Tulsi Gabbard reveals ‘historic’ intelligence plot allegedly targeting President Trump
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard detailed “striking” findings from declassified documents released Friday, claiming to showcase “overwhelming evidence” that an Obama-era cabal laid the groundwork for what would be the years-long Trump-Russia collusion probe after the 2016 election.
“The implications of this are frankly nothing short of historic,” Gabbard said on this week’s “Sunday Morning Futures.”
“Over 100 documents that we released on Friday really detail and provide evidence of how this treasonous conspiracy was directed by President Obama just weeks before he was due to leave office after President Trump had already gotten elected. This is not a Democrat or Republican issue. This is an issue that is so serious it should concern every single American because it has to do with the integrity of our democratic republic,” she continued.
OBAMA ADMIN ‘MANUFACTURED’ INTELLIGENCE TO CREATE 2016 RUSSIAN ELECTION INTERFERENCE NARRATIVE, DOCUMENTS SHOW
Documents shared by Gabbard’s office claimed that before the 2016 election, there was no evidence showing Russia tried to directly alter vote counts. However, members of the intelligence community later suggested that Russian President Vladimir Putin wanted to help Trump win. Gabbard argues the narrative shift was politically motivated rather than based on new findings.
“Creating this piece of manufactured intelligence that claims that Russia had helped Donald Trump get elected contradicted every other assessment that had been made previously in the months leading up to the election that said exactly the opposite, that Russia had neither the intent nor the capability to try to ‘hack the United States election,’” Gabbard told host Maria Bartiromo.
“So the effect of what President Obama and his senior national security team did was subvert the will of the American people, undermining our democratic republic and enacting what would be essentially a years-long coup against President Trump, who was duly elected by the American people.”
FBI LAUNCHES CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS OF JOHN BRENNAN, JAMES COMEY: DOJ SOURCES
Evidence released by Gabbard’s office implicated then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former CIA Director John Brennan, former FBI Director James Comey and former National Security Adviser Susan Rice, among others, in addition to the former president.
Gabbard confirmed her intent to send all the uncovered documents to the Department of Justice and the FBI for a criminal referral.
When asked if she expects to see prosecutions, she vowed to do “all that [she] can” to ensure accountability.
“We have whistleblowers, actually, coming forward now after we released these documents because there are people who were around, who were working within the intelligence community at this time who were so disgusted by what happened,” she shared.

“We’re starting to see some of them come out of the woodwork here because they… want to see justice delivered… there must be indictments. Those responsible, no matter how powerful they are and were at that time, no matter who was involved in creating this treasonous conspiracy against the American people, they all must be held accountable.”
Some Democrats, including Rep. Jim Himes of Connecticut, who is the top member of his party on the House Intelligence Committee, have criticized Gabbard’s claims as “baseless.”
Fox News Digital previously reached out to Obama, representatives for the former president, Clapper, Comey, Brennan, Rice, Lynch and McCabe for comment and did not receive a response.
Summer mayhem erupts as teen mobs overwhelm public spaces across America
Throughout the country, swaths of dozens — sometimes hundreds — of teens are creating chaos in malls, public pools and other community spaces, with some instances leading to arrests for violent behavior and bans from businesses.
On Independence Day weekend, a crowd of hundreds of teens descended on an Illinois pool, disturbing families and partaking in illegal activity that led to the arrest of one individual.
Officers with the Glen Ellyn Police Department were called to the local park district’s pool at around 5 p.m. July 5 for reports of “a growing crowd of teenagers and young adults” that grew to approximately 200 to 300 individuals, according to a media release.

