California Democrat erupts at Defense Secretary Hegseth during House hearing
A California Democrat told Pete Hegseth on Thursday that he is an “embarrassment” to the United States and should “get the hell out” of the Department of Defense after the secretary chided the lawmaker for a “silly question” he asked during a House hearing.
The outburst from Rep. Salud Carbajal was immediately followed by a call for decorum as lawmakers from the House Armed Services Committee were questioning Hegseth about the Department of Defense’s Fiscal Year 2026 budget request.
Tensions started escalating on Capitol Hill as Carbajal asked Hegseth a series of yes or no questions, beginning with the deployment of the National Guard and U.S. Marines in Los Angeles to quell the unrest generated by anti-ICE protests.
“Let’s call it for what it is. It’s political theater. Hegseth, are the Marines in Los Angeles ordered to protect property by any means necessary?” Carbajal asked him.
HEGSETH DEFENDS NATIONAL GUARD LA DEPLOYMENTS, SAYS ICE AGENTS MUST BE PROTECTED
“Sir, I would say the ICE officers and police officers being attacked is not political theater,” he responded, before Carbajal cut him off and said “just yes or no?”
“The National Guard and Marines have the full authority to protect federal ICE agents,” Hegseth continued.
“Yes or no? Can you just say yes or no? This isn’t Fox anymore. Just yes or no,” Carbajal said.
At one point, Carbajal told Hegseth that “Kindergartners can give me a yes or no” and asked him, “Do you think political allegiance to Trump is a requirement for serving our nation, either in uniform or a civilian in the department?”
“Congressman, you know what a silly question that is,” Hegseth responded.
“You know what? I’m not going to waste my time anymore. You’re not worthy of my attention or my questions. You’re an embarrassment to this country. You’re unfit to lead. And there’s been bipartisan members of Congress that have called for your resignation. You should just get the hell out and let somebody competently lead this department,” Carbajal concluded.
HEGSETH SPARS WITH SENATE DEMOCRATS OVER MARINE DEPLOYMENT TO LOS ANGELES ANTI-ICE RIOTS
In his opening statement, Hegseth said, “Under President Trump’s leadership, this budget puts America first and gives our warriors what they need. The $961 billion budget request — more than 1 trillion in total for national security — ends four years of chronic underinvestment in our military.”
“We are restoring the warrior ethos. President Trump charged me to focus relentlessly on war fighting, lethality, meritocracy, standards and readiness. And that is exactly what we’ve done since day one. We are refocusing on what is truly important, which is war fighting and our warriors, sweeping away distractions and bureaucracy. We are setting standards that are high, equal and unwavering,” Hegseth continued.
“DEI is dead. We replaced it with a colorblind, gender-neutral, merit-based approach. Our forces are responding incredibly to these changes. Because of President Trump and his America First priorities, recruitment and retention under this administration are higher than they’ve been in decades. Historic numbers of young Americans are putting on the uniform and raising their right hand because they believe in the leadership they see,” he added.

Hegseth also told lawmakers on Capitol Hill that “we applaud allies who are stepping up, but others need to do more, and they need to do it quickly and at the NATO heads of state meeting later this month, we expect our NATO allies to commit to 5% of GDP on defense and defense related investments, something that was almost inconceivable before President Trump led the charge in his first administration and continues in this one.”
Driver accused of giving ‘bionic shield’ masks to LA rioters faces charges
LOS ANGELES – A driver who went viral for allegedly dropping off “bionic shield” face masks to Los Angeles rioters on Tuesday was arrested by the FBI in a sting at his home Thursday morning.
Alejandro Theodoro Orellana was taken into custody on suspicion of conspiracy to commit civil disorders.
After the arrest, U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli spoke with Fox News.
“We have made it a huge priority to try to identify, locate and arrest those who are involved in organizing, supporting, funding or facilitating these riots,” he said.
ANTI-ICE RIOTS REVEAL THE LEFT HAS LEARNED NOTHING. IT’S JUST HANDED TRUMP A GIFT
“It appears they’re well-orchestrated, and coordinated and well-funded, so we want to understand who these people are and where this organization’s coming from and today was one of those first arrests, the key arrests that we did.”
A federal court hearing is scheduled for Thursday challenging President Donald Trump’s use of the National Guard and Marines to support immigration raids in Los Angeles.
