Biden suffers health scare after troubling discovery in medical exam

A small nodule was found in the prostate of former President Joe Biden during a recent physical exam, according to media reports.

The discovery “necessitated further evaluation,” the Associated Press reported Tuesday, citing a spokesperson.

A spokesperson for Biden did not immediately respond Tuesday to multiple requests for comment from Fox News Digital.

During his presidency, Biden had a “cancerous” skin lesion removed from his chest, according to the White House.

BIDEN AIDES ALLEGEDLY FRETTED THEN-PRESIDENT WOULD NEED WHEELCHAIR IF RE-ELECTED, NEW BOOK REVEALS

Former White House physician Kevin O’Connor said in February 2023 that skin tissue was removed during a health assessment Biden received and was sent for a biopsy, which revealed it was cancerous.

JOE AND JILL BIDEN FIRE BACK ON ‘THE VIEW’ AGAINST ACCUSATIONS OF HEALTH COVER-UP, CALL STORIES ‘WRONG’

“As expected, the biopsy confirmed that the small lesion was basal cell carcinoma. All cancerous tissue was successfully removed. The area around the biopsy site was treated presumptively with electrodessication and curettage at the time of biopsy. No further treatment is required,” Biden’s doctor wrote in a memo.

“The site of the biopsy has healed nicely and the President will continue dermatologic surveillance as part of his ongoing comprehensive healthcare,” O’Connor also wrote.

True cost of Bernie Sanders’ private jet ‘hypocrisy’ finally revealed

FIRST ON FOX: As Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders continues to travel around the country on his “Fighting Oligarchy” tour, while at the same time defending his use of private jets to do so, an energy watchdog group has calculated the true scope of the carbon emissions his flights have emitted.

During the 16 stops of the tour, which Sanders embarked on with the help of progressive Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, his private jet emitted a total of 62.15 tonnes, or metric tons, of carbon dioxide, according to an estimate from Power the Future.

To put that in perspective, Power the Future said in a press release that the emissions equate to burning 62,600 pounds of coal, driving a gas-powered SUV 150,000 miles, powering every home in Sanders’ hometown of Burlington, Vermont, for weeks, and powering nine U.S. homes for an entire year.

Power the Future also calculated that Sanders generated more carbon dioxide emissions on this single tour than the average American produces in five years. Additionally, the group says that the emissions undo the carbon-capturing work of nearly 2,900 trees over the course of a year.

JAMES CARVILLE AND DEMOCRATIC REP CALL OUT ILHAN OMAR, SAY PARTY NEEDS TO PRAISE GREATNESS OF USA

“Sen. Sanders has voted for legislation punishing people for their carbon footprint and threatening fossil fuel executives with prison for climate change hysteria, but his personal actions demonstrate he’s just another limousine liberal, a fake socialist, unwilling to live what he wants to impose on you,” Dan Turner, Power the Future founder and executive director, told Fox News Digital.

“The climate movement is dead, and Bernie Sanders’ hypocrisy helped kill it.”

Sanders, in a recent interview with Fox News, refused to apologize for his private jet travel and argued that oftentimes it is not possible or feasible to fly commercially.

SEN BERNIE SANDERS: WE HAVE A GOVERNMENT OF BILLIONAIRES, BY BILLIONAIRES AND FOR BILLIONAIRES

“That’s the only way to get around,” Sanders told Bret Baier. “No apologies for that. That’s what campaign travel is about. We’ve done it in the past. We’re gonna do it in the future.”

“You run a campaign, and you do three or four or five rallies in a week. [It is] the only way you can get around to talk to 30,000 people. You think I’m gonna be sitting on a waiting line at United…while 30, 000 people are waiting?”

Power the Future noted that one of the private jet flights taken by Sanders was from Washington, D.C., to Los Angeles, a route that offers more than a dozen commercial flights per day.

Sanders’ campaign committee, Friends of Bernie Sanders, spent over $221,000 chartering private jets during the first quarter of 2025, according to Federal Election Commission filings reviewed by Fox News Digital and first reported by The Washington Free Beacon. The filing, which was released last month, shows that Sanders dropped the massive haul between three private jet companies: Ventura Jets, Cirrus Aviation Services and N-Jet.

Last month, Fox News Digital exclusively reported that Sanders and Ocasio-Cortez were spotted using a private jet worth up to a staggering $15,000 an hour for several West Coast stops on their “Fighting Oligarchy” tour.

“Champagne socialists Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez demand Americans surrender their pick-up trucks, air conditioning and meat from the luxe leather seats of their private jets that cost more per hour than most Americans earn in months. Their hypocrisy is staggering,” National Republican Congressional Committee spokesperson Ben Petersen told Fox News Digital at the time.