While at the pool, officials observed some of the attendees entering the area without paying, smoking marijuana, drinking alcohol and setting off fireworks, police said.
“It seems like a horde of kids have just come in, smoking marijuana, carrying coolers in,” a caller told 911 dispatchers, according to WGN9.
Witnesses visiting the pool with their children also reported the teens were using speakers to play loud music with inappropriate lyrics, the outlet reported.
HUNDREDS OF TEENAGERS TRANSFORM PEACEFUL BEACH INTO CHAOS AS POLICE FORCED TO BREAK UP FIGHTS
Body camera footage obtained by Fox News Digital showed officers arriving and attempting to disperse the unruly crowd.
In the footage, an officer spoke with an individual identified as the pool manager, who notified him that the group is “not listening to the lifeguards.”
As the events unfolded, the group allegedly pushed the pool manager into the water.
“They just pushed me in,” the unidentified woman can be heard saying as the group continued partying. “I need to get them all out.”
WILD LA PARTY DEVOLVES INTO CHAOS WITH VANDALISM, FIRE BREATHING MAN, AND INJURED COPS
Authorities then began attempting to round up the teens while telling them to leave the pool, leading to verbal altercations between the crowd and officers.
“Go home,” one officer told the group. “The property is closed.”
Chaos then erupts as a loud bang is heard when a firework is set off, and officers warned the crowd to leave or face jail.
The local pool eventually closed for the day, and one person was taken into custody for setting off fireworks in the area.
A similar incident unfolded last week at a California mall, the Brentwood Police Department said in a Facebook post.
JERSEY SHORE BOARDWALK MAYHEM PUTS BLUE STATE’S ‘SOFT’ CRIME APPROACH UNDER MICROSCOPE
On July 11, more than 300 juveniles reportedly showed up at a local shopping center, police said.
The children “arrived in ride-share vehicles or other means of transportation from outside the area,” according to officials.
As they descended on the plaza, “several in the group became unruly” and began fighting, knocking items off of shelves inside local businesses and running out into traffic, authorities said.
At one point, officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle that resulted in them approaching the driver with guns drawn because they received reports of the individual having a weapon. After a search, no guns were found.
Authorities eventually issued dispersal orders as local businesses closed their doors early.

One juvenile was arrested for battery on a police officer and four were arrested for various misdemeanor charges, police said.
“It was the cops chasing the kids around, the kids fighting and then it just got rowdier and rowdier,” an unnamed witness told Fox KTVU. “I mean, my daughter is on social media. She’s a teen, and she saw it days before I did, but, yeah, I don’t know if the cops thought it was going to be as crazy as it was.”
The Brentwood Police Department did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
The rise in incidents throughout the country is sparking national headlines and concern among parents with their children are out of school for the summer.
In the body camera footage released from the events at the Illinois pool, an unidentified girl revealed to an officer that the invitation for the gathering was distributed through TikTok, a seemingly common trend that is concerning experts.
PHILADELPHIA TEENAGERS CHARGED IN SERIES OF ‘UNPROVOKED’ ATTACKS WITHIN AN HOUR
“What’s happening with large groups of teens overrunning malls and public spaces isn’t just ‘kids being kids,’” Jonathan Albert, a New York City-based psychotherapist, told Fox News Digital. “It’s a symptom of a deeper cultural breakdown, and unless we’re willing to address it, these flash mobs will only get worse.”
Alpert pointed to a growing lack of accountability among younger generations as a contributing factor to the bad behavior sweeping the nation.
“As a psychotherapist, I see a generation raised without enough structure,” Alpert said. “Too many parents have been afraid to say ‘no,’ schools hesitate to discipline and society tiptoes around holding young people accountable. The result is exactly what we’re seeing play out across our country: Teens testing limits because they haven’t learned where those limits are.”
DC-AREA MALL SHUT DOWN AFTER MULTIPLE FIGHTS IN FOOD COURT, 3 TEENS HIT WITH RIOT CHARGES
The use of social media also plays a unique role in not only allowing teens to organize quickly, but encouraging them to act out for online validation, according to Alpert.
“Social media has only made it worse,” Alpert said. “These gatherings aren’t spontaneous. They’re staged for likes, shares and clout. The behavior escalates because there are no real consequences.”