ICE RAMPS UP ARRESTS OF CONVICTED CRIMINALS AS RIOTS RAGE IN BLUE CITY: ‘YOU WILL NOT STOP US’
California Gov. Gavin Newsom warns that the military intervention is the onset of a much broader effort by Trump to overturn norms at the heart of America’s political system. Testifying Thursday before Congress, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul called it “an assault on our American values.”
The U.S. Justice Department on Thursday ordered federal prosecutors to prioritize criminal prosecution of protesters who destroy property or assault law enforcement, and to make sure every case they bring gets publicized, according to an internal email seen by Reuters.
The email, which was sent to all 93 U.S. attorneys, comes a week after a wave of protests that started in Los Angeles and have spread to other major cities against Trump’s immigration crackdown. Trump has dispatched some 700 U.S. Marines and 4,000 National Guard troops to Los Angeles, saying they are needed to back up immigration raids.
“There should be no bottleneck of referrals for complaints and legal process,” wrote Associate Deputy Attorney General Aakash Singh.

“Push out press releases whenever you file charges in these matters,” he said. “We will not stop enforcing the law and we will not be deterred from keeping our districts safe.”
House passes Trump’s $9.4 billion foreign aid, NPR, PBS cuts package
The House of Representatives passed President Donald Trump’s $9.4 billion plan to claw back federal funds for foreign aid, PBS and NPR.
The 214 to 212 vote was mostly along party lines, with no Democrats voting for the bill. Four Republicans voted against the measure, however – Reps. Brian Fitzpatrick, R-Pa., Mike Turner, R-Ohio, Mark Amodei, R-Nev., and Nicole Malliotakis, R-N.Y.
A dramatic scene played out on the House floor on Thursday afternoon as the bill appeared poised to fail, with six Republican lawmakers having voted “no.”
Fox News Digital observed Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., and Majority Whip Tom Emmer, R-Minn., huddled with several moderate Republicans who either voted “no” or had not yet voted.
In the end, two of those holdouts – Reps. Nick LaLota, R-N.Y., and Don Bacon, R-Neb. – elected to support the bill, enabling it to pass on a narrow margin.
Trump allies largely viewed the package as a test run to see whether congressional Republicans could stomach cuts that were widely seen across the GOP as low-hanging fruit.
Spending cuts in the legislation include a $8.3 billion rollback of funding to the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and just over $1 billion in cuts to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which funnels federal dollars to NPR and PBS.
GOP UNVEILS NEW WEAPON TO HELP SLASH BILLIONS IN GOVERNMENT WASTE AS REPUBLICANS RALLY BEHIND TRUMP’S PLAN
Republican leaders argued the majority of the USAID dollars getting cut were going toward “woke” programs like $1 million for voter ID in Haiti and $3 million for Iraqi Sesame Street.
On NPR and PBS, conservatives have long accused the two networks of taking federal money while growing increasingly liberal in their bias, rather than focusing on impartiality.
But some moderate Republicans had concerns about the legislation’s effect on critical disease prevention research in Africa.
NONCITIZEN LA RIOTERS COULD BE DEPORTED UNDER NEW HOUSE BILL
Others argue that entirely slashing federal funding to public broadcasting would disproportionately hurt small local news outlets that rely on it most, and which are situated in areas that otherwise would be an information desert without those resources.
The legislation ultimately passed, however, and will now be sent to the Senate for consideration.
The $9.4 billion proposal is called a rescissions package, a mechanism for the White House to block congressionally approved funding it disagrees with.
Once transmitted to Capitol Hill, lawmakers have 45 days to approve the rescissions proposal, otherwise it is considered rejected.

Such measures only need a simple majority in the House and Senate to pass. But that’s no easy feat with Republicans’ thin majorities in both chambers.
If passed, Republican leaders hope the bill will be the first of several rescissions packages codifying spending cuts identified by Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
Treasury secretary told to ‘refrain from speaking’ after challenging Democrat’s chart
Del. Stacey Plaskett, D-Virgin Islands, lashed out at Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent during a tense House Ways and Means Committee hearing on Wednesday.
“Ma’am, that’s incorrect,” Bessent said in a response to a chart displayed by Plaskett, which was referencing the cost of living, but the chart only went until February of this year.
