State purging hundreds of noncitizens registered to vote after audit exposes flaws

Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose is moving to purge hundreds of noncitizens currently registered to vote after an election year audit revealed flaws in state voter rolls.

The audit uncovered 499 individuals who were registered to vote but were not U.S. citizens. The removals announced Thursday include individuals who confirmed their noncitizen status to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. That data was then paired with the federal Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) database, which also confirmed them to be noncitizens.

“These individuals failed to respond to notices from the Secretary of State’s office asking that they either confirm their citizenship status or cancel their registration,” LaRose’s office said in a statement.

Officials clarified that any individual losing their registration as a result of Thursday’s action may submit a provisional ballot, which “will be counted upon proof of citizenship.”

DEMOCRATS TO CONFIRM NOMINEES BY VIRTUAL ROLL CALL WEEKS BEFORE DNC IN CHICAGO TO AVOID LEGAL CHALLENGES

“I swore an oath to uphold the constitution of our state, and that document clearly states that only United States citizens can participate in Ohio elections,” LaRose told Fox News Digital in a statement. “That means I’m duty-bound to make sure people who haven’t yet earned citizenship in this country aren’t voting. If or when they do become citizens, I’ll be the first one to congratulate them and welcome them to the franchise, but until then the law requires us to remove ineligible registrations to prevent illegal voting.”

BIDEN’S CABINET DOUBLES DOWN ON SUPPORT FOR PRESIDENT AMID CALLS TO INVOKE 25TH AMENDMENT

Ohio law requires that in order for a person to be removed from voter rolls, they must have confirmed their lack of citizenship to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles on two separate occasions, and also have updated their voter registration or voted in between the two occasions.

Ohio had previously removed 136 noncitizens from its voter rolls in May. That action came as a result of an internal investigation relying on state data. LaRose called on President Biden’s administration to release the federal SAVE data at the time and the administration complied with the request, leading to Thursday’s action.

The improper voter registration could result in prosecution for some, but LaRose cautioned that not all instances are criminal. His office’s Election Integrity Unit will refer cases for criminal prosecution when applicable, however.

HARRIS REPEATS DEBUNKED CLAIM TRUMP WANTS TO ‘BAN’ ABORTION DURING FIRST CAMPAIGN RALLY SINCE BIDEN QUIT RACE

“I want to give these folks the benefit of the doubt and say that most of them didn’t intend to break the law,” LaRose said.

Ohio’s audit remains an ongoing process, and LaRose’s office says it may announce more voter roll purges as Election Day nears. The state has also removed nearly 155,000 registrations confirmed to be abandoned and inactive for at least four consecutive years.

“We want to make sure a mistaken registration doesn’t become an illegal vote. We also want to make sure that lawfully registered citizens can participate seamlessly in the process,” LaRose said.

Rep James Clyburn scoffs at claim Trump could win 15% of Black vote

Rep. James Clyburn, D-S.C., said that he doesn’t “believe for one moment” that Trump will be able to win even 15% of the Black vote in the election, especially with Vice President Harris as his opponent.

CNN host Jake Tapper spoke to Clyburn about a panel where MSNBC legal analyst Charles Coleman led a discussion with four Black male voters ranging in age about the upcoming election. “How many of you know a Black man who has expressed to you that they’re committed to voting for Donald Trump?” Coleman asked in the MSNBC special, “Black Men in America: The Road to 2024.”

All four men raised their hands and Coleman asked a follow-up question, “For the brothers who have told that to you, has the emergence of Kamala Harris changed that?” He received a unanimous response that this was not the case.

‘THEY TAKE US FOR GRANTED’: BLACK AMERICANS SOUND OFF ON MISCONCEPTIONS DEMOCRATS HAVE ABOUT THEM

When asked about the panel conducted by MSNBC, Clyburn rejected the statements, saying they were not representative of the Black community.

“I don’t think that’s true at all. The fact of the matter is, I don‘t believe for one moment that Donald Trump will get 15% of the African American vote. That‘s not going to happen,” Clyburn said, going on to question whether he would even earn 13% of the Black vote. “I don‘t think for one moment that her entrance into the race did not change anything with Black people.”

Clyburn then targeted the credibility of the four Black men on the panel who were speaking on behalf of other Black men they knew.