The licensed psychotherapist implores parents, law enforcement and businesses to work together to reach a solution regarding not only holding children accountable, but keeping them safe.
“Businesses and communities must crack down with clear, consistent enforcement,” Alpert said. “But let’s not pretend this is just a policing issue. It’s a parenting issue. It’s a cultural issue. And unless adults step up and model respect for rules and shared spaces, we’ll keep seeing teens treating public areas like their personal playgrounds.”
Los Angeles driver who allegedly plowed into crowd has 11 previous cases, police say
The suspect accused of driving his car through a crowd of people in Los Angeles is a convicted felon who was out on parole, reports said.
Fernando Ramirez, 29, of San Clemente, is expected to face a felony charge of assault with a deadly weapon following early Saturday’s incident, which left 36 injured outside the Vermont Hollywood nightclub.
Ramirez was convicted of felony battery and sentenced in 2020 for attacking a man outside a Whole Foods grocery store in June 2019, KNBC reported Sunday. He was on parole at the time of Saturday’s crash, but it’s unclear whether it was in connection with the 2019 attack or another case.
Ramirez has had at least 11 criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, KNBC reported. In January 2022, he was charged with felony domestic battery and entered a not guilty plea. That case remains open and he also has a pending DUI case, the station added, citing the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
WILD LA PARTY DEVOLVES INTO CHAOS WITH VANDALISM, FIRE BREATHING MAN, AND INJURED COPS
Los Angeles Police Department Public Information Officer Jeff Lee previously told reporters that the Nissan Versa “became disabled” when the driver plowed into the crowd. Subsequently, the driver was allegedly “pulled out of his vehicle, physically assaulted by the bystanders. And during that altercation, somebody produced a firearm and shot the driver.”
As of Monday morning, police were still searching for the suspected shooter, described as a man with a goatee in a blue Dodgers jacket.

Lee added that he was aware of reports that the suspect was kicked out of the Vermont Hollywood nightclub, but that he could not confirm whether that was the case. He said it was something the police were “definitely” looking into.
A line of people — mostly women — were waiting to enter the Vermont Hollywood around 2 a.m. when they were struck by a car that also hit a food vending cart and valet stand, Fire Capt. Adam VanGerpen said Saturday.
At least 36 people were treated for injuries including fractures and lacerations, police said Sunday without providing updates on their conditions.

“We are deeply saddened by the tragic incident that occurred early Saturday morning outside our venue. Our thoughts and heartfelt prayers are with the victims and their families during this difficult time,” Vermont Hollywood management said in a statement. “We are working closely with law enforcement to ensure the person responsible for this horrific act is held fully accountable. We also want to extend our sincere gratitude to the first responders for their swift and compassionate action in assisting those affected.”
Bipartisan senators Fetterman and Cramer introduce cash payments bill
Sens. John Fetterman, D-Pa., and Kevin Cramer, R-N.D., have introduced a bill that would generally require those conducting in-person business to accept cash as payment from customers.
“Any person engaged in the business of selling or offering goods or services at retail to the public who accepts in-person payments at a physical location … shall accept cash as a form of payment for sales made at such physical location in amounts up to and including $500 per transaction,” the measure stipulates, in part.
The proposal provides an exception if there is “a device that converts cash into prepaid cards” without any fee.

It also allows exceptions if a person cannot accept cash payment due to “a sale system failure” or because they temporarily do not have enough cash available to provide change.
“It’s simple: if you’re open for business in America, you should take U.S. dollars,” Fetterman said, according to press releases. “I’m proud to introduce the bipartisan with Senator Cramer because every American should be able to use paper currency if they choose. We have millions of people in this country who don’t have access to bank accounts, and they must be able to go shopping with their hard-earned dollars.”

Businesses would not be required to accept large bill denominations.
The proposal declares that “for the 5-year period beginning on the date of enactment of this section, this section shall not require a person to accept cash payments in $50 bills or any larger bill.”
“The Secretary shall issue a rule on the date that is 5 years after the date of the enactment of this section with respect to any bill denominations a person is not required to accept,” the text of the measure reads. “When issuing a rule under subparagraph (A), the Secretary shall require persons to accept $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills.”