Fox News Digital reached out to Sanders’ office for comment.

Dems turn on own co-chair and carries out move to completely void his election

The Democratic National Convention voted to void its election of David Hogg as vice chair of the Democratic Party on Monday.

The vote comes after mounting internal criticism of Hogg, though party officials say the vote was based on a procedural challenge made in February claiming Hogg and another official were improperly elected. The DNC will vote later this year on whether to remove Hogg.

“Today, the DNC took its first steps to remove me from my position as Vice Chair At-Large. While this vote was based on how the DNC conducted its officers’ elections, which I had nothing to do with, it is also impossible to ignore the broader context of my work to reform the party which loomed large over this vote,” Hogg said in a statement reacting to the vote.

“I ran to be DNC Vice Chair to help make the Democratic Party better, not to defend an indefensible status quo that has caused voters in almost every demographic group to move away from us,” he added.

DEMOCRATS’ VICE CHAIR GETS ULTIMATUM: STAY NEUTRAL IN PRIMARIES OR STEP DOWN FROM PARTY LEADERSHIP

Monday’s vote also ousted Pennsylvania state Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta as DNC vice chair. Christine Pelosi, a member of the credentials committee and daughter of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., argued the vote was not in reaction to their performance.

“First, I want to say clearly and explicitly that this decision has nothing to do with the service of any DNC officer, especially [Hogg] or [Kenyatta]. This is about a violation of parliamentary procedure that was raised in a challenge filed back in February by another candidate for Vice Chair.”

“I think I speak for all of us on the Committee when I say I hope both of these talented individuals put their names on the ballot again,” she said. “We’ll move fast to get this resolved. I have total faith in our DNC members to review this issue and vote their conscience.”

DEMOCRATS’ VICE CHAIR IGNITES CIVIL WAR, TARGETING ‘ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL’ INCUMBENTS IN PRIMARIES

Hogg’s potential removal comes after he announced plans to spend $20 million to primary older Democratic lawmakers in blue districts to make room for new Democratic leaders.

Hogg clashed with veteran Democratic strategist James Carville over the plan during a joint appearance on journalist Tara Palmeri’s podcast.

Carville criticized it as “abominable” and “jacka–ery of the highest level” for prioritizing pushing out Democrats over beating Republicans. Hogg shot back that the party is capable of both. Carville demanded Hogg focus on winning elections against the GOP.

Hogg insisted that the point of his strategy is to “win elections.”

“It’s not to win an election in Queens which you don’t ever run against a Republican. It’s to help Democrats win elections.”

The two ended up burying the hatchet, with Carville posting to X that the DNC “needs him,” as he “fights” for the party.

Trump’s revamped Coast Guard has potential recruits running to sign up to keep America safe

FIRST ON FOX: One branch of the U.S. military is boasting booming recruitment numbers and huge operational success in the infancy of President Donald Trump’s second term in office, according to a Department of Homeland Security memo.

According to the DHS memo obtained by Fox News Digital, the U.S. Coast Guard’s recruitment numbers are thriving, allowing the military branch to maximize the use of assets that were underused or completely abandoned under the Biden administration.

DHS says the Biden administration failed to meet Coast Guard recruiting goals for three years straight. During that period, 10 cutters were taken out of service and almost 30 Coast Guard stations were temporarily abandoned.

VIRAL COAST GUARD VIDEO SHOWS DRAMATIC ARREST OF SUSPECTED SMUGGLERS IN OPEN OCEAN

“Under the Biden administration, the U.S. Coast Guard had its hands tied behind its back,” the memo says. “Recruitment goals were not met, and our Coast Guardsmen were hamstrung and overwhelmed while cartels smuggled humans and illicit drugs through our maritime borders.”

However, recruitment is now surging, allowing the Coast Guard to execute its mission at its full potential. In FY 2025, the Coast Guard has recruited more than 4,700 new members, which is 1,200 more than it had at this time last year.

It is on pace to exceed its recruitment goal for this year.

Now, the Coast Guard has “deployed a surge of cutters, aircraft, boats, and specialized forces to key areas surrounding the U.S. maritime border,” adding that the assets are “now being used to their full effect.”

COAST GUARD CATCHES 15 ALLEGED ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS OFF THE COAST OF SAN DIEGO

“President Trump and [DHS] Secretary [Kristi] Noem issued orders to the U.S. Coast Guard to surge assets to key areas, and the results speak for themselves,” the memo says. “Billions’ worth of illicit drugs have been seized, human smuggling has ground to a halt, and recruitment is skyrocketing.”

The memo says the Coast Guard has already seized 11% more cocaine in FY 2025 than it did in FY 2024, and that since Trump’s inauguration, the military branch has interdicted 148,000 pounds of cocaine and marijuana, worth more than $1.5 billion in street value.

