DNI Gabbard refers Obama’s Russia hoax documents to DOJ after bombshell report

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard appeared on “Hannity” Friday night where she asserted that former President Barack Obama’s goal with the Russia collusion narrative was to “subvert the American people’s will” in the 2016 presidential election.

Gabbard declassified the report on the Obama administration’s Russia hoax on Friday, revealing “overwhelming evidence” that demonstrates how, after President Donald Trump won the 2016 election against Hillary Clinton, then-President Barack Obama and his national security team laid the groundwork for what would be the years-long Trump–Russia collusion probe.

She noted to viewers that this is an issue that is “important to every single one of us as Americans,” and not just a partisan issue because it has to do with the “integrity and strength of our democratic republic.”

OBAMA OFFICIALS ADMITTED THEY HAD NO ‘EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE’ OF TRUMP-RUSSIA COLLUSION: HOUSE INTEL TRANSCRIPTS

“It lays out, these over 100 documents that you’re referencing, that I declassified and released, spells out in great detail exactly what happens when you have some of the most powerful people in our country directly leading at the helm, President Obama and his senior-most national security cabinet, James Comey, John Brennan, James Clapper, and Susan Rice and others, essentially making a very intentional decision to create this manufactured, politicized piece of intelligence with the objective of subverting the will of the American people,” she told Hannity.

The intelligence chief claimed that the goal of Obama and his team was to essentially “not accept the decision of the American people” in 2016, and to use this “manufactured, politicized piece of intelligence” as a means to enact a “years-long coup against President Trump.”

Gabbard shared her thoughts on what she believed were the effects the Russia Hoax had on the country and its people.

“The years-long Mueller investigation that cost taxpayers almost $40 million to congressional impeachments, endless smears and attacks against not only President Trump, but his family. He had senior members of his team who were investigated, some arrested and jailed. We had heightened and increased tensions between the United States and Russia. The list goes on and on about the consequences of President Obama and his senior cabinet members politicizing intelligence,” she asserted.

Fox News Digital reached out to Obama representatives for comment on Gabbard’s latest accusations against the administration. Fox News Digital previously reached out to Obama, Clapper, Comey, Brennan, Rice, Lynch and McCabe for comment.

The intelligence leader told Hannity that she would be referring the documents to the Department of Justice (DOJ) for further investigation, noting that accountability is “critical” to ensure Americans still have faith in our republic.

“I am referring all of these documents that we have found and uncovered, referring them to the Department of Justice for further investigation. Accountability and action; not just investigation, but action. Accountability has to take place. The American people’s ability to have faith and trust in the integrity of our democratic republic is literally what’s at stake and therefore the future of our ability to exist as the country that we know it. This accountability is critical to make sure that this never happens again,” she stated. “Exposing the truth and naming those who are responsible should drive that accountability that has to take place.”

Gabbard also touched on the now-infamous Steele dossier, despite its lack of credibility.

“The Steele dossier was used in this manufactured assessment that President Obama directed to be created along with many other pieces of intelligence that the intelligence community itself, for months leading up to the election, said, ‘This is not credible and should not be used at all,’” the DNI chief claimed.

On Saturday morning, Gabbard appeared on “Fox and Friends” to further discuss the new Russia documents, referring to the Obama administration’s actions as a “treasonous conspiracy” against Trump.

“No one, no matter who they are, no matter how high up they are or how powerful they may be, no matter who the intelligence officials or professionals were, who were a part of this treasonous conspiracy, there must be accountability,” she asserted.

The unspecified relationship between Byron and Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot was revealed to the nation when they were spotted by the concert’s “Kiss Cam.”

Cabot briskly turned and covered her face, while Byron awkwardly ducked behind a stadium seat, catching Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin’s gaze.

“Oh, look at these two,” Martin joked to the crowd. “All right, c’mon, you’re Ok. Oh, what? Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”

Democrats fume over new plan to house illegal migrants on NJ, IN military bases

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

Military bases in both New Jersey and Indiana will soon be used by Homeland Security to house illegal immigrants, drawing a furious response from Democratic lawmakers.

