Michael Cohen stunned a MSNBC panel on Saturday after stating that he believed former FBI Director James Comey “likely committed a crime” while reacting to news of the indictment.

Cohen, who was Trump’s personal lawyer for many years, surprised MSNBC panelists Elise Jordan, Ayman Mohyeldin and Molly Jong-Fast by saying, “I believe likely he will be found guilty.”

“Well, that’s interesting,” Jordan said as Cohen added, “I believe likely he committed a crime.”

“Wait, what?” Jong-Fast added.

TRUMP SAYS COMEY ‘PLACED A CLOUD OVER THE ENTIRE NATION’ WITH CROSSFIRE HURRICANE, REACTS TO INDICTMENT

“I don’t know what that crime is, but there are hundreds of thousands of documents, and the government has each and every one of them, all they need to find is that one,” Cohen said. “I’ve been through this system. I know better than anybody what a weaponized DOJ looks like and feels like. It is insurmountable.”

Jordan pressed Cohen on whether he actually broke “the law,” as he explained he pleaded guilty in his case.

Cohen was charged and then pleaded guilty in 2018 to crimes including tax evasion, campaign finance violations, and lying to Congress. Cohen later cooperated with investigations into Trump, publicly testifying against him during Alvin Bragg’s hush money trial and becoming a vocal critic.

Mohyeldin asked Cohen to clarify whether he thought the Department of Justice had been weaponized under Trump

COMEY DENIES CHARGES, DECLARES ‘I AM NOT AFRAID’

Cohen argued the DOJ had been weaponized by the government for as long as it’s been around.

“I think your argument is it was weaponized then, by Comey against Donald Trump. That’s what you’re arguing right now,” Jordan said, attempting to clarify Cohen’s argument. “And so you think that there will be evidence that will show that in court, and so thus validate Donald Trump’s vendetta against James Comey.”

Cohen agreed and said, “I couldn’t have said it better myself.”

Comey was indicted by a grand jury on two counts: alleged false statements within the jurisdiction of the legislative branch and obstruction of congressional proceeding.

Comey will reportedly turn himself in on Friday and his arraignment is set for 10 a.m. on Oct. 9, in Alexandria Courtroom 600 before District Juge Michael S. Nachmanoff.

Fox News Digital exclusively reported in July that Comey was under criminal investigation by the FBI. The probe into Comey centered on whether he lied to Congress during his Sept. 30, 2020, testimony about his handling of the original Trump–Russia probe at the FBI, known inside the bureau as “Crossfire Hurricane.”

Fetterman breaks with Dems: ‘I’m not going to be that guy’ calling people Nazis

Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., said he won’t “be that guy” labeling opponents “Nazis or fascists,” all while ruling out a party switch during this week’s “Sunday Morning Futures.”

“I’m not going to switch. I’m just going to be an independent voice in the Democratic Party. I’m not going to be afraid of people,” he told Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo.

“And if there are groups attacking a Democrat, the last one in Pennsylvania, then that’s part of the problem in our party. And if you want a Democrat that’s going to call people Nazis or fascists or all these kinds of things, well, I am not going to be that guy … I happen to believe the truth, regardless if it’s the Republican or the Democratic voice.”

FETTERMAN URGES DEMS TO STOP CALLING TRUMP ‘HITLER’ AND ‘AUTOCRAT’ AFTER KIRK ASSASSINATION

The Pennsylvania Democrat, who has often broken with his party on the Israel-Hamas war, reaffirmed support for Israel and called efforts to shut down the government “always wrong,” as members of his party and Republicans continue to engage in finger-pointing.

“That’s where my voice is, and if that puts me as an outlier and now that’s where I am,” he added.

His remarks come as President Donald Trump stakes Gaza peace on a 21-point plan and as members of Congress brace for a partial government shutdown as the Sept. 30 deadline approaches to reach an agreement on a continuing resolution.

Fetterman offered some praise for Trump, saying he was “very pleased” with his support for Israel and criticized key U.S. allies for pushing to recognize a Palestinian state, calling the move a “reward for Hamas.”

Dolly Parton made the difficult decision to postpone a string of Las Vegas concerts on doctors’ orders.

Parton, 79, told fans Sunday on Instagram that she needed to undergo a “few procedures,” but wouldn’t be quitting the music business any time soon.