Not only have drugs been seized, but 870 illegal aliens allegedly responsible for trafficking the drugs have been taken into custody since Jan. 20.

COAST GUARD COMMANDANT TERMINATED OVER BORDER LAPSES, RECRUITMENT, DEI FOCUS: OFFICIAL

Retired Lt. Col. Daniel Davis had four combat deployments during his 21 years in the Army, and is a two-time Bronze Star recipient. Now, he is a senior fellow at Defense Priorities, a foreign policy think tank.

He said people stopped joining the military during the Biden administration because it was viewed as “woke” and because the top military brass in Washington were more interested in playing politics than defending the country.

“They’re like, ‘We just don’t feel like we can trust these guys,’ and so they’re proving it by not joining up,” Davis told Fox News Digital. “And one of the bigger things was, the guys who have been in, guys like me, for example – if someone asked us, ‘Do you think we should join up?’ I would have said ‘No.’ I didn’t trust the military leaders and I didn’t trust the administration.”

But with Trump in office, Davis thinks the pendulum is swinging in the other direction.

“Trump said he brought [Secretary of Defense Pete] Hegseth in to bring back the warrior culture, to bring back accountability and merit promotions, etc., as opposed to any quotas or criteria, and that really appealed to all those folks that were not signing up,” David said, adding that Trump is viewed as more “pro-America” and more “pro-service member” than his predecessor.

He also said Trump appeals to potential military members because of his promise not to enter the United States into what he calls “stupid wars.”

READ THE FULL MEMO:

“And he says he doesn’t want to get into stupid wars. He wants to get the one in Russia over with,” said Davis, cautioning that it is still too early in Trump’s second term to know exactly how his foreign policy positions will play out.

“But as long as Trump stays on this path of bringing peace and not sending people out to fight dumb wars, then I think you’ll see the numbers keep rising.”

Bombshell details label Menendez brothers as ‘moderate risk’ to public

The details of the brothers’ Comprehensive Risk Assessment (CRA) came to light during court as Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman and his office attempted to have Judge Michael Jesic halt the resentencing process.

Hochman’s office failed as Judge Jesic said “there was nothing significantly new in the CRA or otherwise for him to stop the process.”

But before the judge made his final ruling, which cleared the way for Erik and Lyle Menendez’s resentencing to proceed, Hochman detailed why new evidence in the CRA reports raised red flags.

Hochman shared the findings from each CRA report, which is done by state psychologists from the state parole office, that determine the overall risk assessment of likelihood to commit violence after the release of both Menendez brothers. He argued that the pair is not “low-risk” but more elevated.

Each report found that Erik and Lyle, in recent months, had been cited for breaking prison rules for contraband violations, specifically the possession of cell phones.

Hochman shared the findings on Lyle Menendez first, whose “actions perpetrated deceit,” speaking about the contraband phone.

He added that Lyle had “downplayed his rule-breaking” and that his report showed his “entitlement and willingness to meet his own needs.”

Hochman added that he should have been on his best behavior since his resentencing was on the table.

Instead, Hochman said, he proved that “he is more likely to do whatever it takes to meet his own needs and has narcissistic tendencies.”

When speaking about Erik’s report, Hochman said it was revealed that “he has behavior issues and lacks maturity.” He added that Erik is also vulnerable to negative influence of others — including his brother.

He also referenced incidents as recent as January 2025 of Erik being flagged for possessing and dealing drugs, as well as helping other inmates with tax fraud.

Menendez brothers ‘not right’ for resentencing, LA DA argues

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman said that the Menendez brothers are “not right” for resentencing.

In an interview on Fox News’ ‘America’s Newsroom,‘ Hochman said that his team has argued that full rehabilitation includes “the full insight into the breadth of your criminal conduct.”

“They’ve never come clean. With all this self-defense, and related lies, now for over 30 years,” he told Fox News’ John Roberts in a April 2025 interview.

Menendez brothers mark 35 years behind bars for parent’s murders amid push for release

Once photographed in designer suits, the Menendez brothers have lived the past 35 years behind bars following the 1989 murders of their parents, José and Kitty Menendez.

Lyle, now 57, and Erik, 54, have lived the majority of their adult lives in separate prisons. In April 2018, they were reunified at the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego, Calif.

Their prison sentence has not stopped the brothers from finding love, with both of them married while behind bars.

Tammi Saccoman watched Erik’s first trial and wrote to him. The pair got married at Folsom State Prison in 1999. Lyle married Rebecca Sneed in the maximum-security visiting area at Mule Creek State Prison in 2003.

