The trough of low pressure is expected to develop into a cold front gradually, and move across the coast of Guangdong later today.

Cloudy with occasional showers. Coastal mist at first. Moderate to fresh southerly winds. The maximum temperature will be about 27 degrees. Showers will be heavier in some areas with a few squally thunderstorms in the afternoon. Winds will strengthen from the north, occasionally reaching gale force offshore and on high ground. Showers will ease off gradually at night. Temperatures will drop significantly to a minimum of around 18 degrees.