Parts of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey and Camp Atterbury in Indiana will be repurposed and used as “temporary soft-sided holding facilities,” the Defense Department told Fox News Digital, citing a decision by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

New Jersey Democrats blasted the decision, warning it would harm military readiness and urging Republicans to join them in helping reverse it. Both bases were previously used to house thousands of Afghan refugees following the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021.

SELF-DEPORT OR END UP IN ‘ALLIGATOR ALCATRAZ,’ NOEM WARNS MIGRANTS DURING TRUMP VISIT

“This is an inappropriate use of our national defense system and militarizes a radical immigration policy that has resulted in the inhumane treatment of undocumented immigrants and unlawful deportation of U.S. citizens, including children, across the country,” the group of Democrats said in a joint statement.

“Using our country’s military to detain and hold undocumented immigrants jeopardizes military preparedness and paves the way for ICE immigration raids in every New Jersey community. We have the greatest military in the world and using it as a domestic political tool is unacceptable and shameful.”

The statement was made by Reps. Herb Conaway, LaMonica McIver, Donald Norcross, Rob Menendez, Frank Pallone, Bonnie Watson Coleman, Josh Gottheimer and Nellie Pou as well as Sens. Cory Booker and Andy Kim.

FBI CAPTURES FINAL ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT INMATE WHO ESCAPED ICE FACILITY IN NEW JERSEY

It is unclear when either site will open and a decision will depend on operational requirements and coordination with Homeland Security, the Defense Department said.

Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst is a joint military base operated by U.S. Air Force, Army and Navy — the only tri-service base in the country. Spanning 42,00 acres, it’s home to 45,000 military and civilian personnel, making it one of the largest and most strategically important on the East Coast.

Camp Atterbury is an Army and Air National Guard base near Edinburgh that spans 34,000 acres and has been used for training brigades and hosting large-scale operations.

Under the Trump administration, Homeland Security has been using detention facilities to house migrants while they await asylum hearings or deportation.

The lawmakers said that Hegseth wrote to Conoway informing him of the decision. Hegseth wrote in the letter that the move would not negatively affect military training, operations, readiness, or any other military requirements, per NJ Spotlight News.

New Jersey is already home to Delaney Hall and the Elizabeth Detention Center which are being used as immigration detention facilities, although they are privately operated. Delaney Hall was the scene where Democrat Newark Mayor Ras Baraka was arrested and charged with trespassing in a clash with federal immigration officials in May. Rep. LaMonica McIver, D‑N.J., was later federally charged for allegedly interfering with federal officers during the same incident.

The news comes two weeks after President Donald Trump signed the Big Beautiful Bill into law, which allocated between $150 billion and $170 billion towards immigration enforcement over the next several years, $45 billion of which was carved out to expand immigration detention facilities. The funds are part of the Trump administration’s efforts to carry out the largest deportation operation in the nation’s history.

Earlier this month, the Trump administration opened an immigration detention camp in Florida’s Everglades that is surrounded by alligators dubbed “Alligator Alcatraz.”

Man wearing prohibited jewelry suffers fatal outcome after entering MRI room

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

A man has died after getting sucked into an MRI machine.

The accident occurred on July 16 at the Nassau Open MRI in Westbury, New York, according to a press release from the Nassau County Police Department in Long Island.

Officers responded to a 911 call at around 4:30 p.m. at the MRI center, which provides diagnostic radiology services.

ARE FULL-BODY SCANS WORTH THE MONEY? DOCTORS SHARE WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

“Upon arrival, officers were informed that a male, 61, entered an unauthorized Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) room while the scan was in progress,” the release stated.

“The male victim was wearing a large metallic chain around his neck, causing him to be drawn into the machine, which resulted in a medical episode.”

The man was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries the next day, on July 17.

The investigation is ongoing, according to the police department.

Nassau Open MRI states on its website that anything metallic should be removed prior to an MRI, including hearing aids, partial plates, dentures, jewelry and hair pins.

