Mainly cloudy and foggy with one or two light rain patches. Temperatures will linger around 21 degrees. Light winds, becoming moderate easterlies.
Winds will become northerlies and temperatures will begin to fall tomorrow. Cool in the morning and dry during the day in the following couple of days. Temperatures will rise progressively towards the weekend and early next week.
