Mark Zuckerberg meets with President-elect Trump at Mar-a-Lago
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg visited Mar-a-Lago on Wednesday, just months after the tech entrepreneur publicly praised President-elect Trump following the July 13 assassination attempt.
Zuckerberg’s visit to Trump’s Palm Beach, Florida, club was confirmed by Trump adviser Stephen Miller during an episode of “The Ingraham Angle” on Fox News Channel.
“Mark Zuckerberg has been very clear about his desire to be a supporter of and a participant in this change that we’re seeing all around America, all around the world with this reform movement that Donald Trump is leading,” Miller said to guest host Brian Kilmeade.
“Mark Zuckerberg, like so many business leaders, understands that President Trump is an agent of change, an agent of prosperity.”
TRUMP’S PROPOSED TARIFFS COULD DRIVE UP FOOD PRICES, EXPERTS SAY
Miller added that the tech CEO “has his own interests,” but sees Trump’s second term as a chance at “national renewal.”
“Mark, obviously, he has his own interests, and he has his own company, and he has his own agenda,” Miller said. “But he’s made clear that he wants to support the national renewal of America under President Trump’s leadership.”

In July, Zuckerberg lauded Trump for his fist-pumping reaction to the July 13 assassination attempt against him in Butler, Pennsylvania.
“Seeing Donald Trump get up after getting shot in the face and pump his fist in the air with the American flag is one of the most bada – things I’ve ever seen in my life,” Zuckerberg told Bloomberg, just days after the shooting took place.

“On some level as an American, it’s like hard to not get kind of emotional about that spirit and that fight, and I think that that’s why a lot of people like the guy,” he added.
Zuckerberg’s visit to Mar-a-Lago is not the Facebook founder’s first interaction with the Republican leader. In August, Trump told FOX Business host Maria Bartiromo that Zuckerberg called him to apologize over an error.
“So, Mark Zuckerberg called me. First of all, he called me two times. He called me after the event and he said that was really amazing,” Trump said during an Aug. 1 “Mornings with Maria” interview on FOX Business. “It was really brave.”
“And he actually announced that he’s not going to support a Democrat because he can’t because he respected me for what I did that day,” the Republican continued. “I think what I did… to me, was a normal response.”
Trump added that Zuckerberg apologized after Facebook mislabeled a photo of him that went viral.

“He actually apologized. He said they made a mistake… and they’re correcting the mistake,” Trump said.
Explosive report exposes Biden administration’s targeting of Christians
A report showed that nearly 70% of enforcement actions executed by the Biden administration’s Education Department targeted faith-based and career schools.
According to a press release published by the American Principles Project (APP), they drew on newly obtained data finding that nearly 70 percent of the Department of Education’s (ED) enforcement actions dealt with faith-based and career schools, even though those schools represent less than 10 percent of students in the US.
APP Policy Director Jon Schweppe said the Democrats have been “busy weaponizing every part of the federal government to target their opponents” for the past four years.
‘While major assaults from agencies like the Department of Justice have taken most of the headlines, we should not ignore similarly corrupt efforts in other agencies as well,” Schweppe said.
DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION RESPONDS TO LIBERTY UNIVERSITY OVER CLAIMS THEY ARE TRYING TO TARNISH THEIR IMAGE
“As our report details, the Biden-Harris Department of Education has been engaged in a long-running scheme to punish Christian colleges that are ideologically opposed to the left’s agenda. The unfair targeting of these institutions has been egregious, and it needs to stop immediately.”
The APP notes that two of the nation’s most prominent Christian universities, Grand Canyon University and Liberty University, were subject to scrutiny by the ED. Both of these institutions faced record-level fines worth significantly more than “all penalties imposed over the past seven years combined,” including fines imposed on Penn State ($2.4 million) and Michigan State ($4.5 million) relating to Jerry Sandusky and Larry Nassar’s sexual crimes.
GCU currently faces a hurdle while appealing a $37.7 million fine imposed by the ED in November last year for allegations that the Arizona-based institution misled students about the cost of its doctoral programs over several years.
Furthermore, Department of Education Secretary Miguel Cardona in April vowed to shut down GCU during a House Appropriations Committee hearing about for-profit colleges. The Biden administration official claimed that “predatory schools” are “preying on first generation students.”
UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO DEALT LEGAL BLOW AFTER CHARGING ‘HEFTY’ FEE AGAINST CONSERVATIVE SPEAKER: ‘MAJOR WIN’
The report from APP said further that at “least 12 Christian colleges have been the target of excessive penalties or banned from receiving federal student aid; by comparison, no Ivy League school has been the recipient of punitive action by the Office of Enforcement.”
“The average fine against a Christian school for a Clery Act violation was $815,000, compared to $228,571 against public and private institutions.”
The report comes after GCU recently scored a legal win over the ED regarding the Christian institution’s non-profit status. ED denied GCU’s nonprofit recognition after it was approved by the Arizona Board for Private Postsecondary Education, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the State of Arizona, and the Higher Learning Commission.
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled unanimously that the ED unlawfully applied an incorrect standard to determine the university’s nonprofit status.