CANCER SCREENINGS: HERE ARE 5 TYPES AND CRITICAL INFORMATION TO KNOW ABOUT EACH

On a web page detailing the benefits and risks of MRIs, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) notes that “the strong, static magnetic field will attract magnetic objects (from small items such as keys and cell phones, to large, heavy items such as oxygen tanks and floor buffers) and may cause damage to the scanner or injury to the patient or medical professionals if those objects become projectiles.”

“Careful screening of people and objects entering the MR environment is critical to ensure nothing enters the magnet area that may become a projectile.”

For patients with magnetic implants, external devices and accessory medical devices, there is the risk that the MRI will “pull on magnetic materials” and cause “unwanted movement” of the device, the same source cautions.

The FDA also notes that “adverse events” related to MRI scans are “very rare.”

Out of millions of MRI scans in the U.S. each year, the agency receives around 300 reports of adverse events — primarily burns and other thermal injuries.

5 CANCER TYPES WHERE SCREENINGS SAVE THE MOST LIVES

“Other reported problems include injuries from projectile events (objects being drawn toward the MRI scanner), crushed and pinched fingers from the patient table, patient falls, and hearing loss or a ringing in the ear (tinnitus),” the FDA states.

The MRI is a machine that uses a large magnet to produce “very intricate pictures” of the human body, according to Kenneth J. Perry, M.D., an emergency medicine attending physician in Charleston, South Carolina.

This can be very helpful in capturing images of specific parts of the body, he said, such as the spinal cord, brain or pregnant abdomen

“Unlike other imaging modalities, such as X-ray or CT scan, it does not use radiation, which means it is safe for children as well as pregnant women,” Perry told Fox News Digital.

The only major issue with an MRI machine, the doctor cautioned, is that the magnetic function is never off.

“This means that when approaching an MRI machine, it is impossible to be near it with anything magnetic without having that piece of clothing or device get pulled into the device,” Perry said.

“This is different from a CT scanner, which is only causing radiation at the time that it is on obtaining imaging.”

The best way to prevent these types of accidents is to have a “robust MRI protocol” in place, Perry advised.

“Most hospitals will have different zones built into the MRI process. Within each zone, there is a discussion about which devices or pieces of clothing are safe for the MRI,” the doctor noted.

In the actual machine area, there should be no magnetic material on the patients.

“In the end, MRI is a very safe imaging modality that can give very helpful and important information to physicians.”

“Adhering to these very important protocols will be very helpful in preventing major issues,” Perry said.

It is best to discuss with the care team in advance about any potential concerns related to MRI safety, such as implanted devices, the doctor said.

“In the end, MRI is a very safe imaging modality that can give very helpful and important information to physicians to help take better care of patients,” Perry added.

Actor fired from movie role speaks out on Colbert’s ‘$40M loss’ and CBS fallout

Respectfully, Steven Colbert has been doing nothing but wafer-thinly disguised Democratic propaganda talking points for the last eight years plus. While I completely support Mr. Colbert’s freedom of speech, his utter disdain for half of America and every swing state, greatly diminished his audience potential.

I also respect Colbert’s direct criticism of his employer, CBS/Paramount and his opinion that they caved to President Trump when they settled their lawsuit against the sitting president. That took guts, I will give him that. But Colbert, like ABC late night host Jimmy Kimmel, excluded conservatives completely from his show and limited (prevented) his audience from hearing opposing viewpoints.

COLBERT’S MOST PARTICAN MOMENTS AT ‘LATE SHOW’ HOST, FROM LEADING BIDEN FUNDRAISER TO DANCING WITH SCHUMER

Colbert fed liberal slop to his liberal-minded Kamala supporters and cared less about challenging them intellectually by actually appealing to their higher nature or engaging in thought-provoking debate. Nah, just keep sh—ing on half the country that is no longer afraid to say women don’t have penises and boys shouldn’t get to beat up girls in girls’ sports. So while I support Mr. Colbert’s First Amendment right to free speech, that constitutionally only applies to the government not being able to silence you or seek reprisals. As for CBS/Paramount, they are a private company and they pay the bills… Or used to. So they can fire anyone they want! And Colbert, who earned an estimated $20 million salary, was reportedly losing the company $40 million per year.