“I want the fans and public to hear directly from me that, unfortunately, I will need to postpone my upcoming Las Vegas concerts,” Parton shared online. “As many of you know, I have been dealing with some health challenges, and my doctors tell me that I must have a few procedures.”

DOLLY PARTON MISSES DOLLYWOOD EVENT DUE TO HEALTH ISSUES

The “Jolene” singer was scheduled to perform in Sin City at the end of the year, with six performances at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

“As I joked with them, it must be time for my 100,000-mile check-up, although it’s not the usual trip to see my plastic surgeon,” Parton continued. “In all seriousness, given this, I am not going to be able to rehearse and put together the show that I want you to see, and the show that you deserve to see.”

Parton continued, “You pay good money to see me perform, and I want to be at my best for you.”

“While I’ll still be able to work on all of my projects from here in Nashville, I just need a little time to get show ready, as they say,” Parton added. “And don’t worry about me quittin’ the business because God hasn’t said anything about stopping yet.”

The “9 to 5” musician believed: “He is telling me to slow down right now so I can be ready for more big adventures with all of you. I love you and thank you for understanding.”

In a second slide, Parton revealed December’s shows were now planned for September 2026.

Parton’s representatives did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.

Earlier this month, the legendary country star skipped out on a Dollywood event in celebration of the theme park’s latest attraction, the new Night Flight Expedition ride. In a video shared at the event, Parton explained her absence, citing health issues.

“Hello Dollywood! It’s me,” she told attendees. “I know – and I’m here, and you’re there. And you’re wondering why that is? Well, I had a little problem.”

“I had a kidney stone that was causing me a lot of problems, turned out it’d given me an infection, and the doctor said, ‘You don’t need to be traveling right this minute, so you need a few days to get better,’” she continued.

Perched in a brightly lit room with an unlit neon sign displaying her new married name, conservative pro-life influencer Savannah Craven Antao recounted a “violent” street encounter that she said left her with her “whole face cut open.”

“A lot of the time I’m met with violence and that led to me being brutally assaulted on the street back in April,” Craven Antao told Fox News Digital. “A difference of opinion is something that they’re willing to not only call you names over, assault you over, but then now we see, kill you over.”

Craven Antao, who says she owes “almost everything” she has to assassinated conservative activist Charlie Kirk, remains steadfast in her commitment to have controversial conversations with people, fortified through her faith.

TEXAS CHURCH ARSON SUSPECT ACCUSED OF HAND-DELIVERING WRITTEN THREATS TO CHARLIE KIRK VIGIL

The influencer cited Bible verse 2 Timothy 3:12, saying “In fact, all who want to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted,” calling the violence from the left “nothing surprising.”

“If somebody is willing to punch me in the face by just asking a question, why would the limit stop there? Why not kill somebody? Why not just completely try to silence them?” the pro-life advocate added.

“The left will continue to be violent,” Craven Antao said. “We should expect anything at this point because they’ve gone as far as they possibly could already, so we should be prepared for everything. And the advice that I have for any other conservatives that want to speak out is that it’s our duty to speak for what’s right.”

Kirk was shot and killed on the campus of Utah Valley University on Sept. 10. Suspect Tyler Robinson has been charged with the murder that shocked the country and heightened concerns about leftist violence.

“Charlie was shot in the neck for a reason. They want to silence his voice. They wanted to silence him because he was making a difference,” she told Fox News Digital. “He was getting into the minds and the hearts of young people. Changing lives all across the world right before he was murdered.”

Recalling a recent series of street interviews she conducted in Brooklyn, the owner of the “Her Patriot Voice” YouTube channel found that the majority of the people she spoke to “felt unsafe to use their freedom of speech.”

“I’m going to continue doing this because I know that it’s needed. I know it’s something that Charlie would want,” she added. “My goal is just to continue [Charlie Kirk’s] legacy and continue to try to save our country.”

The woman accused of sucker-punching her in the now-viral video street interview has had her case dropped because Democratic Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office missed a key filing deadline, according to her attorneys.

Savannah Craven Antao will be on “Fox & Friends” on Monday at 6:50 a.m. ET.

Ponder lost ‘thousands of followers’ for simple post about murdered political figure

Former ESPN host Samantha Ponder opened up on the “vicious” messages she received on social media after she mourned the loss of Charlie Kirk following his assassination.