The case is now being remanded back to ED.
A department spokesperson sent a statement to Fox News Digital, saying that a “school’s religious affiliation or non-profit status has absolutely no bearing on our oversight and enforcement actions.”
“Our top priority is protecting safety and academic opportunity for all students at institutions of higher education. The data in the APP report itself pushes a false narrative by distorting information released publicly by the Department,” the spokesperson said.
Joy Reid’s Thanksgiving ‘free advice’ rant targets over half of Americans
Liberal MSNBC host Joy Reid offered a Thanksgiving lecture on Wednesday night directed at Republicans and President-elect Donald Trump supporters, and said, “Make your own dinner, MAGA.”
During “The Reidout,” Reid said at the end of her show, “You right-wingers shouldn’t have to suffer the consequences of your votes? ‘You don’t want to be around me because I voted for fascism. No fair. I am coughing on you with COVID, but you want me to wear a mask for your safety? No fair. My body, my choice’. Well here’s an alternative thought, make your own dinner, MAGA. Make your own sandwiches, wipe your own tears, troll amongst yourselves with Elon and leave us alone.”
Reid accused Republicans of worshiping Trump “instead of Jesus,” during the rant.
“But if you expect the 73 million who voted for the prosecutor, not the felon and particularly the 92% of Black women who voted for Kamala to give you a cookie for your vote, a trophy, a hug, a high-five, you might be asking too much. If we want to eat with you, we will. But if we want some peace over the holidays and we don’t want to put up with your trolling while we eat our Tofurky, get over it,” the liberal host continued.
JOY REID SUGGESTS BIDEN RECOVERING FROM COVID IS ‘EXACTLY THE SAME THING’ AS TRUMP SURVIVING ASSASSINATION
Reid continued, “Stop acting like we owe you.”
“Our Thanksgiving, our choice,” she said.
Reid opened the segment by taking aim at people who voted for Trump who feel upset that liberals might not want to share Thanksgiving dinner with them after the election.

Over the past few weeks, Reid fumed at Latino voters, and told them that they own “everything” that happens to their families.
She also declared that Black women were no longer interested in saving America after the results.
Reid spoke directly to White female progressives in a TikTok video posted after the election, telling them to keep Black women off their invite lists if they plan to organize in protest of Trump’s victory.