“Excuse me. Let me get something straight with you first here. I’ve seen you interrupt everyone. When you come to someone’s house, you respect their rules. And in this house, we don’t interrupt individuals. And you’re not going to interrupt my time,” Plaskett said.
“I’m going to give you time to respond. You may want to jot down some notes about things you don’t agree with me on so you can respond to them at that time. But while I’m speaking, as the person holding this time, you will refrain from speaking, sir, until I’m done, until I’m done, then I will give you time to speak, OK?” she continued.
DEMOCRAT CONGRESSWOMAN DRAWS BOOS OVER ‘SHAMEFUL’ SEXISM REMARK IN COMMITTEE HEARING WITH TREASURY SECRETARY
“I look forward to facts,” Bessent replied.
“Thank you. I’ll look forward to your response whether they’re factual or incorrect either,” Plaskett replied.
Later on, Rep. Nathaniel Moran, R-Texas, asked Bessent, “Where did [Plaskett] go wrong in her statement?”
“Well, first of all, I would fire the staffer who did that chart, because it stopped in February 2025 and prices are down substantially since then. But that’s an inconvenient truth. Secondly, the S&P, if the congresswoman would care to check Bloomberg. The stock market is judged by the S&P, which is the most widely held index by American 401ks is up on the air, up,” Bessent said.
TREASURY SECRETARY SCOTT BESSENT DENIES THAT TARIFF PAUSE IS DUE TO MARKET DECLINES
When Plaskett attempts to interject, Moran says, “Excuse me, ma’am, it’s my time.”
“And we don’t interrupt, excuse me, we don’t interrupt is what I learned,” Bessent clapped back. “Since Jan. 1, it is my business for 40 years to know what the stock market does, and it is up in the air.”
After the hearing, Plaskett received a range of criticism, including a remark from an X user saying, “Do all these twats have their PMS cycle synced? Someone needs to ship a case of Midol to the Capitol this afternoon.”
SMALL BUSINESSES BARELY SURVIVED BIDEN. THEY CAN’T WAIT FOR TARIFFS TO FIX THINGS
Plaskett replied to the user’s response with an explicit comment.
“Excuse you!! This twat, [c–t], pum pum whatever you want to call it represents an organ that gives LIFE and is resilienr [sic] so thanks for the compliment. I can take one interruption but Bessent was out of control. And…. I know I look good for my age but baby I’m post menopausal and it still works,” she replied, with emojis of cherries and a drop of water.

The primary focus of the committee hearing was on trade and tax policies, both of which have sparked serious debate as Congress works through the reconciliation bill, and as the administration negotiates trade deals with other nations. As for Bessent, he’ll be on Capitol Hill again on Thursday testifying before the Senate Finance Committee.
Arnold Schwarzenegger tells Jimmy Kimmel LA riots not making city a ‘war zone’
Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger told Jimmy Kimmel on Wednesday that the media is making Los Angeles out to be a “war zone” and argued that the anti-ICE riots are impacting very small portions of the city.
The actor claimed that “maybe 0.001% of the area of Los Angeles has problems” stemming from the ongoing violent demonstrations and said that he doesn’t want tourism in the city to suffer because of “what they see on television.”
President Donald Trump activated around 4,000 National Guard troops and 700 Marines after violent mobs took to the streets over the weekend, burning and damaging property while some threw rocks and Molotov cocktails at law enforcement.
LIBERAL MEDIA DOWNPLAYS LA RIOTS, DISMISS VIOLENCE AS ISOLATED WHILE TOUTING ‘PEACEFUL’ ANTI-ICE PROTESTS
Schwarzenegger told Kimmel that he agreed with the late-night host’s recent take on the current state of LA, in which Kimmel mocked the media for portraying the anti-ICE protests as “some kind of totalitarian hellscape” and condemned the Trump administration for deporting “people who have lived here their whole lives.”
“I totally agree with you, by the way, Jimmy, because they make it out like it is a war zone — the whole Los Angeles — the whole city or the county,” he argued. “The fact of the matter is it’s maybe like 0.001% of the area of Los Angeles has problems and there’s a protest.”
Kimmel agreed with Schwarzenegger and took his argument a step further, claiming that “none of Los Angeles is a war zone.”