No conjugal visits are permitted in California for life-sentenced inmates.

One of the Menendez brothers, Lyle, earned a sociology degree from the University of California, Irvine, through a prison program.

The brothers have also participated in anger management and domestic violence programs.

Why the Menendez brothers are back in the spotlight

More than three decades after Lyle and Erik Menendez were convicted of murdering their parents in a case that captivated the nation, the brothers are once again at the center.

In 1989, the Menendez brothers shot and killed their parents, José and Kitty Menendez, in their Beverly Hills mansion. The prosecution painted the brothers as spoiled heirs. The defense, led by attorney Leslie Abramson, argued they acted out of desperation after enduring years of abuse at the hands of their father.

Despite a highly publicized trial, which included two hung juries, they were ultimately sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

The pair surged back into the spotlight when, in October 2024, Netflix released a true-crime documentary titled The Menendez Brothers, and in September 2024, the series Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story reignited interest in the case.

The series sparked renewed debates about the impact of child abuse and the fairness of the brother’s initial trial.

The timing came as former DA George Gascón called for a reconsideration of harsh sentences. However, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, now led by Nathan Hochman, has opposed this effort, claiming the brothers still haven’t accepted full responsibility for their actions.

Diddy’s ex Cassie describes rapper as ‘really polarizing’ after claiming he had blackmail materials

Sean “Diddy” Combs’
ex-girlfriend Cassie described the rapper as “really polarizing” during her trial testimony Tuesday.

At times, Diddy would record videos of Cassie engaging in sex acts with male escorts during encounters he called “freak offs.” The musician testified that she worried he would release the videos to the public and claimed the blackmail hung over her head throughout their relationship.

“Sean’s a really polarizing person,” Cassie told Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson. “He’s also really charming…hard to decide what he needs…I just didn’t know what would happen.”

The blackmail materials included videos of the “freak offs” and sometimes even included Diddy himself, Cassie testified.

When Diddy first proposed the concept of the “freak offs” to Cassie, she was confused. Cassie testified she was nervous, but also loved Diddy very much and wanted to make him happy.

Over time, Cassie claimed the “freak offs” became something she didn’t want to do but continued to because Diddy would ask. It allegedly got to the point where she felt she had no choice.

Diddy was Cassie’s first ‘real adult relationship,’ says she was his ‘shadow’

Sean “Diddy” Combs signed Cassie Ventura to a contract with his Bad Boy Records label in 2006 when she was 19.

She released one album with the disgraced rapper in 2006.

Before she met Diddy, Cassie was a fan of his music and knew he was “larger than life,” but was unaware of his personal life.

She testified to feeling “special” being around the “Last Night” singer, who was “exciting, entertaining and a fun guy who had her career in his hands.”

After a trip to Miami, Cassie became one of his girlfriends, despite assuming they were in a “monogamous relationship.” She says she was his “shadow” and she experienced her “first real adult relationship.”

She recalled his lifestyle being different, and said he received “respect from everyone.”

Diddy ‘controlled’ Cassie’s life, singer testifies she ‘had no choice’ to participate in freak-offs

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, testified Tuesday that she was “nervous” about participating in freak-offs with the disgraced music mogul.

Cassie admitted she “didn’t have a concept of how” they would be a turn on for Diddy, but also “loved him very much and wanted to make him happy.”

The former couple met in 2005 and ended their relationship in 2018.

Cassie said that over time, the freak-offs became something she didn’t want to do, but she continued because Diddy would ask, and “it got to the point where she didn’t feel like she had a choice.” She feared what a “no” could turn into.

Ultimately, Diddy “controlled a lot of my life,” from her career, to the way that she dressed, Cassie testified. She was “young, naive, and wasn’t sure if he would get violent.”

Cassie accused Diddy of rape and years of abuse in a bombshell lawsuit filed in November 2023, but one day later, the former couple settled the suit for an undisclosed sum.

Diddy’s ex Cassie claims rapper gave her busted lips, black eyes during violent relationship

Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie testified Tuesday about the years of abuse she allegedly endured during their relationship.

The two dated from 2007 until 2018 before ending things. Cassie testified that there were breaks in the relationship, which was often violent.

Diddy and Cassie’s
“violent arguments would usually result in some sort of physical abuse,” she told Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson. Cassie described Diddy smashing her in the head, dragging her, and kicking her.

Cassie testified Diddy was violent “too frequently.”

At times, the violent outbursts allegedly injured Cassie. The 38-year-old singer-songwriter claimed she dealt with knocks in the forehead, busted lips, black eyes and bruises all over her body.

Diddy’s pregnant ex-girlfriend Cassie takes the stand in sex-trafficking trial

Cassie Ventura took the stand at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex-trafficking trial on Tuesday.