“I just want to give some free advice to the White progressive women who may be thinking about marching against the Trump victory, maybe putting back on the P-word hats and doing that thing, I would just say probably don’t send any of those invites to any Black women. I’m just going to tell you right now they’re not coming,” she said.
Trump critic recounts recent meeting with president-elect after avoiding him for 8 years
Wall Street Journal columnist Peggy Noonan spoke about her recent encounter with President-elect Donald Trump after purposefully avoiding him for eight years, revealing the concern she had that his “charming” personality would cloud her judgment.
“I never met Trump until two or three weeks ago,” Noonan said in a recent conversation with The Free Press founder Bari Weiss released Tuesday. “In 2015 and 2016, when he was deciding to or had decided to run for president- was running, his office and his aides did what they would do with anybody else in journalism, which was reach out and say, ‘We want to know you. We want to meet you. Come on in, meet the boss, have lunch.’ And I always said, ‘No, I don’t want to.'”
“And the reason was, I had a feeling that up close he would be charming and funny, and that there would be something endearing, and that it would mess with my swing as an observer,” she explained. “I didn’t want to see him up close. I didn’t want to see him far away. I wanted- had this intuitive sense [to] see him at a middle distance. And I felt I saw him clearly at a middle distance.”
BILL MAHER SAYS TRUMP’S WIN PROVES US ISN’T AS ‘DIVIDED,’ ‘RACIALLY TRIBAL’ AS THE MEDIA CLAIMS
Noonan, a vocal Trump critic, acknowledged the war of words she and the former president have had over the years and the attacks she received through tweets and at his rallies, telling Weiss, “I’ll look back on it kind of warmly, in a weird way.”
“So two or three weeks ago, he came to the Wall Street Journal for an editorial board meeting, and my instinct kicked in again. ‘Don’t go.’ But then I corrected myself,” Noonan said. “I’ve been writing about him for eight years. I have occasionally clubbed him like a seal. He has occasionally clubbed me. And it would be so wrong if he came to my newspaper, and he couldn’t go there and take retribution or do whatever he wanted to do. It just struck me as the fair, right thing. And so I went.”
‘FAMILY TIES’ STAR JUSTINE BATEMAN SAYS TRUMP’S ELECTION LIFTED ‘SUFFOCATING CLOUD’ ON FREE SPEECH
“And so we’re waiting for him… I’m sitting next to [Wall Street Journal editorial editor] Paul Gigot, and in a silence as we nervously wait, Paul says, ‘How many times have you met Trump?’ And I said, ‘I’ve never met Trump.’ And he said, ‘You’ve never met Trump?!?’ And he went, ‘Whoa,’ like, ‘Oh, we’re gonna have a drama here.’ And suddenly I thought, ‘Oh, gosh, maybe it will be a drama.’ You know how Trump acts, like, when he’s gonna be horrible- I mean, up close,” she continued. “So anyway, at a certain point, the doors fly open and the entourage comes in, and there’s Trump, who in person in that blue suit and the tie is huge, and the hair is huge, everything is huge. And he, like, blows by others, and he just says to me, ‘You are wonderful. You are the most remarkable woman.’”
“And then he sat down with us… He went on and off the record. But off the record, he was hilarious, rude, inappropriate, said things about foreign leaders that should not be said to a bunch of journalists. And I just sat back and thought by the end, ‘Honey, your intuition was right. If you’d met him in 2015, you would have loved him and not seen him,'” Noonan added.

Noonan, the former Reagan speechwriter and author of “A Certain Idea of America,” recently told Fox News‘ Bret Baier that the country is “in the middle of something very big” following Trump’s victory.
“I have a feeling that people are thinking that they don’t really like all that they’ve seen of the 21st century, and they had a sense that Mr. Trump didn’t like it either. That’s why they elected him twice. And more than half the country, I think, is just in a major pushback against the establishment,” Noonan said.
Women gather for group screaming event to protest Trump’s victory
Remarkable footage shows Wisconsin women screaming in unison towards Lake Michigan in the wake of Vice President Harris’s Nov. 5 loss to President-elect Trump.
The footage, which recently went viral on social media, was originally posted by a Facebook user named Tamara Gibbs. The event took place at Klode Park in Whitefish Bay on Nov. 9.
The extraordinary video shows around two dozen adult women screeching at the water. The screams eventually reach a crescendo, as video shows the shrieks getting gradually louder and louder until the group stopped.
“What a gorgeous morning to gather at Klode Park in Whitefish Bay to engage in a Primal Scream in order to release our pain and frustration after the election,” Gibbs wrote in a Facebook post. “If you zoom in you will see Trump supporters proudly waving their flag on top of the hill.”

