didn’t want to be the prettiest girl in the room, but I was penalized because I wasn’t. It’s one of those things where I am totally fine with the way that I look and am happy with myself and how I am as a person, but other people aren’t. And that’s on them. It’s not on me.”
“But people need to realize that we are responsible for our words,” she said. “Just because you’re behind a keyboard doesn’t make it OK. And I do think there should be more laws and rules against what people can do to another person [online]. It’s horrible.”
WATCH: OZZY OSBOURNE’S SON JACK OSBOURNE SAYS ROCK STAR’S VOICE IS STILL ‘SPOT ON’ DESPITE HIS HEALTH STRUGGLES
“Sometimes, the comments section of my social media, you just can’t look at it because just as there are many mean ones, there are nice ones, and people say really lovely things, but your mind doesn’t focus on that. You focus on the bad ones that you have. It can derail you for the entire day, week or month.”
Osbourne said she tries not to let any comments about her weight and speculation about whether she’s had any work done get to her. But some days are better than others.
“I won’t lie and say there aren’t some days when I’m just like, ‘Holy f—, that is mean,’” she said.
In her third trimester, she was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, People magazine reported. According to the outlet, she cut down on processed sugar to deal with the symptoms of weight gain, fatigue and ankle swelling.
“I hid for nine months when I was pregnant because I didn’t want what they did to Jessica Simpson when she was pregnant [to happen to me],” said Osbourne about the star being mercilessly body-shamed.
“I think it was disgusting,” said Osbourne. “I still think it’s disgusting. It’s horrible, absolutely horrible. She was pregnant. What are you supposed to look like when you’re pregnant?”

“Rihanna changed the pregnancy style game in such a magical way,” said Osbourne about the singer’s daring maternity looks during her pregnancies.
“I think what she did was incredible, but not every girl is Rihanna,” Osbourne continued. “I definitely felt the pressure [to lose weight after giving birth]. And I 100% caved into losing the baby weight. I’m happy I lost it, but it was because I didn’t want to be picked on.”
Two dead after ‘giant explosion’ rocks suburban neighborhood in dead of night
A criminal investigation is underway in New Jersey following the deaths of a man and woman whose home burst into flames after neighbors reported hearing a “gigantic explosion.”
Officers responded to reports of a loud explosion and fire just after 2 a.m. Sunday in Sewell, New Jersey, according to Fox 29 Philadelphia.
“We heard this gigantic explosion. It was so big, I felt like it rocked my whole house,” resident Suzanne Pinto told the outlet, adding that she felt her whole house shake and rushed outside to find the neighboring home consumed in a massive fireball.
The exact cause of the fire remains unclear. The Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office said the case is being handled as a criminal investigation and that an autopsy will be conducted on both victims to gather more information, the local station reported. There were no other reports of injuries.

Neither the prosecutor’s office nor the Washington Township Police Department immediately responded to requests for comment from Fox News Digital.
Fox29 reported that the home was completely destroyed in the blaze, and nearby houses also sustained damage.
Another resident, Jill Ralph, told the station she grabbed her husband and 92-year-old mother and drove away as fast as she could from the apparent explosion.

“Looked out the bedroom window, and the house next door was just full of flames,” Ralph said. “It’s a shock. It’s a shock. Who would have thought? You know, looking next door and there’s a house that was there, and now it’s gone. And the person in it is gone, too. And it’s devastating.”
Pinto said while she tried to check on her nearby neighbors to see if they were okay, she could tell that the residents inside the burning home couldn’t be saved, according to the outlet.