The 38-year-old musician is set to testify about her allegedly abusive relationship with Diddy. The two dated on and off from 2007 until 2018. When Cassie met Diddy, she was 19 years old and signed to his record label. A few years later, Diddy allegedly “lured” her into a relationship.

Cassie claimed she endured “over a decade” of Diddy’s “violent behavior and disturbed demands” in a lawsuit filed in November 2023. She settled the lawsuit with Diddy outside of court just one day after filing.

“After years in silence and darkness, I am finally ready to tell my story, and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships,” she told Fox News Digital in a statement at the time. “With the expiration of New York’s Adult Survivors Act fast approaching, it became clear that this was an opportunity to speak up about the trauma I have experienced and that I will be recovering from for the rest of my life.”

Cassie’s claims in her civil lawsuit are at the heart of Diddy’s federal indictment. The musician claimed Combs would force her into having sex with male escorts at hotels during encounters he labeled “freak offs.”

Escort testifies Cassie ‘was afraid’ after Diddy allegedly assaulted her in front of him

A male escort, who had multiple sexual encounters with Sean “Diddy” Combs and Cassie, recalled the aftermath of an alleged physical altercation between the two during Tuesday testimony.

Daniel Phillip told Assistant U.S. Attorney Maurene Comey that after Diddy allegedly beat Cassie, he tried to get the male escort to have sex with the singer. However, Phillip explained that he couldn’t. He testified that he was “completely in my head…I was completely shocked…”

At the time, Phillip could see “that [Cassie] was afraid…really upset…could see in her face she was crying a lot.”

Phillip recalled sitting on the couch with Cassie while she allegedly grabbed at his shoulders.  But the escort claimed he “was completely messed up” and couldn’t engage.

Comey asked Phillip again what Combs said to the escort and Cassie after the alleged beating. Phillip testified that Combs asked if they were ready to go, which meant if they were ready to have sex.

Male escort admits he would have dated Diddy’s ex Cassie given the chance

Male escort Daniel Phillip admitted on the stand he would have dated Cassie if given the chance.

Phillip revealed during cross-examination Tuesday that he developed romantic feelings for Cassie during their encounters. He told Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lawyer, Xavier Donaldson, that he would have dated Cassie if she would have let him.

However, the male escort told Assistant U.S. Attorney Maurene Comey that he never spoke with Cassie outside of the sexual encounters with the singer and Combs. Phillip also claimed Cassie never responded to his texts if he initiated conversation with her.

Phillip testified about his first sexual encounter with Combs and Cassie on Monday. The male escort claimed he arrived under the pretense that he was stripping for a bachelorette party.

The male escort met with Cassie and Diddy multiple times. Each encounter between the trio would last anywhere from one hour to 10 hours, he testified Monday.

Cassie didn’t appear high or drunk during first sexual encounter with Diddy, male escort: testimony

Male escort Daniel Phillip testified on Tuesday that Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ex-girlfriend Cassie didn’t appear high or drunk during their first sexual encounter.

Phillip told Diddy’s lawyer Xavier Donaldson that he also did not see Cassie take any drugs.

The male escort was called as the prosecution’s second witness on Monday and described an incident that took place at the Gramercy Park Hotel in New York. He claimed he initially believed he was going to a bachelorette party and would be stripping. Once he arrived, Cassie allegedly requested the male escort rub baby oil on her. She also told him her “husband” was there, but that he was not gay and wouldn’t touch him.

The male escort testified that he didn’t recognize Diddy at first because his face was covered, but knew it was the rapper once he spoke.

Phillip also testified that he saw or heard Diddy become violent with Cassie at least two times.

Celebrities who shunned Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ amid sexual assault, sex trafficking charges

Sean “Diddy” Combs was known just as much for his music as he was for his lavish lifestyle and hosting opulent parties for A-list celebrity friends.

In the wake of his federal indictment, Hollywood’s elite gained unwanted attention and scrutiny due to their recent and past ties to the music mogul despite not being implicated in Diddy’s criminal case.

Ashton Kutcher and Diddy had a yearslong friendship, and collaborated in both entertainment and philanthropic events.

Usher was introduced to Diddy in 1994, and lived with Diddy when he was just a teenager.

During an interview with Rolling Stone in 2004, Usher said Diddy “introduced me to a totally different set of s—, sex, specifically. … There was always girls around. You’d open a door and see somebody doing it, or several people in a room having an orgy.”

Diddy’s relationship with Justin Bieber began when the “Sorry” singer had recently embarked on his career.

In a resurfaced 2009 video from Bieber’s YouTube channel, “Bieber’s 48 Hours with Diddy,” Diddy tells the camera, “Where we’re hanging out and what we’re doing, we can’t really disclose, but it’s definitely a 15-year-old’s dream.”