“I don’t know who those four people were, I could not see them, but I would hope that they do not reflect what‘s going on in this country,” he said.

HAVE BATTLEGROUNDS SHIFTED WITH HARRIS AT TOP OF TICKET?

He went on to cite his involvement with various Black organizations, arguing the men on the panel, “do not reflect the Black people that I talked to, and I‘m in AME, African Methodist Episcopal, I‘m a 33rd-degree prince hall mason, I‘m a member of the Divine Nine, and I interact with all of these people and I do not see 15%, among them voting for Donald Trump, and every one of them has been energized by the entrance of Kamala Harris in this race.”

Female boxer in tears as she quits match against biological male after just 46 seconds

An Algerian boxer who was deemed to have male chromosomes won a fight in the 66-kilogram women’s division at the Paris Olympics on Thursday.

Imane Khelif defeated Italy’s Angela Carini after Carini abandoned her match. The fight lasted all of 46 seconds before Carini went to her cornermen to call off the fight.

Khelif celebrated the win while Carini was left in tears. After the fight Carini, was heard yelling to hear coaches in Italian questioning the fairness of the bout.

She then broke her silence about why she abandoned the match.

“I got into the ring to fight,” she said, via Italy’s ANSA. “I didn’t give up, but one punch hurt too much and so I said enough.

“I’m going out with my head held high.”

Carini’s coach, Emanuele Renzini, said that quitting the match wasn’t a part of the plan ahead of time.

“It would have been easier not to show up, because all of Italy had been asking her not to fight for days,” Renzini said. “But Angela was motivated and wanted to do it.

“Of course, when she met her opponent at the draw, she said ‘it’s not fair.’ But there was no premeditation here today She quit after taking one punch, she told me she didn’t feel she could fight.”

Khelif fought under a firestorm of controversy regarding a failed gender eligibility test in 2023.

FORMER OPPONENT OF OLYMPIC BOXER IN GENDER ELIGIBILITY CONTROVERSY SPEAKS OUT: ‘HER BLOWS HURT ME A LOT’

Khelif was disqualified during the 2023 World Championships, sanctioned by the International Boxing Association. The organization said Khelif, and Taiwan’s Lin Yu-Ting failed to meet gender eligibility standards.

IBA president Umar Kremlev explained the decision at the time, according to Russia’s Tass News Agency. Reuters reported at the time that Khelif tested positive for having high levels of testosterone.

“Based on DNA tests, we identified a number of athletes who tried to trick their colleagues into posing as women. According to the results of the tests, it was proved that they have XY chromosomes. Such athletes were excluded from competition,” Kremlev said.

Khelif and the Algerian Olympic Committee (COA) both denied the claims. The International Olympic Committee also cleared Khelif to compete in the Games.

“Everyone competing in the women’s category is complying with the competition eligibility rules,” IOC spokesperson Mark Adams said. “They are women in their passports and it’s stated that this is the case, that they are female.”

2 BOXERS CLEARED TO COMPETE IN WOMEN’S DIVISION AT PARIS OLYMPICS AFTER GENDER ELIGIBILITY QUESTIONS, IOC SAYS

The COA called the claims “baseless.”

“COA strongly condemns the unethical targeting and maligning of our esteemed athlete, Imane Khelif, with baseless propaganda from certain foreign media outlets,” the committee said Wednesday, via Reuters.

“Such attacks on her personality and dignity are deeply unfair, especially as she prepares for the pinnacle of her career at the Olympics. The COA has taken all necessary measures to protect our champion.”

Italy’s ANSA quoted Rosario Coco, the president of Gaynet Communications in Italy, as saying that he learned Khelif was intersex and not trans gender.

“In contrast to the reports that have been circulating, the Algerian athlete Imane Khelif is not a trans woman,” Coco told the news agency.

Trump campaign slams VP Harris for not showing up to Black journalists’ convention

Trump campaign Black media director Janiyah Thomas blasted Vice President Kamala Harris, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, for not showing up to a Black journalist event that former President Trump attended on Wednesday.

Thomas rebuked the vice president for her absence at the National Association of Black Journalists convention on Wednesday, contrasting the move with Trump’s willingness to attend and answer hard questions from Black reporters.

“Vice president Harris also received the same invitation, and she was nowhere to be found,” Thomas told “Fox & Friends” co-host Steve Doocy on Thursday morning following the event.