The “Terminator” star then claimed that the anti-ICE protests wouldn’t have even happened “if the politicians would do the work,” arguing that comprehensive immigration reform has been kicked down the road by both sides of the aisle for decades.

“Democrats and the Republicans — both of the parties — have no interest in solving this problem [comprehensive immigration reform] because they use that to raise money,” he claimed. “So what they do is they just keep pointing the finger at each other, and then they’re surprised if all of a sudden we are using our middle finger on them.”
Schwarzenegger went on to analogize the symbols of the two parties, noting that the Democratic Party is symbolized by a “jackass” and the Republican Party an elephant — which leaves “a pile of dump” wherever it goes.

“And I just get very frustrated, because we send these politicians to Washington to solve the problems, and all they are is — instead of public servants, they’re party servants,” the actor asserted. “I think this is really the bad thing about it, you know? It should be public servants.”
Reports emerge of survivor after Air India flight bound for London crashes
An Air India passenger plane carrying more than 200 people crashed on Thursday after taking off from an airport in the Indian city of Ahmedabad, and the airline has confirmed there was one survivor, despite a police official earlier saying it appeared there were none.
Air India flight AI 171, a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner bound for London’s Gatwick Airport, crashed into a residential area called Meghani Nagar five minutes after taking off at 1:38 p.m. local time. There were 242 passengers and crew members onboard the flight.
First responders found at least one survivor who was in seat 11A next to an emergency exit onboard the plane, Vidhi Chaudhary, a state police officer, told Reuters.
“Thirty seconds after take-off, there was a loud noise and then the plane crashed,” that man, Ramesh Viswashkumar, was quoted as telling the Hindustan Times. “It all happened so quickly.”
CAUSE OF FAILED ALASKA AIRLINES LANDING GEAR THAT SENT PASSENGERS SCREAMING REVEALED
“When I got up, there were bodies all around me. I was scared. I stood up and ran. There were pieces of the plane all around me,” the 40-year-old also said, according to Reuters. “Someone grabbed hold of me and put me in an ambulance and brought me to the hospital.”
The Hindustan Times posted an image of a boarding pass matching the man’s name and seat number, with a stamp indicating a Thursday departure from Ahmedabad.
Chaudhary told Reuters, “Approximately 294 have died” and “This includes some students as the plane crashed on the building where they were staying.”
The Associated Press also reported that at least one person survived the crash, citing a doctor at a hospital who spoke to the Press Trust of India. However, it added that it could not independently verify the information.
Relatives of Viswashkumar told Sky News they have spoken to him since the crash. He reportedly lives in London.
Earlier, Ahmedabad’s city police commissioner, G.S. Malik, told the AP, “It appears there are no survivors in the plane crash.”
The cause of the disaster is unclear. In videos circulating on social media purportedly showing the crash, the plane is seen with its nose raised up as it slowly descended to the ground, before bursting into a massive fireball.
Air India said that the 12-year-old Boeing 787-8 aircraft departed from Ahmedabad at 1:38 p.m. local time, and was carrying 230 passengers and 12 crew members.
The airline said the plane crashed shortly after takeoff.
“We regret to inform that, of the 242 aboard, there are 241 confirmed fatalities,” the airline said. “The sole survivor is being treated in a hospital.”
The passengers were composed of 169 Indian nationals, 53 British nationals, seven Portuguese nationals and one Canadian national. The sole survivor, the airline confirmed, was a British national of Indian origin.
“Air India offers its deepest condolences to the families of the deceased. Our efforts now are focused entirely on the needs of all those affected, their families and loved ones,” the airline said. “A team of caregivers from Air India is now in Ahmedabad to provide additional support. Air India is giving its full cooperation to the authorities investigating this incident.”
Local media showed smoke billowing from the crash site near the airport in northwestern India. The plane issued a “mayday” call to air traffic control before plunging out of the sky, Reuters reported.
“With profound sorrow I confirm that Air India Flight 171 operating Ahmedabad London Gatwick was involved in a tragic accident today. Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with the families and loved ones of all those affected by this devastating event,” Air India Chairman Natarajan Chandrasekaran wrote on X.
“At this moment, our primary focus is on supporting all the affected people and their families. We are doing everything in our power to assist the emergency response teams at the site and to provide all necessary support and care to those impacted,” Chandrasekaran added.
