General Situation
A humid southerly airstream is affecting the coast of Guangdong. Locally, there was fog this morning. The visibility in the harbour fell below 1000 metres. Besides, the band of clouds covering the coastal areas is thinning out gradually.
Forecast Description
Sunny periods. Fog in the morning and at night. Hot during the day. The maximum temperature will be about 28 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Isolated showers later. Light to moderate southerly winds, fresh offshore later.
More showers with squally thunderstorms during the day tomorrow. Winds strengthening from the north in the afternoon. Temperatures will fall gradually to around 17 degrees on Sunday morning. Mainly fine and dry early next week. The temperature difference between day and night will be rather large.