Ponder appeared on Fox News Channel’s “Saturday in America” and recalled to Kayleigh McEnany that she reshared a video of Kirk and his family on social media and thought nothing of it.

“The strange thing is I didn’t really say much. I reposted a video of his family just because I thought it was so relatable to see because he’s a dad. You forget when you watch people on TV sometimes that this is just a dad who is a husband and has these little kids,” she said. “So, I reposted a video of their family on vacation and I immediately lost thousands of followers – and who cares? This is not about me.

“But it was more about seeing what’s going on in our country right now and I got just vicious messages, which any of us who have worked in TV get all the time. I’m used to that. But it was in response to something that I thought we could all agree on – man, it’s sad when someone’s murdered. I thought that was just something the general public could agree on.”

Ponder was concerned about what people are seeing on different sides of social media as every person’s algorithm is different. She contrasted what she was seeing about Kirk and his family versus the messages she received.

GARY COHEN DOESN’T APOLOGIZE FOR RIPPING CUBS PLAYER WHO SKIPPED GAME FOR CHARLIE KIRK MEMORIAL

“I think it said a lot about where we are as a country, but I also think it says a lot about the algorithms that we’re dealing with,” she said. “I saw so many people message me, saying ‘He was a racist. He was a bigot.’ So, I thought, ‘I didn’t know that about him. Let me do a little research. And you know what I found? I found highly edited videos of short clips where you could make anyone sound terrible all put together.

“I almost don’t blame the people who felt that way because they are being lied to. They’re being tricked. They’re not sitting and watching a long debate with Charlie Kirk. They’re seeing what their algorithm gives them. I had people saying, ‘I didn’t see anybody mourning his death.’ And I’m thinking, I’m seeing doctors, nurses, teachers, moms that were laughing about his death, his murder that we all saw.

“Those people weren’t seeing it all. So, that tells us we’re seeing two different Americas and a lot of it is because of the social media algorithm that we are all just chronically online addicted to, which is a real problem.”

Ponder was among the sports figures who spoke out about Kirk’s assassination.

McIlroy discusses fan behavior at Bethpage, reveals feelings on future NYC Ryder Cups

Rory McIlroy was public enemy No. 1 at Bethpage Black all week.

The reigning Masters champion was the solo leader in heckles thrown his way at this weekend’s Ryder Cup on Long Island. Most were fine, but many crossed the line.

Whether it was telling him his wife was “a four,” asking about Amanda Balionis amid a previously rumored fling (with his wife mere feet away), dropping F-bombs, or constant reminders of the 2024 U.S. Open at Pinehurst No. 2, McIlroy is sure to be happy that this Ryder Cup is over.

McIlroy was stoic and ignored everyone 99.9% of the time. But that 0.01% included him telling fans to “shut the f— up” on Saturday morning and another instance that afternoon where a fan told him he was “not that good,” to which he responded, “I’m very f—ing good.”

“I am. I am really good,” McIlroy reiterated to Fox News Digital during Europe’s celebration press conference, right after chugging a beer.

But McIlroy has to stay composed, because an athlete is automatically the bad guy if they respond.

EUROPE WINS RYDER CUP TO END WILD WEEKEND AT BETHPAGE BLACK

However, there are times — whether it’s playful banter or someone crossing a line — when McIlroy has no choice.

“Honestly, I’d say it’s just on impulse,” McIlroy said. “Sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t. I’m quite an impulsive character, if you haven’t noticed.

“Sometimes I’ll engage and sometimes I’ll catch myself and refrain. But I don’t really choose when, and it’s just sort of sometimes I do and sometimes I don’t.

At the end of the day, McIlroy got the last laugh, as his European squad made good on his bold prediction from two years ago, defeating the Americans 15-13 and becoming the first team to win a road Ryder Cup since 2012.

But the New York crowd is certainly unlike most, especially in a Ryder Cup.

Future Ryder Cup venues are set through 2039, which will be played at Hazeltine, where McIlroy had one of the fiercest matchups ever against Patrick Reed. So, the earliest a Ryder Cup can return to the New York metro area is 2043.

After all he endured, would McIlroy be OK with that?

“If the result is the same,” McIlroy said slyly, “Absolutely.”