“We knew the house was in such a condition, no one could be rescued from that fire,” Pinto said.
“Just very tragic, very tragic,” Pinto added. “I see the guy every day. He has a dog. He walks up and down the street all day.”
Hamas released its last living American hostage Monday, after he spent more than 580 days in captivity inside the Gaza Strip.
Edan Alexander, a 21-year-old dual U.S.-Israeli citizen, was received by a specialized Israel Defense Forces unit and was brought to an initial reception facility in Re’im, where was schduled to undergo preliminary medical and psychological evaluation by Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Medical Corps personnel, an Israeli official told Fox News.
“This is a very emotional moment — Edan Alexander has returned home. We embrace him, and we embrace his family,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a statement. “This was achieved thanks to our military pressure and the diplomatic pressure applied by President Trump. That combination is a winning formula.”
HAMAS CLAIMS IT WILL RELEASE AMERICAN HOSTAGE EDAN ALEXANDER
President Donald Trump, following Alexander’s release, wrote on Truth Social “Congratulations to his wonderful parents, family, and friends!”
“The Al-Qassam Brigades have just released the Israeli soldier holding American citizenship, Edan Alexander, following communications with the U.S. administration,” Hamas said in a statement. “This comes as part of the mediators’ efforts to reach a ceasefire, open the border crossings, and allow the entry of aid and relief for our people in the Gaza Strip.”
In an update, the IDF said Alexander, accompanied by members of his family, was making his way onto an Israeli air force helicopter to a hospital, wbefore he was reunited with other members of his family and will receive medical treatment.

Following his release, Yael Alexander spoke with her son over a phone handed to her by Steve Witkoff, the U.S. Special Envoy to the Middle East.
“Edan, Edan You’re out? My love, you are safe! That’s it. It’s over now,” his elated mother said. “I’m here waiting for you.
“They just released a photo of you – you look unbelievable,” she added. “Wow, you look beautiful. I love you so much. I love you and I’m going to see you.”
Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Monday that Trump “is fighting to secure the release of every American detained abroad” and “We won’t stop until this conflict is over and all our hostages are home.” As news spread of his release, a crowd that gathered in Alexander’s hometown of Tenafly, N.J., erupted in applause.
Sue Gelsey, the interim CEO of the Kaplan JCC on the Palisades, told Fox News an estimated 3,000 had gathered in downtown Tenafly, some arriving as early as 5 a.m.
Trump, who is slated to depart Washington, D.C., on Monday for visits to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, said prior to Alexander’s release that it was “great news.”
Netanyahu held a meeting Monday with Trump’s special envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, and U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee. Netanyahu then called Trump today and thanked him for his assistance in securing Alexander’s freedom.
Alexander’s family will await him at the Re’im facility, accompanied by their assigned officer from the Missing Persons and Hostages Headquarters. After the initial reunion, Edan and his family will be airlifted to Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv for continued care, the official also told Fox News.
As an IDF soldier, Alexander also will be provided with a comprehensive support framework, including medical, psychological, and logistical assistance, facilitated by military professionals.
Hamas first claimed on Sunday that it would release Alexander.
Alexander’s mother Yael said on Thursday that she was feeling “[s]uch sadness and agony not knowing what the fate of your son is.
“I have not been able to sleep. I am stuck in Oct. 7, even though it’s been 580 days. I used to enjoy Mother’s Day so much. We would all go to the city to a special restaurant, and I insisted the kids write me letters on this day. I have not been able to celebrate anything since this nightmare began,” she added.

Raised in Tenafly, Alexander moved to Israel at 18 to volunteer for military service in the IDF’s Golani Brigade. He lived with his grandparents in Tel Aviv and at Kibbutz Hazor, where he was part of a group of lone soldiers.
He was kidnapped on the morning of October 7 – a Saturday when he wasn’t required to remain on base. His mother was visiting from abroad, and like many lone soldiers he had the option to go home for the weekend. He chose to stay, not wanting to leave his fellow soldiers short-staffed on guard duty.
Ayelet Samerano, the mother of hostage Yonatan Samerano, said Monday that the previous day was Mother’s Day, and how “[a]round the world, mothers celebrated with their children.”

“But for me – and the other mothers of the 59 hostages – it was just another day of nightmare. Yes, I am happy for the Alexander family. They will finally have their son Edan back. I thank President Trump and Steve Witkoff for this progress,” she added. “But President Trump – please don’t stop. This is only the first step. Do whatever is necessary to bring every last one home. The other 58 hostages have no time left. They are in hell. The living could be killed any day. The deceased – their bodies could be lost forever. They must all come home.”