Air India said of those onboard the plane, 169 are from India, 53 are from Britain, seven are from Portugal and one is from Canada. The injured are being taken to local hospitals.
“The building on which it has crashed is a doctors’ hostel… we have cleared almost 70% to 80% of the area and will clear the rest soon,” a senior police officer told Reuters.
MAN CHARGED AFTER ALLEGEDLY ATTACKING FLIGHT ATTENDANT ON AMERICAN AIRLINES FLIGHT: DOJ
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said, “The FAA is in contact with the NTSB regarding Air India flight AI171, operating from Ahmedabad (AMD) to London Gatwick (LGW), that was involved in an accident in India on Thursday, June 12.”
“When an international incident occurs, that government leads the investigation. In the event assistance is requested, the NTSB is the official U.S. representative and the FAA provides technical support. We stand ready to launch a team immediately in coordination with the NTSB,” it added.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “The tragedy in Ahmedabad has stunned and saddened us.”
“It is heartbreaking beyond words. In this sad hour, my thoughts are with everyone affected by it. Have been in touch with Ministers and authorities who are working to assist those affected,” he continued.
“The scenes emerging of a London-bound plane carrying many British nationals crashing in the Indian city of Ahmedabad are devastating,” British Prime Minister Keir Starmer added.
India’s Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu posted on X that rescue teams have been mobilized, and all efforts are being made to ensure medical aid and relief support at the site.
“We are on highest alert. I am personally monitoring the situation,” he said.
The 787 Dreamliner is a widebody, twin-engine plane. This is the first crash ever of a Boeing 787 aircraft, according to the Aviation Safety Network database.
The aircraft was introduced in 2009 and more than 1,000 have been delivered to dozens of airlines, Flightradar24 reported.
“We are in contact with Air India regarding Flight 171 and stand ready to support them. Our thoughts are with the passengers, crew, first responders and all affected,” Boeing said in a statement.
In August 2020 an Air India Express Boeing-737 skidded off a hilltop runway in southern India, killing 21 people.

Diddy’s ex claims rapper yelled at her for going to ‘freak off’ with music ‘icon’
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ex-girlfriend testified the music mogul lashed out at her after finding out she went to another famous musician’s alleged “freak off.”
Jane, testifying under a pseudonym, told the jury about a secret Vegas trip she went on in January 2024. Diddy’s ex-girlfriend noted she traveled to see a very famous rapper who is close to Combs. The rapper is “an icon in the music industry,” according to Jane.
Antoine, one of the male escorts Jane and Diddy often turned to for alleged “hotel nights,” was also in Vegas at the time. Jane recalled watching Antoine have sex with a woman in front of others in a hotel room during the trip. Jane told Diddy’s defense lawyer there was flirtatious banter between her and the rapper. She also testified she was asked to “flash her breasts to the room.”
Jane explained that the rapper and his partner asked her for a recommendation for a male escort. She said at the time, she recommended Kabrale – an entertainer she felt comfortable with.
DIDDY JUROR SPARKS CREDITIBILITY CONCERNS, MAY HAVE ‘LIED’ TO GET ON CASE: EXPERT
Months later, Diddy found out about the Vegas trip after an alleged physical altercation between the two at Jane’s home.
Jane claimed Diddy forced her to put on lingerie after slapping her multiple times in the shower. He took Jane’s phone and saw the messages between Jane and Antoine about the Vegas trip, she testified.
When Antoine arrived at Jane’s home, she said they made small talk before going to the bedroom.
Jane then told Diddy she went to Vegas for her friend’s birthday celebration and saw Antoine. She did not tell him she flashed her breasts or referred the male escort they often used, Kabrale, to the other rapper. Combs allegedly yelled at her for going to another man’s “freak off.”
DIDDY’S ALLEGED ‘SEXUAL DEVIANT’ BEHAVIOR DOESN’T PROVE GOVERNMENT’S CASE: EXPERT
The jury was shown photo evidence of the damage allegedly done by Combs to Jane’s home during the physical altercation, which occurred in June 2024.
Multiple photos were entered as evidence of the master bedroom door, the master bathroom door and a guest bedroom door of Jane’s home. Jane testified that Combs kicked the doors “literally off the hinges” during an altercation that occurred after she confronted the rapper about another woman.