Stowaway found dead in American Airlines plane landing gear compartment at Charlotte airport

The body of a stowaway has been found in the landing gear of an American Airlines flight from Europe after it arrived at Charlotte Douglas International Airport in North Carolina, police have confirmed.

Maintenance staff found the body shortly after 9 a.m. Sunday while servicing the aircraft on Hangar Road within the airport division, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) said in a statement.

CMPD Airport Division officers responded and pronounced the individual deceased at the scene.

A number of Penn State football fans were seen wearing Charlie Kirk’s “FREEDOM” T-shirts at Saturday night’s game against Oregon.

Footage and photos of the students in the shirts went viral across social media.

Oregon, which was Kirk’s favorite college football team, went in to win the game in a 30-24 thriller. Oregon defensive back Dylan Thieneman pulled in a game-sealing interception in overtime, ensuring Kirk’s favorite team won in front of thousands of supporters wearing his signature shirt.

Conservative influencer Benny Johnson organized an event that handed out 5,000 of the shirts to fans ahead of Saturday’s game in the Beaver Stadium parking lot.

Johnson shared footage earlier on Saturday that showed a line of people waiting for the shirts. The line wrapped around multiple sections of the parking lot, with the crowd cheering as he bragged about the length.

Eventually, a loud “USA!” chant broke out.

Turning Point USA (TPUSA) announced its event to give away 5,000 of the T-shirts to fans who attend the at the Oregon vs. Penn State game at Beaver Stadium in University Park, Pa., Saturday.

Kirk wore the now-iconic shirt on Sept. 10 as he spoke at a Utah Valley University event when a single shot was fired from the roof of a nearby building, which killed the 31-year-old husband and father of two. The assassination has devastated the nation, and TPUSA has vowed to continue the mission that Kirk worked so passionately for.

DODGERS RELIEF PITCHER BLAKE TREINEN PAYS TRIBUTE TO CHARLIE KIRK ON MOUND WITH PERSONALIZED HAT

“In the vein, and in honor of Charlie Kirk, we are going to fight cultural battles, and we are going to win them in an arena that Charlie loved so very much — college football,” Johnson announced Thursday on “Will Cain Country.”

“Turning Point USA, at the game of the week, Penn State versus the Oregon Ducks, this is going to be a massive game. This was a game that Charlie Kirk was going to attend. Charlie Kirk loves Oregon, but he also has a bunch of fans at Penn State and has done huge events there,” Johnson continued. “Turning Point USA is going to be handing out 5,000 Charlie Kirk freedom shirts at that game.”

Johnson, who held up a “freedom” shirt identical to the one Kirk was wearing when he was killed, said it was going to be a whiteout game, which is a Penn State tradition where fans dress in all white.

Kirk has been frequently honored at major football events since his assassination earlier in September.

Oregon football head coach Dan Lanning previously offered his condolences to Kirk’s wife, Erika, and their two children following his team’s 34-14 victory over Northwestern earlier this month.

But in a prolonged answer regarding the current culture of the United States, Lanning implored Americans to look at his own locker room, saying, “The people in this world can learn a lot from [it].”

“You walk in that locker room, you’ve got guys of different races, guys of different backgrounds, different religions and you got a team that loves each other. Tons of differences. Where they come from, what they deal with and, ultimately, you’ve got a team that loves each other, and I think we’re missing some of that in our country,” Lanning said.

“I recently found out Charlie Kirk was an Oregon fan, right? I didn’t know that. I hurt for his wife, Erika, and their kids. That sort of evil should never exist in our country, and that’s what it is — evil. I remember having to explain that to my family, right? I remember sitting down with my kids and explaining what happened, and they’re talking about people talking about it at school. And it’s just sad, right?” Lanning said.

“But it’s just as sad every day it seems like we deal with some sort of violence that’s going on in our country, whether it’s school kids in Colorado or kids in Minnesota at churches. I mean, life matters, and I think we’ve lost sight of that. But I just wish the world could learn a little bit of something from our locker room because we’ve got a bunch of people with differences, and what you’ve got in there is a bunch people there.”

“So, we’ve got to be great with our signals and we’ve got to be great with our communication to combat some of the tells that we might give on the field. They’re almost elite in that regard.”

Saleh said there was nothing “illegal” about the scheme.