These celebrities have not been accused of any wrongdoing.

Male escort back on the stand after testifying he witnessed Diddy assault ex-girlfriend Cassie

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex-trafficking trial resumed Tuesday with the prosecution’s second witness.

Daniel Phillip, a male escort, testified Monday that he witnessed the rapper grab ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura by the hair following one meet-up.

During one encounter at Cassie’s home, Phillip recalled witnessing what he believed was a liquor bottle fly across the room after Cassie didn’t immediately respond to Diddy’s calling.

Diddy then allegedly “grabbed Cassie by her hair” and dragged her to a bedroom, where Phillip recalled hearing Cassie screaming. He claimed some of the noises sounded like Combs slamming Cassie.

Phillip alleged hearing Cassie beg for forgiveness, only to hear Diddy threaten her, “B—h, when I tell you to come, you come.”

The jury also heard from Israel Florez, the former security guard at the Intercontinental Hotel. Combs and Cassie got into a physical altercation in March 2016 at the hotel, as seen in surveillance video previously published by CNN.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs arrives at court for day two of sex-trafficking trial

Sean “Diddy” Combs arrived at court for the second day of his sex trafficking trial.

Judge Arun Subramanian took the bench at 9:16am ET. Diddy entered the courtroom about a minute later wearing a sweater. The rapper hugged his lawyers and turned to face his family briefly.

Court is set to resume with the prosecution’s second witness, male escort Daniel Phillip. Yesterday, Phillip testified about various sexual encounters he had with Diddy and Cassie. He described acts they had him perform and products they used, including the baby oil. The escort also testified about two instances where he saw and/or heard Diddy abuse Cassie.

Diddy appeared calm before opening statements on Monday. He sat reading the Bible as he waited for jury selection to begin.

The prosecution claimed Combs ran a criminal enterprise for 20 years and described the violent relationships he had with both Cassie and an anonymous woman, “Jane.” They accused Diddy of using lies, drugs, threats and violence to force Cassie and Jane to have sex with escorts. Diddy would record the encounters and threaten to release the videos if the women didn’t comply with his demands, according to the prosecution.

Diddy’s family returns to court to support rapper during sex-trafficking trial

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ family returned to the courtroom Tuesday to continue their support of the disgraced music mogul.

Diddy’s mother, Janice Combs arrived ahead of court, along with a his children Justin, Christian, Quincy, Chance, Jesse and D’Lila. The family was also joined by Chance’s mom, Sarah Chapman.

His kids spoke out about their father’s arrest in October, a month after Diddy was arrested in NYC.

“The past month has devastated our family,” they wrote in a joint post shared in October. “Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity on social media.”

“We stand united, supporting you every step of the way. We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family. WE MISS YOU & LOVE YOU DAD.”

Janice previously defended Diddy in a statement shared with Fox News Digital at the time.

“It is heartbreaking to see my son judged not for the truth, but for a narrative created out of lies,” Janice Combs wrote, in part, this past October. “To bear witness what seems to be like a public lynching of my son before he has had the opportunity to prove his innocence is a pain too unbearable to put into words. Like every human being, my son deserves to have his day in court, to finally share his side, and to prove his innocence.”

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ lawyer, Teny Geragos, arrives at court for day 2

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lawyer Teny Geragos arrived at court Tuesday.

Teny, the daughter of famed lawyer Mark Geragos, signed on to represent the disgraced music mogul shortly after Diddy was arrested and charged with federal sex crimes in September.

Teny graduated from Loyola Law School Los Angeles in 2016 and worked with Brafman & Associates for eight years before becoming a founding partner of Agnifilo Intrater.

The disgraced music mogul may benefit in court by having a woman lead his defense, criminal defense lawyer Jo-Anna Nieves explained to Fox News Digital.

Her presence in the courtroom defending Diddy “sends an unspoken message to the jury that ‘if a smart, credible woman like Geragos doesn’t believe these allegations, maybe you shouldn’t either,'” Nieves said.

“This can especially impact jurors who are on the fence.”

Teny led opening statements telling the jury, “Sean Combs is a complicated man, but this is not a complicated case.”

She accused the government of trying to turn a real-life relationship into a sex-trafficking and racketeering case. The defense lawyer admitted to Combs’ violence, telling the jury they will see “indefensible” behavior from Diddy.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs pleaded not guilty in March 2025

Sean “Diddy” Combs pleaded not guilty to an updated version of the federal indictment against the rapper during a March court hearing.

Diddy, 55, appeared in a Manhattan courtroom wearing a tan jumpsuit, and showed noticeably grayer hair.