VANCE BRANDS HARRIS A ‘COWARD’; TRUMP DINGED FOR ‘ATTACKS AND INSULTS’ AS CAMPAIGNS WAR AFTER FIERY EVENT

The former president attended a live Q&A panel at the convention where he was interviewed by ABC News reporter Rachel Scott, Fox News anchor Harris Faulkner, and Semafor reporter Kadia Goba about his policies, in particular those that directly affect the African American community.

Trump’s appearance was marked by moments of tension and controversy, in particular his verbal sparring with Scott, who opened the discussion by accusing the president of attacking Black journalists, Black politicians and Black voters.

The former president responded by blasting Scott for asking the question in a “horrible manner,” and saying she had a “nasty” tone. Elsewhere, he harangued her for being late, accusing her of delaying their interview.

In another exchange, Trump drew criticism for questioning Harris’ racial identity.

He also grilled the vice president for not showing up. He told Scott, “I was invited here, and I was told my opponent, whether it was Biden or Kamala. I was told my opponent was going to be here. It turned out my opponent isn’t here. You invited me on under false pretense.”

TRUMP CLASHES WITH ABC NEWS REPORTER OVER ‘NASTY QUESTION,’ BLASTS ‘FAKE NEWS NETWORK’ DURING HEATED Q&A

Despite the controversy Trump generated with his comments, his campaign spokesperson touted the fact that he made the appearance at all. “The important fact we need to take away from this event is that President Trump showed up,” Thomas declared.

Doocy brought up some people’s concerns over Trump’s remarks, asking the surrogate whether it was still worth it for him to have gone. “Yes,” she replied. “I mean, I think at the end of the day, like it’s important to show up, especially, you know, knowing this was going to be a hostile environment, and not a friendly environment.”

“But I mean it shows that we’re willing to fight, and fight for all Americans. And that means going to places where you’re not always welcome,” Thomas added.

Doocy then invited the Trump campaign official to comment more on Harris’ absence at the convention. She said, “Like I said earlier, this event has gone on for decades. It’s an event that happens every year. She’s been aware of the event, you know, she wanted to be here, I think she could’ve made time to be here, regardless of being at the top of the ticket or not.”

“I hope that they treat her the same way. I hope they ask her the same type of harsh questions that they asked President Trump when they do, or if they do talk to her in November,” Thomas concluded.

Survivor of assassination attempt hits back with defiant message to critics

EXCLUSIVE: PITTSBURGH — James Copenhaver, one of the two victims critically wounded in a July 13 assassination attempt against former President Trump, is “sad” with the “political division” in the United States, his attorney told Fox News Digital in an exclusive interview Wednesday.

Copenhaver, 74, said the shooting that left him hospitalized for weeks with wounds on his arm and abdomen was an “unnecessary” tragedy, according to attorney Joseph Feldman of the Law Offices of Max C. Feldman in Pittsburgh, who spoke on Copenhaver’s behalf while Copenhaver continues to recover.

“Overall, he just wants people to understand how unnecessary it was and that the political divide in this country has become so great [that] people are literally willing to attend rallies where people are exercising their First Amendment rights and start firing bullets into crowds,” Feldman said.

“He’s 74 years old. He’s been around a long time. He’s witnessed a lot take place in this country. And this is definitely one of the worst things that he’s experienced as an American, and he wants people to understand that it does not have to be like this.”

Copenhaver also extended his gratitude to the medical and emergency staff and law enforcement officers who helped him after he was wounded at the rally. The 74-year-old has a “long road ahead” to recovery, Feldman said.

The retiree also made clear he “is unafraid to voice his support for Trump, and he will not allow those who disagree with his views to silence him or prevent him from exercising his rights,” according to Feldman.

Copenhaver, Moon Township, attended the rally about an hour outside his hometown with his best friend. He was standing on Trump’s left side when shots rang out.

TRUMP SHOOTING: TIMELINE OF ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT

In a video Copenhaver took from his position at the rally at 6:08 p.m. July 13, a figure can be seen moving across the rooftop of the AGR building, where gunman Thomas Crooks shot from, just minutes before gunfire rang out at 6:11 p.m.

Copenhaver, Trump and most other rally attendees in the left section had turned their heads the exact time shots were fired to look at immigration statistics projected onto a large screen to the left of the stage. It was at that moment Copenhaver looked down at his arm and saw it was bleeding.