The Wisconsin resident also thanked the Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) for standing by, but the department told Fox News Digital that Whitefish Bay was not in their jurisdiction.
Gibbs also shared video of the women standing in a circle and attempting to cheer themselves up after the election.
“We need to start organizing… We have the opportunity to, in-state, in two years, take back the legislature,” one woman said to roaring applause.
The “primal scream” event took place days after Trump won the election by a landslide. The Republican leader swept all battleground states, including the Badger State.
TRUMP APPOINTS TULSI GABBARD AS DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE: ‘FEARLESS SPIRIT’
The recent video echos the notorious footage of protesters screaming towards the sky when Trump first won in 2016. Many of the protests were organized by a group called Refuse Fascism.
At the time, a Refuse Fascism organizer said that their screaming protests showed “unity and solidarity.”
“We are screaming in rage, we are screaming in pain, but we are screaming in unity and solidarity ’cause we have a plan and a way forward,” Eva Sahana said to Patch.com in 2017.
Another Refuse Fascism member who organized a 2017 demonstration in Philadelphia likened their screaming to “a pack of wolves.”
“We don’t want to scream helplessly at the sky,” Samantha Goldman explained. “We want to scream like a pack of wolves [to bring down the administration].”

Man missing since 1999 found after sister recognizes his photo in a news article
A California man who was reported missing in 1999 is finally reuniting with his family after his sister recognized his picture printed in a USA Today article in April of this year, the Lassen County Sheriff’s Office announced on Facebook.
LCSO received a call from the woman who told sheriff’s deputy Derek Kennemore she had been sent the article and believed the man in the article was her brother, who had not been heard from since his disappearance 25 years ago.
A GoFundMe allegedly set up by the man’s sister explains that the family had been looking for him since August 1999, when he disappeared without a trace.
“My name is Marcie. My little brother, Tommy, had been missing since August of 1999. He just VANISHED with no trace. Not even his vehicle was ever located,” Marcella (Marcie) Nasseri wrote.
SEARCH FOR MISSING OREGON HIKER AND HER DOGS SUSPENDED OVER ‘WEATHER CONDITIONS, LIKELIHOOD OF SURVIVABILITY’
Nasseri requested assistance from Kennemore to identify the man, who had been admitted to a hospital in the Los Angeles area, according to the sheriff’s office.
When Kennemore reached out, he learned the man had been transferred to another hospital in July.
The man, who is nonverbal, was later confirmed to be Nasseri’s brother after a detective with the Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit was able to get his fingerprint.
Nasseri was ecstatic to have made the discovery, saying that all along she had pursued “unidentified remains.”
“On 11-22-2024, I pursued a lead of a live person. This person’s picture was published in USA News, asking the public if anyone could identify the man in the picture, who was found sitting on a curb in South LA. Long story short, through fingerprints, a match was made! All this time I had been looking for unidentified remains. I was delighted to find him alive!,” according to the GoFundMe.
She goes on to explain that she is very far away from her brother’s location and is looking for any assistance to aid him until a medical transfer is possible as he is learning to do everyday things again.
“I am 600 miles away in Lassen County. He is in Lynwood, California. I have initiated a possible medical transfer to a facility in Lassen County. All we know is that he just learned to walk, he can eat regular food, and he is non-verbal. I do not have money for things we need. I am mailing him used men’s clothing, a set of pencils, and a scratch pad because he loved to draw. This is all I can send for now,” she wrote in the fundraiser.