His mother, Janice Combs, and four of his children were present in the courtroom. At the end of the hearing, Diddy turned to his family and blew a two-handed kiss.

The new indictment against Diddy lengthened the timeline of his alleged sex-trafficking and racketeering behavior and added two more unnamed victims.

The prosecution also accused the “Last Night” rapper
of forcing employees to work long hours by threatening them with physical or reputational harm and forcing an employee to engage in a sexual encounter with the musician.

The sides also discussed evidence to be used during trial – including footage previously obtained by CNN and shared publicly showing Diddy assaulting his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.

Prosecutors argued this was critical evidence for their case against Diddy, while his team claimed the video was deceptive. The rapper’s legal team said a forensic analysis of the video showed it had been sped up and the order of events had been changed.

CNN denied the allegations in a statement to Fox News Digital.

The prosecution expects the government’s case to take six weeks to lay out, while Diddy’s legal team estimates needing two weeks to argue the rapper’s defense.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing prison time following his arrest in September 2024 on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution.

If found guilty, the music mogul is facing a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison and a maximum sentence of life in prison. He was denied a proposed $50 million bail during a federal court hearing shortly after his arrest and has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York since.

“Mr. Combs is a fighter. He’s going to fight this to the end,” Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, said outside the courthouse after Diddy’s arraignment. “He’s innocent. He came to New York to establish his innocence. He’s not afraid. He’s not afraid of the charges.”

The prosecution expects the government’s case to take six weeks to lay out, while Diddy’s legal team estimates needing two weeks to argue the rapper’s defense.

Diddy has denied the allegations against him.

Diddy’s now a pariah in the music industry, but his music may live on

For years, Sean “Diddy” Combs had been known to be one of the most successful, multifaceted artists in the industry.

From producing multi-platinum records for various artists to founding Bad Boy Enterprises to throwing the most extravagant parties, the fallen music mogul arrested on multiple sex trafficking charges in September has been a topic of conversation for quite some time.

Despite nostalgic hits such as “I’ll Be Missing You” and “Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down” and producing songs for stars like Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez, some fans are now questioning whether the allegations warrant a boycott of his music.

“So are we boycotting Diddy’s music for sure? If I stop listening to the songs he made/produced/collaborated on I’m going to lose 80% of the music from my era and I’m all about the throwbacks! Panicking!!” one X user wrote at the time.

With Diddy’s career and legacy in question, the popularity of his music is bound to take a hit.

Diddy was dealt huge blow weeks before trial as disgraced rapper’s team prepared ‘swingers’ defense

The federal judge in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex trafficking case dealt the rapper a huge blow just weeks before the start of his trial.

Judge Arun Subramanian previously denied Diddy’s motion to exclude video evidence from the trial of the rapper physically assaulting ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura

The defense argued the video, initially published by CNN, had been digitally altered. The prosecution claimed minor adjustments had been made and noted the person who shot the video would be testifying during the estimated two-month trial.

Diddy’s team also began to mount the rapper’s defense against the sex trafficking charges lobbed at the disgraced music mogul, claiming he was just a “swinger.” The argument provided by the defense comes as the prosecution revealed Diddy rejected a plea deal offer.

Diddy joked in 2002 ‘Late Night’ interview about locking women in at his parties: ‘A little kinky’

While Sean “Diddy” Combs faces sex trafficking and racketeering charges, an old video interview of the rapper resurfaced with him joking about locking women in at parties.

In a 2002 interview, the music mogul appeared on “Late Night with Conan O’Brien” and explained the “ingredients” for a “killer party.”

“Women, beautiful women, of course,” Combs shared with O’Brien. “Beautiful men for the ladies, of course.

“There’s enough ladies to go around. You have to give the ladies what they need too. You have to take care of your women. You can’t force the situation.”

He continued to say that “alcohols” is a requirement at the party, in addition to water.

“A lot of ladies drink water at parties. So, if you don’t have what they need, they’re going to leave. Got to keep them there. You need locks on the doors. It’s a little kinky.”

About the raids at Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ homes in March 2024

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and Miami were raided by Homeland Security officials on March 25, 2024, in connection to a federal human trafficking investigation.

“Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners,” Homeland Security Investigations said in a statement. “We will provide further information as it becomes available.”

In September, Diddy was arrested and officially charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He faces a minimum of 15 years behind bars or a maximum sentence of life in prison if found guilty.

In an unsealed indictment, United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York Damian Williams revealed a number of shocking allegations against the fallen “Bad Boy” entertainment tycoon.

While at the helm of the organization, officials claimed Diddy and a number of un-named associates in the Combs Enterprise, used intimidation tactics to “lure female victims into Combs’ orbit, often under the pretense of a romantic relationship.”