That’s the potential price tag for using your “Free Speech.” It is not free from consequence. I, too, have experienced repercussions, both financial and career-wise, for my willingness to express my thoughts and opinions in the public square. For my outspoken support of parents who’s children suffered neurological disorders from a mandated drug their pediatrician assured them was completely safe but turned out not to be, I lost work. In 2023, I was fired from a movie because of my opinions on the COVID vaccine and my public statements against people being forced to take it. I’m proud of that. And I was disgusted that Colbert had dancing syringes on his talk show, cajoling his audience into taking the experimental gene therapy while he and Kimmel and even President Biden shamed and belittled the unvaccinated. Kimmel even suggested that those who refused to take the ‘vaccine’ should be denied treatment in the hospital.

While CBS claims the firing of Colbert is purely financial, his show being the most expensive in late night and being consistently walloped in ratings by the superior , the timing is suspicious. Yes, these pricey late-night relics are on their way out. More people will read this tweet than the number of 18-35-year-old demographic that is the be-all-end-all for TV advertisers, so the writing was on the wall. But pissing off his bosses at the network made their financial decision even easier and apparently speedier.

All of us who make our living being paid by the conglomerate behemoths who own and run show business must decide what, how much and when to use and exercise our freedom of speech. I, for one, value my freedom of speech more than making money at the expense of watching my culture and country get sucked into the Woke totalitarian demonizing, shaming and censoring machine that Colbert and Kimmel had no problem going along with and profiting from. Now the time has come when companies like CBS/Paramount, who used to be immediately cowed by the Woke mob of illiberal lunatics, are not so scared anymore. And they shouldn’t be. The freak show Woke empire of intolerance and envy in the guise of good manners has fallen from its purity-enforced grace and America’s flirtation with repackaged communism is dead.

Finally, it may be okay to say on any remaining late-night talk shows that women do not have penises, men don’t get pregnant, and children should not be mutilated. I wish Mr. Colbert much success in whatever he does next. Show business is a tough business.

Cuomo warns ‘hate-spewing’ 33-year-old would be disaster for New York City

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

Former Gov. Andrew Cuomo appeared to be joking Saturday when he said he would move to Florida if Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani wins the New York City mayor’s race.

Cuomo lost to Mamdani in the Democratic primary, but is planning to challenge him as an independent in the general election. The line, delivered at a Hamptons breakfast with political insiders, sparked laughter but also highlighted growing unease over the city’s political direction.

“It’s all or nothing. We either win or even I will move to Florida. God forbid,” Cuomo said, according to attendees at the event.

The remark came during a private gathering hosted by businessman John Catsimatidis at 75 Main in Southampton. Catsimatidis, a GOP donor and radio host, is also the owner of the Gristedes and D’Agostino supermarket chains, which could be directly affected by Mamdani’s proposal to create government-run grocery stores.

The guest list included RXR Realty Chairman Bruce Mosler, Ambassador George Tsunis, and former top Cuomo aide Melissa DeRosa. One attendee described the line as a “wow” moment. Multiple guests said it got the room’s attention.

TRUMP SAYS CUOMO’S GOT A ‘GOOD SHOT’ OF BEATING MAMDANI IN NYC MAYOR ELECTION

Cuomo’s senior adviser, Rich Azzopardi, defended the comment to the New York Post.

“Governor Cuomo would never give up on New York,” he said. “The line underscored the stakes in this election and the risk of electing a dangerously inexperienced, hate-spewing 33-year-old socialist to lead the city.”

Cuomo repeatedly referred to Mamdani as “the kid” during the event. He called Mamdani’s rent freeze proposal a “death sentence” for landlords and housing supply, and dismissed his platform as “unrealistic bumper sticker slogans.”

Mamdani’s campaign did not respond to a request for comment.