WATCH:

“He had almost heard or even seen something kind of whizz past them, which we’re assuming is a bullet. And he … looked down at his arm and … felt pain initially, but he didn’t even realize that he had been shot a second time at that point,” Feldman explained. “He had mentioned that he was in quite a bit of shock at that time. There was a lot of pandemonium. People were screaming. No one really quite knew what was going on right away.”

The 74-year-old survivor is still coming to grips with the severity of the situation and the part of history he was “physically part of,” Feldman said.

TRUMP ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT: FBI SAYS GUNMAN CLIMBED HVAC, TRAVERSED ROOFTOPS TO SHOOTING PERCH

After the shooting, he got to speak with Trump over the phone from his hospital bed.

“It was a very pleasant conversation. He had mentioned it was almost like [Trump] was there in the room with him,” Feldman said. “He was like talking to a friend … just someone who’s able to keep a conversation going. So, a very fluid conversation. He really enjoyed the phone call overall, and we’re hoping that, at some point, he could share another phone call or maybe even a visit in person.”

MARINE DAVID DUTCH WALKED FROM ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT WITH GUNSHOT WOUNDS, FRIENDS SAY

For now, Copenhaver and his wife are focused on his recovery, and they are thankful for the support they’ve received from friends, family, medical staff and even strangers across the country who have sent them letters. The couple celebrated their 51st anniversary while he was still hospitalized, Feldman said.

David Dutch, 57, was also critically wounded in the assassination attempt and was released from Allegheny General last week, according to a press release. Corey Comperatore, a 50-year-old husband, father and former fire chief at the Buffalo Township Volunteer Fire Department, died a hero while protecting his family from gunfire.

TRUMP ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT: TEXTS REVEAL OFFICERS WERE AWARE OF THOMAS CROOKS 90 MINUTES BEFORE SHOOTING

The FBI is still working to determine a motive for the shooter, Thomas Crooks. The agency said Monday that Crooks, 20, was able to gain access to the roof by climbing HVAC equipment and piping on the side of the AGR building. He had an AR-15-style rifle with a collapsible stock and a rangefinder with him at the time.

Harris challenged to see the border crisis firsthand as it could be her brunt to bear

EXCLUSIVE: A senior House Republican whose district borders Mexico is inviting Vice President Kamala Harris, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, to come see the crisis firsthand.

“Every year, for four years now, both before and after she was given the job of dealing with the border by finding and curing the root causes, I’ve invited her to come to the border. And one of the reasons was that obviously it was a border crisis practically from day one of the Biden administration,” Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., told Fox News Digital in an interview.

“But also by year two, when she got this job from the president, she immediately implied that there were three countries that this was all coming from, or that those three countries were filled with people who were coming, you know, fleeing crime.”

Issa was referring to Harris being tapped to tackle the “root causes” of mass migration from El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala – a role that’s earned her widespread criticism among Republicans as the migrant crisis continued to affect cities across the country.

The former House Oversight chairman told Fox News Digital that from his experience in his home district, however, the migration problem was more widespread than just those three countries.

“I wanted her to come and see that, even then, we had a very diverse group of immigrants, coming more and more from other parts of the world, whether it was Romania or Russia, or all the parts of Asia,” Issa said.

Issa said he does not expect Harris to take him up on his offer, citing his experience with her as then-junior senator from California when he served as director of the U.S. Trade and Development Agency under the Trump administration.

BORDER STATE LAWMAKER SOUNDS ALARM ON BLOODTHIRSTY VENEZUELAN GANG ENTERING US: ‘THEY HAVE NO RULES’

“When I was a Trump appointee, she wouldn’t meet with me as a hometown senator. [Late Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif.,] did,” Issa said. “She has never been somebody who took the time to cross the aisle and speak to senators or House members, even from their home state, even on state issues.”

The most recent data show that border encounters fell to their lowest monthly number during Biden’s presidency in June, with just under 84,000 migrants encountered between points of entry, after the president signed an executive order restricting most asylum claims when the seven-day average of illegal crossings rises above 2,500.

But Republicans have argued that number is still too high, and continued to blame both Biden and Harris for instances of crime committed by illegal immigrants against Americans this year.