“I just – I was making an assumption that he was with another woman, and it just had really angered me, I think at this point in our relationship,” she told the court Monday. “I just was bottling up a lot of resentment and anger towards him.” Jane called Combs a “pedophile” during the confrontation because the age gap between him and this other woman “rubbed [her] the wrong way.”
Jane felt the fight escalated after she pushed Combs’ head into a marble countertop and threw candles toward the rapper. According to Jane, she did not strike Combs with any glass. The rapper allegedly followed her into the master bedroom, bathroom and closet before she attempted to run for the front door.
“Sean kicked me from the back of my thigh, and then I fell down on my butt,” Jane testified. “And then he picked me up in a chokehold and choked me.” Jane claimed she ran about six blocks away from the home and waited for approximately two hours before returning. Once home, the fight between her and Combs continued. As the fight turned physical, Jane recalled Combs punching her twice. She ran into the backyard and laid down in the grass, covering her face, head and body with her hands. Combs allegedly punched and kicked her “several times” while in this position before he dragged her back into the home.
Jane said she “just kept saying, ‘Leave me the f— alone. Leave me the f— alone. Just leave. Just leave.’” She added, “And I just kept saying that I hated him.”
Jane recalled getting into the shower to clean off. At this point, Combs allegedly slapped her until she lost her balance and fell over.
DIDDY’S EX’S TESTIMONY COULD PROVIDE POWERFUL CORROBORATION TO ALLEGATIONS IN SEX CRIMES TRIAL: EXPERT
Audio released in Diddy’s sex trafficking and racketeering trial featured the rapper calling his ex-girlfriend a “crack pipe.”
Combs allegedly sent the audio message to his ex-girlfriend, who testified under the pseudonym Jane, after a “hotel night.” Jane claimed she was forced to continue having sex with multiple male escorts after becoming sick.

“Hey, baby, we had a great time, stay in the light. It’s all good, get your rest,” Combs can be heard saying in the audio message. “You are the crack pipe. That’s my new name for you, crack pipe, or should I call you CP? But yeah, I want you to stay in the light. You know what I’m saying? We had a very, very good time together. Like so much, so much, so much, so much f—ing fun, so much f—ing fun.”
“Now go rest up, get in your bag,” he added. “You know what I’m saying, you got your contract, find a nice little spot, put your mind at ease and, yeah, I had a great time and I really, really want you to get some rest. I didn’t know about you throwing up and all that. That’s when I was like, hold up a second. All right, get some rest baby, love.”

Jane’s cross-examination began Tuesday by Combs’ criminal defense lawyer, Teny Geragos. She questioned Jane about her relationship with the rapper and her participation in the allegedly forced “hotel nights.”
The cross-examination became heated when Geragos began questioning Jane about the money he spent on her and gifts she received from the rapper.
Texts to Combs from Jane about the “Last Night” rapper buying purses for another woman were brought up in court. Geragos commented that Jane also received a bag of her own.

“No, I only got trauma … after three-and-a-half years, I really don’t think I garnered anything,” Jane told the court. Geragos pressed, “How much do Bottega bags cost?” to which Jane replied, “How much does my body cost?” before asking the court for a break from testimony. When court resumed, Jane apologized to Geragos.
Jane testified Thursday during cross-examination that she requested a $150,000 reimbursement from Diddy for her “wasted” three years, referring to their relationship beginning in 2021.
Diddy indicated to Jane he was not aware of how she felt about “hotel nights” in December of 2023. Jane admitted Combs told her he was sorry and she appreciated that. According to Jane, Diddy told her she should be more communicative.
In an audio message played in court, Diddy said: “What do you want me to do to make you feel better…how can we get to a solution so we can move on…let’s get to a solution…”
Text messages between Jane and Diddy dated Dec. 27, 2023 were then shown to the jury. Combs asked, “So what’s the solution?” Jane responded, “I tolerated and dimmed myself. Please don’t discredit me.” The rapper said, “never discredit you.” Combs told Jane, “Charge me, charge me for your resentment…” Jane wrote, “I want my wasted 3 years reimbursed and $150K…” Jane explained this message was sent by her and not an attorney.