ANDREW CUOMO TALKS REMATCH WITH MAMDANI, SAYS SOCIALIST’S POLICIES WILL CAUSE ‘DEATH’ OF NYC

Cuomo also took aim at Mayor Eric Adams, who is also running as an independent, saying, “We haven’t had a competent mayor since Bloomberg.” He accused Adams of being unable to focus, citing ongoing investigations and ethics concerns.

Asked about the criticism by the New York Post, Adams responded, “If he’s serious about moving to Florida, he should go ahead. He’s already spent three weekends in the Hamptons.”

The race, which also features Republican nominee Curtis Sliwa, has become one of the most unconventional mayoral contests in recent memory.

State lawmaker faces up to 20 years behind bars after felony burglary conviction

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

Minnesota state Sen. Nicole Mitchell was convicted of felony burglary Friday, more than a year after she was arrested while breaking into her stepmother’s home.

Mitchell faced pressure to resign from both sides of the aisle since her arrest but had some defenders who said she deserved her day in court. One of them was Minnesota Senate Majority Leader Erin Murphy, who, like Mitchell, is a member of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (DFL).

“Senator Mitchell has been afforded due process, a trial by a jury of her peers, and that jury has delivered a verdict. I am relieved to see the end of Senator Mitchell’s trial. The case’s resolution brings clarity to the situation,” Murphy said in a statement issued by the DFL after the verdict.

“Senator Mitchell has told colleagues that she intended to resign if found guilty of this crime, and I expect her to follow through on that pledge. Our caucus remains focused on the issues that matter to Minnesotan families and communities.”

DEM STATE SENATOR CAUGHT ON BODYCAM ADMITS ‘I’M NOT GOOD AT THIS’ DURING ALLEGED HOME BREAK-IN

The state lawmaker was arrested in April 2024 on suspicion of breaking into her stepmother’s home. Mitchell said she went to the home of her stepmother, Carol Mitchell, to retrieve her late father’s items. The state senator claimed her stepmother was suffering from Alzheimer’s disease.

Mitchell testified she trespassed at her stepmother’s home and admitted lying to police about why she was there but that it was done out of concern for her stepmother, according to Axios

MURDERED DEMOCRATIC LAWMAKER’S HOME BROKEN INTO JUST DAYS AFTER FATAL SHOOTING

Footage of Mitchell inside a police cruiser handcuffed and being questioned was shown at her trial. In the video, she told an officer she was “just trying to get some of my dad’s things,” adding, “Clearly, I’m not good at this.” Mitchell told police her stepmom “wouldn’t talk to me anymore,” which is why she resorted to breaking into the Detroit Lakes home.

Among the items Mitchell said she wanted to retrieve were her father’s ashes, pictures, clothes and other sentimental items.

When she was arrested, officers found a flashlight covered with a black sock on her. Additionally, officers said they searched a black backpack and found two laptops, a cellphone, a driver’s license, Senate identification and Tupperware products.

While no sentencing date has been set, Mitchell faces a minimum of six months in jail and a maximum of 20 years, according to Axios, citing her attorney.

Caitlin Clark’s boyfriend goes viral after awkward kiss attempt as fans raise questions

Caitlin Clark’s boyfriend Connor McCaffery managed to give her a kiss on-camera at WNBA All-Star weekend, but just barely.

Viral footage of an interaction between the couple surfaced on Friday night, when Clark approach McCaffery in the ramparts of Gainbridge Field House. With cameras on them, McCaffery leaned in to kiss Clark, but as he did, she turned her head.

McCaffery managed a light kiss, on the side of her hair, as she walked away. McCaffery then put his head down.

The video prompted mixed reactions from fans, with many expressing suspicion and others expressing mockery.

McCaffery is an assistant men’s basketball coach at Butler University in Indiana. He was previously mocked on social media during a loss to Austin Peay in November, when the Fox College Hoops broadcast showed Clark sitting in the stands.

The broadcast name card identified her as “Caitlin Clark 2024 WNBA Rookie of the Year.” Then, when the camera turned to McCaffery on the sidelines, a name card identified him as “Connor McCaffery WNBA ROTY Caitlin Clark’s Boyfriend.”