Authorities seized “freak off supplies” along with three AR-15s with defaced serial numbers and ammunition, court docs stated. The feds took “cases and cases of the kinds of personal lubricant and baby oil that Combs’ staff allegedly used to stock hotel rooms for the freak offs – more than 1,000 bottles altogether,” Williams said at a press conference.

McDonald’s chef shares secret on why coffee from fast-food giant tastes so good

Coffee aficionados probably weren’t expecting to read news items about McDonald’s McCafé, yet the fast-food giant made headlines this month for its coffee’s understated quality and loyal cult following.

“It’s consistently good,” Donna Locklin, of Salado, Texas, told Fox News Digital.

She started drinking McDonald’s coffee about 20 years ago, she said, when she became eligible for the 25-cent “senior cup,” but it quickly became one of her favorite brews.

“It’s not too strong but has a rich brown color,” she said. “It’s never bitter and always fresh. And if it’s ever not fresh, they will make you a fresh pot on the spot.”

Locklin isn’t alone in her sentiments. McDonald’s coffee drinkers have also taken to social media for some serious java talk.

“Why is McDonald’s coffee almost always better tasting than just about anything I buy and brew myself?” one Reddit user asked.

MCDONALD’S SECRET DRINK ITEM WITH ‘COTTON CANDY FLAVOR’ GOES VIRAL

“Don’t be ashamed,” another user responded. “I like it, too.”

“Can’t be beat for the price,” another person wrote on Reddit.

“We’re paying attention to all the details to help ensure the best result.”

With coffee options available on nearly every corner these days, what makes McCafé special?

McDonald’s chef Mike Lingo revealed some of the history and science behind the blend in an interview with Fox News Digital.

“Coffee has been on McDonald’s menu since 1948, when the menu had just nine items,” he said.

FAST-FOOD MENU ITEMS THAT CHEFS LIKE TO EAT

“Over the years, we’ve worked to perfect the blend to give it the delicious, great flavor it has today. From the selection of our beans and quality of our roast to the equipment we use, we’re paying attention to all the details to help ensure the best result.”

Lingo shared that McDonald’s uses 100% Arabica coffee beans sourced from Rainforest Alliance-certified farms or from farms participating in the McCafé Sustainability Improvement Platform (SIP) program.

“This blend is specifically made just for McDonald’s McCafé,” he said. “It’s a medium-dark roast with a full-body fruity, floral and chocolate note.”

Lingo said he’s not surprised that McDonald’s is appreciated for its coffee just as much as its iconic Quarter Pounder and fries.

“Nothing compares to starting your morning with a delicious cup of coffee, and we’ve spent decades perfecting it.”

“While people love our burgers and fries, when we first open our doors in the morning, we’re a breakfast restaurant,” Lingo said.

There’s not one closely guarded secret to McDonald’s coffee, Lingo said.

It’s a combination of things that keeps customers coming back.

“At McDonald’s, we’re focusing on making sure the little things are done right,” he said.

“We have great partnerships in place to ensure that we are selecting the best beans for our blends and roast levels to bring out that great flavor.”

Though the price of the senior cup has gone up, Locklin and her three sisters, who all live in different cities, still meet up regularly for coffee at McDonald’s.

A woman was given the surprise of a lifetime when Travis Hunter sat next to her on a plane – except she had no idea who Hunter even was.

Hunter, of course, is the two-way football star who turned his skills into a Heisman Trophy and became the second pick of the NFL Draft last month.

But, Hunter was on a United flight last week when he sat next to Sandy Hawkins Combs, who was flattered by Hunter.

“I had the most wonderful flight home from Denver. I met the nicest young man who sat next to me. He offered to put my bag in the overhead compartment and helped me with my tray. He was always polite, saying ‘yes ma’am’ or ‘no ma’am.’ Anyone would be proud to have him as a son or grandson – so polite,” Combs said of Hunter in a Facebook post.

At this point, though, Combs still had no idea who this stranger was. But then, other passengers started noticing him.

“People walking by were saying congratulations, great job, or even taking pictures. I turned and asked him, ‘Who am I sitting next to?’ I looked at his Jaguar pants, smiled, and asked, ‘Are you an athlete?’ He smiled and said, ‘I’m Travis. Yes, I was drafted by the Jags.’ I already told my sons I want his jersey,” Combs continued.

“He’s so humble and down-to-earth – I would have never guessed he was a professional athlete. JACKSONVILLE JAGS, you did good! I will be buying tickets. United Airlines, thank you for my seat assignment!”

The Jaguars selected Hunter after trading up from No. 5. The Cleveland Browns originally held the second pick, and took on Jacksonville’s 2026 first-rounder in the process.