“The Lassen County Sheriff’s Office would like to commend Deputy Kennemore on his tenacity with this case. We would also like to thank the Los [Angeles] Police Department for their assistance in identifying the missing man and closing out this 25 year old case,” the sheriff’s office said.

Stunning protest adds new wrinkle to trans volleyball player controversy
A shocking move came in the Mountain West Conference women’s volleyball tournament as Boise State announced it will be forfeiting its semifinal match against San Jose State on Friday.
The move is congruent to its regular-season forfeitures to the Spartans, and though no specific reason was given for this move, it more than likely has to do with the Spartans having Blaire Fleming, a trans athlete, on its roster.
The Broncos forfeited twice to the Spartans during the regular season, but after defeating Utah State in the quarterfinals on Wednesday, they had them on the schedule yet again. This time, though, a spot in the conference finals was at stake.

After deliberation, Boise State decided once again that they won’t be taking the court against SJSU, and their season will end because of it.
“The decision to not continue to play in the 2024 Mountain West Volleyball Championship tournament was not an easy one,” Boise State Athletics wrote in a statement, per OutKick. “Our team overcame forfeitures to earn a spot in the tournament field and fought for the win over Utah State in the first round on Wednesday.
“They should not have to forgo this opportunity while waiting for a more thoughtful and better system that serves all athletes.”
SJSU TRANSGENDER VOLLEYBALL SCANDAL: TIMELINE OF ALLEGATIONS, POLITICAL IMPACT AND A RAGING CULTURE MOVEMENT
The Broncos and Aggies, a squad that also forfeited against SJSU this season, always knew the Spartans were waiting for the winner of their matchup on Wednesday night due to their bye as the No. 2 seed. Boise State defeated Utah State in four sets.
SJSU, which received six wins by forfeit to help earn their high seed in the tournament, will now move on to the conference championship on Saturday despite never having to step on the court.
They are set to face the winner of San Diego State-Colorado State, which will be determined on Friday. Both teams played their matches against SJSU this season.
The winner of the Mountain West will be heading to the NCAA Division I Women’s volleyball tournament, which is expected to be the only way a team out of the conference makes it.
Earlier this week, Federal Judge Kato Crews in Colorado, appointed by President Biden in January, denied a motion for injunctive relief in a lawsuit by college volleyball players against the conference.
A dozen women jointly filed the suit against the Mountain West and its commissioner, alleging violations of Title IX and their First Amendment rights. Among the women are SJSU co-volleyball captain Brooke Slusser and two former Spartans as well as athletes from other Mountain West schools.
JUDGE’S RULING TO ALLOW SJSU TRANS WOMEN’S VOLLEYBALL PLAYER TO COMPETE IN TOURNAMENT RECEIVES BACKLASH
Crews, however, wrote that the plaintiffs’ request for an emergency delay “was not reasonable” and “would risk confusion and upend months of planning and would prejudice, at a minimum, (San Jose State) and other teams participating in the tournament.”
“The movants have failed to meet their burden to show irreparable harm, a likelihood of success on the merits, or that the balance of harms or equities is in their favor,” Crews wrote in his decision.
The players were looking to have their forfeits for refusing to play against Fleming and the Spartans rescinded, which would, in turn, shift the standings heading into the tournament. They also wanted Fleming banned from the tournament.
Boise State, Wyoming, Utah State and Nevada were among the conference teams to cancel games against the Spartans due to Fleming’s presence on the team. They were aware the forfeiture would result in a loss on their records, which ultimately helped SJSU secure their high seed.

“San Jose State University will continue to support its student-athletes and reject discrimination in all forms. All San Jose State University student-athletes are eligible to participate in their sports under NCAA and Mountain West Conference rules,” the school said in a statement to Fox News Digital.
“We are gratified that the Court rejected an eleventh-hour attempt to change those rules. Our team looks forward to competing in the Mountain West volleyball tournament this week.”