“Cash is still legal tender in the United States, despite some businesses’ exclusive acceptance of electronic payments,” Cramer said, according to the press releases. “Forcing the use of credit and debit cards or imposing premium prices on goods and services paid for with cash limits consumer choice. Americans should have the option of using cards or cash, but they should be the ones who make that choice.”
Texas House Democrat gets presidential endorsement from podcast giant Joe Rogan
Podcast giant Joe Rogan suggested on his show Friday that his latest guest, Texas Democratic State Rep. James Talarico, D-Austin, run for president as Democrats scramble for a new leader.
“You need to run for president,” Rogan told Talarico near the end of the nearly 3-hour conversation. “We need someone who’s actually a good person.”
The two shared a laugh, though Talarico warned against people putting faith into one politician, regardless of whatever side of the aisle they support. He used Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, whom Rogan has frequently supported, as an example.

“I like Bernie a whole lot, but some people treat him as if he’s a messianic figure,” Talarico said. “And Trump on the right, people treat him as a messiah in some ways. This is a problem.”
He added, “The change is going to come from your listeners, not from me, right? I can be a part of that, but I mean, if there’s any hope I can give people, it’s that the people in power, including the billionaire mega-donors who basically run this whole thing, and I can get more into that if you want… But they are very afraid of the power that the people have. That I know for sure.”
Talarico has called himself a “proud progressive” in the past and has pushed back against Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott.
In 2022, Talarico called Abbott “the greatest public safety threat” to the state following the Uvalde mass shooting.

“You know me well, and I try to be careful with what I say, but Texans are dying. The kids in Uvalde, the teachers in Uvalde, the hundreds of Texas who died during the blackout last year, the Texans who died needlessly from Covid-19 because our governor chose to open bars too early in the pandemic. Greg Abbott is the greatest public safety threat in our state. He is the greatest public safety threat to Texans right now,” Talarico said on MSNBC.
By contrast, Rogan has been outspoken about his opposition to lockdowns and has invited guests who have blamed the “Defund the Police” movement for the response to the Uvalde shooting.

Trump threatens to block Commanders’ new DC stadium if they don’t get rid of nickname
President Donald Trump threatened to hang up the Washington Commanders’ plans to build a new stadium in D.C. in the balance if the team didn’t revert back to the Redskins moniker.
Trump put the pressure on the Commanders, and the Cleveland Guardians, on Sunday – calling both organizations out in two posts made on Truth Social.
“My statement on the Washington Redskins has totally blown up, but only in a very positive way,” Trump wrote in a second Truth Social post. “I may put a restriction on them that if they don’t change the name back to the original ‘Washington Redskins,’ and get rid of the ridiculous moniker, ‘Washington Commanders,’ I won’t make a deal for them to build a Stadium in Washington. The Team would be much more valuable, and the Deal would be more exciting for everyone.”

The president added that the Guardians should follow suit.
“Cleveland should do the same with the Cleveland Indians. The Owner of the Cleveland Baseball Team, Matt Dolan, who is very political, has lost three Elections in a row because of that ridiculous name change,” Trump added. “What he doesn’t understand is that if he changed the name back to the Cleveland Indians, he might actually win an Election. Indians are being treated very unfairly. MAKE INDIANS GREAT AGAIN (MIGA)!”
Paul Dolan is the team owner. Matt Dolan holds a minority stake in the organization.
Fox News Digital reached out to the Commanders for comment.
Trump made the original demand for the teams to change their names earlier on Sunday.
“The Washington ‘Whatever’s’ should IMMEDIATELY change their name back to the Washington Redskins Football Team. There is a big clamoring for this,” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Sunday. “Likewise, the Cleveland Indians, one of the six original baseball teams, with a storied past.
“Our great Indian people, in massive numbers, want this to happen. Their heritage and prestige is systematically being taken away from them. Times are different now than they were three or four years ago. We are a Country of passion and common sense. OWNERS, GET IT DONE!!!”
Guardians president Chris Antonetti responded to Trump’s pressure in the middle of the afternoon. He said it wasn’t actually something the organization had on its mind.