But the broadcast even had to get McCaffery’s little brother involved in the gimmick.

After disregarding McCaffery’s title, his brother Patrick McCaffery, who is a player on Butler’s team, was shown with a name card that read, “Patrick McCaffery WNBA ROTY Caitlin Clark’s Boyfriend’s Brother.”

WNBA LEGEND NEEDLES REFS FOR LACK OF FOUL CALLS ON CAITLIN CLARK OPPONENTS

Like Clark, Connor played basketball at the University of Iowa, where the couple met. He played in 166 games at Iowa, all for his father, former Hawkeyes head coach Fran McCaffery.

Connor dealt with injuries throughout the majority of his college career, but a redshirt year and COVID-19 campaign allotted him six seasons. He reached the NCAA tournament in each of his full seasons, apart from his COVID season. He averaged 4.5 points and 3.0 rebounds, and played in 111 wins, tying Jordan Bohannon for most in program history. His career assist-to-turnover ratio of 3.59 (527 assists to 147 turnovers) is the second best in NCAA history.

The couple started dating in April 2023 after Clark had led Iowa on a run to the NCAA title game. But McCaffery was a senior at that time, and he began his coaching career right after graduating.

In May of that year, he began his career as an assistant coach for the Indiana Pacers. McCaffrey ended up with a job in Indiana before Clark even knew she was going to be playing for the Indiana Fever. By fate, the Fever finished with a bad enough record last season to earn the top pick in the WNBA Draft lottery this year, which sent Clark to Indiana, too.

Now, even with McCaffery’s new job, the Butler campus would be just seven miles from the Fever’s arena, Gainbridge Field House. So, their fates will stay in Indianapolis together for now.

Last August, during the WNBA Olympics break, the couple made a trip to New York City to watch a Yankees game. However, only Clark was seen being given a tour of the Yankees clubhouse, and only Clark took photos with star players Aaron Judge, Anthony Rizzo and Juan Soto.

Clark sent a birthday Instagram post in honor of McCaffery last Sunday as she and the team took on the Dallas Wings. Clark shared several snaps of her and McCaffery on social media as he turned 27.

“Happy happy happy birthday con. you make everyday better and I couldn’t be more grateful. may this be the best year yet, i love you,” she wrote in the caption of the post.

Rory McIlroy hits two balls in one shot, calls it the ‘most weird, ridiculous thing’

Rory McIlroy had a sensational third round that saw him surge up the leaderboard at The Open on Saturday at Royal Portrush, yet the shot he may remember most is when he hit two balls with one swing.

McIlroy, 36, hit an errant drive on the 11th hole and the ball landed where the fans stand. McIlroy’s ball had a decent lie, as the ground had been trampled on throughout the last few days.

However, what McIlroy didn’t know, was that directly underneath his ball, was another golf ball submerged in the ground that could not be seen, as it was buried below the surface.

As McIlroy swung, his ball went 117 yards into the fairway, and when he made contact with the ground, the other ball popped up a few feet in the air and landed between his feet.

McIlroy almost immediately looked down and picked up the ball in disbelief.

“Oh my God,” McIlroy said as he picked up the ball he unearthed with his swing.

JOHN PARRY HITS FIRST HOLE-IN-ONE AT THIS YEAR’S OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP WITH SPECTACULAR SHOT

McIlroy eventually threw the ball into a bush and asked NBC’s on-course analyst Roger Maltbie, “Have you ever seen that before?”

“That is the most weird, ridiculous thing I have ever seen,” McIlroy said after the round.

McIlroy ended with a bogey, and a discovered ball on the 11th hole. The bogey on the 11th hole was his only blemish on the day.

The Grand Slam winner came out hot as he birdied three of his first four holes. After his bogey on the 11th hole, he responded by draining a 56-foot eagle putt on the 12th hole to get the stroke back.

McIlroy notched another birdie on the 15th hole, and finished 5-under par for the day, and is 8-under for the tournament.