“I have about 100 miles of the Mexican border, east of San Diego. What we see and hear is from law enforcement, the increased amount of border crime,” Issa said.

His latest invitation to Harris comes as Sen. J.D. Vance, R-Ohio, former President Trump’s running mate, is expected to tour part of the U.S.-Mexico border in Arizona on Thursday.

“Republicans don’t agree on everything, but we agree that government is already too big, the taxes are already too high. We believe that laws should be enforced, criminals should be punished, and that our border should be secure,” Issa said. “Harris not coming sticks out like a sore thumb. J.D. coming is to be expected because … supporting national defense, including border defense, those are core tenets of our party.”

Fox News Digital reached out to the Harris campaign for comment but did not hear back by press time.

Simone Biles, Suni Lee return to competition as drama swirls

Simone Biles
on Wednesday created a stir when an Instagram post seemingly reacted to critical comments made by a former Team USA gymnastics teammate.

Biles, Suni Lee, Jordan Chiles, Jade Carey and Hezly Rivera took home the gold in the team final on Tuesday. Biles posted a collage of photos showing their jubilant celebration wit the caption, “lack of talent, lazy, Olympic champions.”

Biles then revealed she was blocked on Instagram afterward and Jordan Chiles came with the proof. Lee, in the comments section, wrote, “Put a finger down if Simone Biles just ended you,”

MyKayla Skinner’s comments from earlier in the month ruffled feathers.

“Besides Simone, I feel like the talent and the depth just isn’t like what it used to be. Just notice like, I mean, obviously a lot of girls don’t work as hard. The girls just don’t have the work ethic,” Skinner said in a since-deleted YouTube video, according to the New York Post.

She issued an apology but the words still stung.Biles and Lee compete in the all-around final later today.

Men’s skiff medal race interrupted as winds stop

Everything was going smoothly in the Olympic men’s skiff medal race, until the wind stopped in Marseille on Thursday.

The boats were approaching the end of the first lap, when the wind cleared out. With the Uruguayan boat of Hernan Umpierre and Fernando Diz leading, the blue and white checkered flag was raised, halting the race. The event’s directors are now hustling to move the course to a different section of the bay, with competition hoping to re-start around 3:20 p.m ET.

For those who got off to a slow start, they are in luck as the race now must completely re-start. The medal race is worth double points, and teams carry their existing points into the medal race. Those scores combined produce their overall score and the team lowest number of points wins.

Boxer in gender eligibility controversy wins first Olympics bout

An Algerian boxer in the middle of a gender eligibility controversy at the Paris Olympics won her first matchup against an Italian fighter in 46 seconds on Thursday.

Imane Khelif was given the win
after Angela Carini abandoned the match. Carini was struck twice in the face and walked over to her corner twice, once to get her headgear readjusted and the second to have her coaches call off the bout.

Carini was in tears after Khelif’s hand was raised in the middle of the ring. The Italian boxer was clearly upset and was seen yelling at her coaches after the fight was over.Khelif will move on to the next round of the women’s 66-kilogram division. However, the win comes amid a week of controversy.

American rugby star Ilona Maher nixing stereotype, sending body positive message

USA women’s rugby sevens star Ilona Maher has been the talk of the Pairs Olympics on social media and she’s helped promote at least one thing consistently – body positivity.

Maher is one of the toughest players on the American rugby team. She went viral when she fired back at a troll who claimed she had a body mass index of 30.

“I think you were trying to roast me, but this actually is a fact. I do have a BMI of 30 — well, 29.3 to be more exact,” she said on a TikTok video. “I’ve been considered overweight my whole life.”

Maher told the Associated Press she’s been considered obese her whole life even at 200 pounds and at 5-foot-10. But she’s felt like her message has been important – you can be feminine even while playing an extremely masculine sport.

“I think the stereotype around a rugby player is this idea that you need to drop your femininity and play a very masculine, brutal sport,” she said. “Myself and my team and some others on the circuit like Australia and Ireland, are showing that femininity. We are doing our makeup before games, wearing makeup, wanting to feel pretty out there.

“But that doesn’t take away from how amazing we tackle and hit and run. You can be those things, and the stereotypes around women’s sports just should be thrown out the window now.”

Maher now has a distinct advantage over the trolls on social media. Not only is she bigger, stronger and tougher, she’s also an Olympic medalist.