“But I would say generally, I understand that there are very different perspectives on the decision we made a few years ago,” he said, via Cleveland.com. “Obviously it’s a decision we’ve made and we’ve gotten the opportunity to build the brand as the Guardians over the last four years and are excited about the future.”
The Guardians had no additional comment on Trump’s posts.
Commanders team owner Josh Harris joined Trump, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell in the Oval Office when the deal for the RFK Stadium site was announced.
Congressional lawmakers supported Harris going back to the old stadium site on the condition that the team and NFL would honor the old Redskins logo. Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., said in November he would support the organization going forward with its plan after “good faith negotiations” with both entities.
“We were calling out leaders in case of really, woke gone wrong,” Daines said at the time. “The irony that they were canceling Native American culture as the DEI movement went way too far. This is honoring a Blackfeet chief who was born in Montana. He is highly esteemed. The Blackfeet tribe of Montana, their current chairman and tribal council signed a letter in strong support to bring the logo back. It honors Indian Country.
“We have good discussions with the NFL and with the Commanders. There’s good faith in negotiations going forward that’s going to allow this logo to be used again. Perhaps revenues going to a foundation that could help Native Americans in sports and so forth. We’re making good progress and, based on the good faith negotiations, I made a decision to support this bill yesterday in the committee.”
But Harris made clear in an interview on Fox News Channel’s “Special Report” that there were no plans to bring back the Redskins name.
“The Commanders’ name actually has taken on an amazing kind of element in our building,” Harris responded to Bret Baier’s question about the Redskins name coming back as part of this new stadium deal. “So, the people that certain types of players that are tough, that love football, are delegated Commanders and Jayden [Daniels], for example, is a Commander, and they’re ranked.

“And, you know, the business staff has gotten into it, and obviously, we’re in a military city here. There’s more military personnel than anywhere else, so we’re kind of moving forward with the Commanders name, excited about that, and not looking back.”
ESPN broadcaster’s risqué WNBA All-Star Game quip leaves co-hosts stunned
The WNBA All-Star Game’s high-offensive output led ESPN host Elle Duncan to say something many viewed as quite crude on live television.
It’s not uncommon to see a lack of defense in a basketball All-Star Game, no matter if it’s the WNBA or the NBA. But Duncan had an interesting way to describe that side of the game at halftime during ABC’s broadcast on Saturday night.
“We hope it gets a little bit more competitive,” Duncan started off after watching Napheesa Collier’s team put up 82 puts to Caitlin Clark’s squad’s 60 in the first half. “Because like a girls’ trip to Cancun, right now, there’s no D.”

ESPN analyst Chiney Ogwumike quickly said, “Elle, you’re in timeout. You’re done.” Then, the broadcast went to commercial.
After the one-liner found its way working through social media, there were a few who didn’t like Duncan’s humor.
MICHELE TAFOYA CLAIMS ‘JEALOUSY’ LED TO CAITLIN CLARK’S SHOCKING WNBA PLAYER VOTE: ‘IT’S SO DUMB’
“Add this to a long list of why no one takes @WNBA or @espn seriously,” one X user said under a video of Duncan, posted by Awful Announcing.
“If Shane Gillis said that, they’d try to cancel him,” another wrote, referencing the comedian’s ESPYs monologue that turned heads this past week.
When the second half eventually started, there was more offense than defense yet again, as Collier led the way with 36 points to help her squad beat Clark’s, 151-131, to win the All-Star Game.
Clark didn’t play in the game, as she continues to nurse a groin injury that has been nagging throughout this 2025 WNBA season. She suffered it on Tuesday against the Connecticut Sun, which forced her to be sidelined for the Indiana Fever during their game against the New York Liberty on Wednesday.

