General Situation
A strong easterly airstream affected the coast of Guangdong today. Locally, it was mainly cloudy. There were one or two rain patches in the morning and at night. The easterly airstream is expected to be replaced by a southwesterly airstream gradually in the next couple of days. The weather will be hot with a few showers over the coast of Guangdong. Meanwhile, the broad trough of low pressure bringing showers to the northern part of the South China Sea will weaken gradually.
Forecast Description
Mainly cloudy with one or two showers. The minimum temperature will be about 25 degrees in the morning. Sunny periods during the day with a maximum temperature of around 30 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Moderate to fresh easterly winds, becoming moderate southerlies.
Hot with sunny periods and a few showers on Monday. The weather will become unsettled on Tuesday and Wednesday.