The rugby team won the bronze in dramatic fashion earlier this week.

What’s at stake in reality star’s nasty divorce after making bombshell monetary claim

HGTV star Christina Hall is facing an expensive divorce from her third husband, Joshua Hall.

A representative for Christina Hall confirmed to Fox News Digital that no prenuptial agreement was signed before her marriage. Us Weekly was first to report that news.

California, where the former couple’s divorce documents were filed, is a community property state, meaning anything earned or acquired during the marriage, including debts, can be claimed by both parties as their own. A judge has to approve how property and debts are divided.

HGTV STAR CHRISTINA HAACK FILES FOR DIVORCE FROM THIRD HUSBAND

That division can quickly become complicated with high-value assets, especially without a prenup in place to determine what counts as separate and communal property.

Joshua filed for divorce from Christina July 7 in Orange County, California, citing “irreconcilable differences,” and requested spousal support from her.

Among the assets listed in Christina’s response to the filing is the estranged couple’s Newport Beach home, worth a reported $12 million, according to People.

The property was purchased by both parties in May 2022, seven months after their October 2021 wedding.

CHRISTINA HALL ‘EXCITED’ TO TURN 40 AFTER RECENT HEALTH SCARE

In documents obtained by Fox News Digital, Johua requested the “rights to community and quasi-community assets and debts,” which included “any and all property acquired during marriage, except those acquired by gift or bequest, to be equally divided, including but not limited to: marital residence located in Newport Beach, CA.”

Joshua also listed “any and all rights to any television series and or television specials acquired, developed, produced, or contracted by either party during the marriage, including but not limited to any such rights associated with the HGTV Network and or The Discovery Network” under community property.

He’s appeared on her shows “Christina on the Coast” and “Christina in the Country,” as well as serving as a consulting producer on those shows.

The Realtor also appears in the series “The Flip Off” with Christina’s first husband, Tarek El Moussa, and Tarek’s new wife, Heather Rae El Moussa. The two couples were going to “compete to see who can find, buy, renovate and flip a house for the biggest financial gain (and a chance at major bragging rights),” according to HGTV’s description.

According to a report from People, “The Flip Off” will continue to film without Joshua, but it is unclear how the show will change without him.

Christina’s response listed the Newport Beach home as a “Separate Property Interest,” along with other assets, including two properties in Tennessee, where she films her HGTV series “Christina in the Country.”

In additional documents filed by the “Flip or Flop” star, she requested the court “grant immediate exclusive use and possession of the residence.”

She acknowledged that the home is “jointly titled in my name with Josh, however, all of the funds used to purchase this property” came from a sale she completed of a property in Dana Point, California, which “was owned by The Christina Family Trust and which are my sole and separate property.”

“I am asking the Court to grant me exclusive use and possession of the Kings Place residence until this matter is resolved,” her filing adds. “I have three minor children, none in common with Josh. I have a joint custodial schedule. I used my separate property to purchase this residence for myself and my children.”

In the document, she also accused Joshua of transferring $35,000 of her money into his personal bank account after their divorce filing earlier this month.

Christina stated, “On July 21, 2024, I learned that on July 8, 2024, which is the day after I communicated to Josh that I would be filing for dissolution, Josh contacted my professional property manager via text and stated, ‘Hi. For June payments, can we please get it sent to a different account when it’s time? Thank you.’

“The statement ‘can we please’ is not accurate as I had no personal contact with Josh on July 08, 2024. I would not have asked him to send himself my money the day after I told him we are getting divorced.”

“Josh was able to divert over $35,000 of my separate property rental income into his account,” she added. “I am asking for Josh to account for the funds taken and return them to me as those funds are specifically used to pay any loans, obligations, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance for these rental properties.”

Christina also notes that Joshua “should not need” spousal support as he has his own source of income as a Realtor.

“I have three minor children, none in common with Josh. I have a joint custodial schedule. I used my separate property to purchase this residence for myself and my children.”

“I understand that at some point this court may require that I pay some spousal support to Josh and reasonable attorney’s fees to his counsel,” she stated. “However, it is my belief that this is a simple case with straightforward accounting over a short period of time, any fees and costs should be minimal.

“Like all hard-working mothers, my life revolves around my children and my work. It is my understanding that Josh has his own income and therefore he should not need any spousal support from me.”