Supermodel’s world shattered when stranger whispered devastating secret at ceremony
When Christie Brinkley found out that her husband was having an affair, it “nearly broke her.”
The veteran Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model is on the cover of Social Life Magazine in celebration of her memoir, “Uptown Girl,” which came out earlier this year. The 71-year-old spoke to the outlet about what it was like sharing her story, both the highs and lows.
“There were parts where I thought, ‘Please don’t cry,’” said Brinkley when it came to reading her story out loud for the audiobook.
CHRISTIE BRINKLEY ADMITS LEAVING BILLY JOEL WASN’T EASY, SAYS ‘BOOZE WAS THE OTHER WOMAN’
“I tried to keep [my voice] level, but [the publisher] let me be. Let my voice crack. Let it show.”
One of the moments Brinkley described in the book was discovering how her fourth husband, architect Peter Cook, was unfaithful after eight years of marriage.
According to the outlet, Brinkley was at a graduation ceremony in 2006 to give a commencement speech. She described how a man approached her with a revelation that had the “weight of a wrecking ball, delivered in barely a whisper.”
“I asked him to repeat it,” she recalled before turning to look at Cook.
“And then I looked at Jack,” she said about her son. “Jack’s face was frozen in panic. He felt it instantly. He knew something was very wrong.”
According to Brinkley, she looked out into the crowd. She saw “mouths agape,” reminding her of “The Scream” oil painting.

“They all knew,” the outlet shared. “Maybe some judged. Maybe some didn’t. But in that suspended moment, she felt faint, exposed… like the floor might drop beneath her.”
Brinkley said she asked the man if he had a card.
“No,” he said. “But I’m a cop at the Southampton station.”
After the ceremony, Jack rushed over to his mother and asked what was wrong. She told him, “Mommy needs to go to the police station.” There, she would get more information about how her marriage was unraveling.
Brinkley told the outlet that she didn’t know what readers would expect from her book.
“I had thought this book might sit on shelves,” she admitted. “I worried it would embarrass my kids. But people bought it. They loved it. I cried.”

In her book, Brinkley describes how the police officer who made the revelation was the father of the 18-year-old Cook was involved with.
“I know from Peter’s face that he was guilty,” Brinkley wrote. “When your whole world falls apart, and you realize in a heartbeat you’ve suddenly become the cliché middle-aged woman whose husband is having an affair with a much (much) younger woman, what do you do?”

That night, Cook was out of the house. And friends urged Brinkley to search the family computer. They even came over to help, an operation Brinkley said looked like something out of “Charlie’s Angels.” There, she found a “creepy labyrinth of files and photos I never knew existed.”
“I was good at guessing passwords, and soon enough, a panoply of frightening email exchanges, incriminating photos, and porn accounts populated the screen like fireworks,” Brinkley wrote. “It was so insane that it was almost funny, and soon enough, the three of us were doubled over in laughter, as printouts of girls in X-rated poses began piling up on the floor faster than trash outside a greasy takeaway.”
Brinkley and Cook’s split resulted in a six-year court battle. Social Life Magazine reported that the divorce trial was “tabloid catnip and a full-blown media spectacle.” It was also “a mother fighting to protect her cubs.”
Today, Brinkley told the outlet she finds solace tending to her garden, just like another famous blonde.
“I admire Pamela [Anderson],” Brinkley told Social Life about the “Baywatch” icon. “I think we were both misread. Different myths were built around each of us, and now we’ve found the freedom to say what was always ours. We’re not salon blondes. We’re hands-in-the-dirt women. We bloom in the garden.”
Brinkley previously told Fox News Digital she dares to love again.
“I find that love is the strongest thing in the whole world, and we are surrounded by love,” she said. “There are so many kinds of love and love for our friends, love for our families, love for nature and love for people that protect nature. I love love – I feel like my life is so full of love.”

“I think if there’s a romantic love that comes along, it would be wonderful,” she shared. “But I also feel very content and happy with the life that I have right now. I consider my life to be very full of love.”
